The Snake General was in a dilemma; taking the item away was certainly impossible. If he left empty-handed like this, the God Chasers might not forgive him.

Just thinking about the capabilities of the God Chasers made the Snake General shudder.

He ordered everyone to think of a solution imdiately, but a group of Snake People naturally had no ideas. Judging by the narrow entrance, it was impossible to move it out, even with the most foolish thod.

"The situation has evolved beyond our plan, we need to leave imdiately," the Snake General said.

"We’re just leaving like this?" the aide-de-camp was reluctant.

"Or do you have a better idea?" the General asked.

"Subordinate has none..."

"Then we leave!"

The Snake People imdiately turned around but heard a thunderous noise from behind the door, and then a figure that terrified them appeared before them.

"Elsa! Impossible! You were supposed to have left!" the Snake General scread.

"It seems I’m just lucky. I had indeed left already. But I kept feeling like I had unfinished business, so I ca back to check, and just happened to see you fools worrying over the Eye of the Ancestor, hahaha!" Elsa really found it too amusing, wasting ti and effort for nothing in the end.

"Since our actions have been discovered by you, then you must die!" the Snake General gestured with one hand, and the Snake People imdiately got into an attacking formation.

"Let’s not be like this, I ca for peace, can’t we talk first?" Elsa still said with a smile. But the first wave of the Snake People’s attack had already arrived.

Their initially weak arms suddenly grew robust, and from their shoulders, two more pairs of arms extended, making a total of six arms enveloping their bodies in a circle. They drew out six long, curved blades from their personal spaces, combined them, and opened their mouths to spray lethal venom onto the blades.

"You guys are really not friendly, but no worries, I have plenty of experience with unfriendly people. If you don’t want to be friendly, I’ll have to make you friendly before we can discuss things," Elsa’s smiling face beca serious, and she conjured a Light Sword in each hand, launching into the offensive.

In fact, the Snake People had always been wary of Elsa’s strength. Their posture was only ant to be a deterrent, but they had not expected Elsa to launch an attack! If she was attacking, who could stop her?

The Snake People were all warriors, wrapped in toxic Fighting Aura, with freshly poisoned blade edges. In truth, the Snake People were not strong warriors by themselves, but they had honed their innate toxicity to perfection. In battle with the Snake Warriors, the air would be filled with a poison mist. Their Fighting Aura was laced with deadly toxins, as were their blades.

```
Many warriors might be resistant to Fighting Aura, but the toxins in the air could imperceptibly invade a person’s body, gradually paralyzing their nerves. Once the nervous system was poisoned, both speed and reaction would plumt rapidly. At this point, a simple strike from the Snake People’s warriors could imdiately end the battle.
It can be said that with this trait of the toxic warriors, very few in the entire Plane were willing to engage the Snake People at close quarters.
Elsa herself had many long-range offensive thods, which were what the Snake People feared the most. But now, Elsa had completely abandoned ranged attacks and instead chose to engage in close combat with the Snake People! This was a bad habit she had developed under the influence of Long Yi.
When the Snake People saw Elsa charge at them, they were, of course, overjoyed. Their greatest fear was Elsa staying away and bombarding them from a distance, and now she was coming to them voluntarily—where could they find such good fortune?
However, when the first batch of Snake People warriors were cleaved down by the Light Sword in an instant, all the Snake People realized that sotis, when the strength disparity was too great, these re toxins were insufficient to make up for it.
In the blink of an eye, all the Snake People warriors were chopped in two by Elsa. But most of them weren’t dead; they lay there struggling in pain. So tried to pull their severed limbs back to heal themselves with Magic, but Elsa paid them no attention.
"I guess I don’t need to ask two people about what I want to know, so which of you can give an answer?" Elsa asked the General and the deputy.
"I..." The General paused, barely opening his mouth to speak when the deputy’s curved blade had already slid across his throat. The General’s head fell to the ground, his eyes filled with disbelief as he looked at the deputy. He tried to say sothing, but without lungs to provide air, all that could be seen were his lips moving without any sound coming out.
"He knew everything I know. You may ask ," the deputy said, sheathing his extra arms and weapons. He ca obediently to Elsa’s feet and lay prostrate before her.
"Then, let’s start with what the God Chasers are," Elsa said.
Turns out, a few years ago, in one of the Snake People’s villages, a miraculous child appeared who possessed imnse knowledge. The child’s Magic was outstanding, and not long after being received by the Snake People’s Emperor, he was appointed Imperial Advisor. This child displayed surprising maturity and sagacity. In just a few years, he unified the entire planet of the Snake People into an Empire. The Emperor who had initially appointed the child as Imperial Advisor beca the sole Emperor of the Snake People’s star.
Of course, he was only an Emperor in na. At this ti, all the power of the Snake People’s star was in the child’s hands. Until one day, the child began secretly raising his own forces, telling his troops that he was a God Chaser, a grand life form in pursuit of the footsteps of the gods. For now, he was rely residing within a child’s body, waiting for the day he would welco the return of the gods, promising to bring supre glory and light to everyone.
His speech imdiately attracted a group of fanatical followers who gathered around him, obeying his commands. They helped him collect intelligence and resources from every corner of the Plane—all in preparation for the return of the gods.
And this ti, it was an order from the God Chasers themselves.
The Lizardn and the Snake People were natural allies, and the Lizardn’s Emperor and Crown Prince were fanatical followers of the God Chasers. Thus, the Lizardman Crown Prince ventured here voluntarily. Only to be buried by the desert and forced to feign death to survive. Elsa’s arrival coincidentally awakened the Crown Prince, and once he realized the ti was ripe, he imdiately called in the fleet. The aim was to cover for the Snake People, who were invading from another direction.
And Elsa knew the rest.
God Chasers, welcoming the return of the gods?
Elsa listened with so difficulty understanding, various signs suggested that the gods had already died, how could a dead god return? Could gods be resurrected? Elsa didn’t understand the makeup of gods, but she knew any so-called resurrection ant either they never fully died or the God Chasers had gone mad themselves.
This was completely unreliable.
The adjutant, watching Elsa lost in thought, shifted his eyeballs slightly and glanced at the General’s head beside him. At that mont, the General was staring at him with wide eyes. Noticing the adjutant looking at him, the General’s eyes moved slightly. The adjutant imdiately looked back at Elsa, who, of course, still had no extra reaction.
So, he began to brew poison within his poison sac. At such close range, just a touch of his poison would suffice. In an instant, no matter how strong the warrior, they would lose their ability to fight.
And at that mont, Elsa had no reaction to the imminent threat.
Die!
The adjutant took a deep breath, about to spit out the deadly venom when he saw everything before him start to roll.
When he saw his body again, it, now headless, was frantically grabbing around, trying to find its lost head.
And without lungs to breathe, the venom in the adjutant’s fangs sprayed all over his mouth.
"If you have a next life, rember when you brew your sches and conspiracies not to signal each other with your eyes," Elsa said. After speaking, she spread gray wings behind her, countless gray feathers exploding in the air, turning into tiny light spears descending from the sky. Not a single Snake Person below was left.
Elsa walked straight towards the enormous Eye of the Ancestor, noting that since her entrance, the Eye of the Ancestor had been watching her.
It looked not at the Snake People but at her; what was the reason?
"Can you communicate?" Elsa shouted aloud.
There was no response; apparently, it could not.
"Or perhaps, you recognize this?" With that, Elsa raised her hand and released a strength of the Giant. This was not ordinary Giant strength but that from Long Yi, which contained Long Yi’s mark.
Upon receiving that strength of the Giant, the huge Eye of the Ancestor began to deform!
The silver armor reassembled, the giant pupil no longer emitted any energy, and the Eye of the Ancestor, previously suspended, began to slowly land on the ground. Then, a golden hand stretched out from the pupil, gripping the edge and slowly erging.
A golden body, tall and voluptuous, only a mouth could be seen on the face, without any other features.
"It’s been a long ti, Suolin." Elsa said with a smile.
"Yes, it has been a long ti, Elsa," Suolin replied with a smile.
"I guess you’re not here for a vacation," Elsa said.
"Of course not, I ca specifically to find you," Suolin replied.
"To find , you specially made this device?" Elsa asked, pointing to the Eye of the Ancestor behind her.
"This is the Ti Balance Chamber. The ti I can stay within a tiline is limited. Using this Ti Balance Chamber, as long as I don’t leave here, my ti won’t accumulate, and likewise, ti won’t pass in that place either, most suitable for waiting a long ti for soone," Suolin explained.
"How long have you been waiting for here?" Elsa rembered that the Eye of the Ancestor seed to have been there for a very long ti.
"There was a major accident during this ti travel. I crashed into an energy body that was also undergoing ti travel. I twisted his tiline for several decades, while I was thrown back tens of thousands of years. Fortunately, hiding in the Ti Balance Chamber, these tens of thousands of years were but a mont to ," Suolin elaborated.
"Well, I think I finally understand why those Mountain Giants appeared here," Elsa said.
"Hmm, Mountain Giants? I’ll record this incident. The accidents of ti travel are quite astonishing. I was going to perform the transmission again, but that massive energy caused my portable ti travel device to fail. It seems even the products of the Giants are not always reliable," Suolin remarked.
"So, you ca looking for just to complain about the Giants?"
"Of course not, I can’t tell you what exactly I need to do here, but it has to be important, worth changing the tiline with space-ti transmission," Suolin stated.
"So, the Prophets who can foresee the future benefit from you?"
"Not all of them, but I do have a certain connection," Suolin admitted.
"What do we do now?"
"I am just following you, you make the decision." (To be continued. If you like this work, we welco you to vote for recomndation tickets and monthly tickets on Qidian (qidian). Your support is my greatest motivation. Mobile phone users please go to m.qidian to read.)
