Selena stepped out to call Elsa back, but this ti, Youyou did not follow.

"My intention is simple. I want the newly born Ghost Spirits to integrate into the Heaven Realm as a new race."

As these words fell, the entire venue imdiately erupted into turmoil, and even Selena struggled to comprehend Elsa’s idea. Not long ago, Ghost Spirits were sworn enemies of the Celestial Clan, irreconcilable with them. Although we are all grateful for the great contributions you made, Elsa, this does not an that the Celestial Clan can accept such a radical idea!

"I disagree." This ti, after deep consideration, the First Prince, Sajia, finally spoke up. "Although your contributions to the Celestial Clan are incomparable, we cannot accept the Ghost Spirits as mbers of our Heaven Realm. I believe not only us but also every commoner cannot accept this."

"I agree with the First Prince’s opinion. Throughout the long past, Ghost Spirits have only left us with terrible nightmares. I can accept them as frightening dolls in attractions, but we cannot accept them wandering among us at any ti, becoming our citizens!"

The others also voiced their opinions, but basically, they all echoed the sa sentint: they couldn’t accept Ghost Spirits joining the Heaven Realm.

"So, Elsa, do you have anything to explain about your actions? For instance, the necessity of letting Ghost Spirits join the Heaven Realm?" Selena didn’t explicitly oppose the idea. Although she couldn’t understand Elsa’s actions, she believed Elsa had her reasons. It was just that following Elsa’s habitual silence on her reasons, Selena was unaware of them. But this ti, the matter was too explosive for Selena to be fully prepared.

Everyone quieted down, so even with quickened heartbeats, because they suddenly realized that Elsa was not to be trifled with. Nothing had ever stopped her from doing what she wanted; she dared to clash directly with Sajia, and it wasn’t even news anymore that she had beaten up the First Prince nurous tis. If she were to lose her temper here, who could stop her?

But it seed that Elsa had no intention of losing her temper.

"Actually, there is no necessity, given that the enemies of the Celestial Clan aren’t too many at this ti. I just thought of it simply. If you all disagree, then so be it; I never really thought you would agree, I was just speaking off the cuff," Elsa said with a nonchalant shrug.

The crowd was perplexed.

This reaction did not seem to fit the impression Elsa had always given.

Since Elsa’s na first appeared in the Heaven Realm, she had always been an enigmatic, assertive figure. Whether in her routine confrontations with the First Prince, Sajia, or in battle against Ghost Spirits, she had always maintained various forms of dominance, never conceding at any mont. Even her retreat last ti was a classic case of advancing through retreat.

And now she was backing down directly?

No, I don’t believe it!

Sajia’s eyebrows furrowed slightly. As the first person to be caught off guard by a feigned retreat, Sajia didn’t believe Elsa would really back down. His experiences dealing with Elsa told him that she had never backed down! She was always advancing!

Seeing Sajia’s skeptical look, Elsa suddenly let out a light laugh, "Since you’ve rejected my previous proposal, then you must listen to the following one."

As expected!

Many exhibited an ’as expected’ expression. As astute as Elsa, of course, she knew her previous proposal stood no chance of passing. So she must have prepared a fallback, and indeed it was so.

"So, please listen carefully to my next proposal as it will be my last for today. If I fail to pass it, then I may put forward an even more excessive one, and as you all know, I’m soone who doesn’t quit until I reach my goal, right?" Before she presented her proposal, Elsa made this statent, and even the First Prince, Sajia, along with everyone else, nodded inwardly. This was Elsa’s characteristic. But for her to bring it up herself today, could it an she was determined to win over her next proposal?

"Then, you may present your proposal," Sajia said.

"I request a piece of land," Elsa stated and, using Magic, a map projection was displayed. It was a piece of land, not too far from the new urban area, not very big nor particularly fertile, that she had reclaid before.

"What do you want to use this land for?" Sajia asked.

"To continue my experints," Elsa replied.

"Your experints?" Sajia had pretty much figured it out.

"Yes, the experint to successfully integrate Ghost Spirits into society," Elsa said without hesitation.

"You an, to allocate this land specifically to you and those Ghost Spirits?" Sajia asked.

"Yes," Elsa said.

"I..." Sajia instinctively wanted to object, but seeing Elsa’s expression, he forcefully altered what he was about to say, "I’m not sure how others see this matter, would the Ministers please discuss it together?"

At this point, the Ministers were not as enthusiastic as before, mostly looking at each other in a stalemate.

In fact, after the initial shock, so Ministers also cald down. On careful consideration, Princess Elsa had never done anything unreliable, nor had she ever deceived anyone here about anything.

Despite their worries about the Ghost Spirits, at this mont in their minds, the Ghost Spirits were gradually becoming associated with the timid little girl they’d just seen.

"Honorable Ministers, if you have any thoughts, feel free to speak your mind," Sajia said upon seeing that no one else had jumped out to object, indicating that it was ti for his Ministers to speak.

"Ahem, Your Highness Princess Elsa, actually, we wish to know, what is the aning behind your actions?" an elderly Minister asked. The question was not sharp but rather ordinary. Sajia shot a glance at that Minister, who could only respond with an apologetic look.

"Because it makes happy," said Elsa.

Suddenly, the Ministers went silent again. If Elsa had co out with a bunch of pleasantries, a bunch of talk about the Heaven Realm, then these politicians would have had countless things to say in rebuttal. But Elsa’s simply saying "it makes happy" effectively silenced everyone. After all, could they really contest soone else’s happiness?

"Ahem, to simply make you happy, we would have to cede a piece of land to you... this seems... perhaps... a bit..." The elderly Minister struggled to find the right words, while casting pleading glances at Sajia. Sajia glared harshly at another Minister, who promptly took up the thread, "It seems a bit too extravagant, doesn’t it? That land is, after all, quite precious."

Elsa smiled. "So, two Ministers, do you have any plans for that land?"

What plans could those two Ministers have? They were simply following Sajia’s orders to obstruct Elsa. They both said in unison, "No, absolutely not."

"If that’s the case, why do you wish to stop ?" Elsa asked in confusion.

Indeed, what use was that land if it was unwanted, and could a princess not have a piece of land that nobody else desired? Besides, that land was won back through her own efforts.

"In fact, we already have plans for those lands," Sajia said.

"So all those lands I won back have plans within the next five years?" Elsa inquired.

"Yes," Sajia replied.

"Who can prove it?" Elsa demanded.

Sajia’s gaze swept across the room, and seven or eight Ministers stood up.

"We... We can prove it," the Ministers said sowhat unwillingly.

"Look, they..." Sajia began to speak, but Elsa raised her hand, signaling Sajia to shut up.

"Don’t be in such a hurry to speak, let finish first. If you’re going to give a definite answer now, then I need to see your detailed planning docunt right now. I will give you half an hour to bring this docunt before , and if you can’t do it, then starting from half an hour from now, I will kill one of those who made false testimony with you every half hour, with you being the last one," Elsa stated.

As she spoke these words, Elsa was still smiling. But when she condensed a huge Light Sword in her hands and a terrifying pressure enveloped the entire morning assembly, everyone knew that the princess was definitely not lying!

"You wouldn’t dare!" Sajia roared in anger, disbelieving that Elsa would dare to go that far.

"You have half an hour to send soone to retrieve this planning docunt. We are not far from the residences of any Minister here; it’s enough for your subordinates to make a round trip in ten minutes," Elsa said, stepping slowly toward the few Ministers who had stood up.

With a slight beckon, the Ministers were inexplicably lifted by an unknown force and lined up side by side. Then their chairs flew out, settling behind them.

"Sit," Elsa commanded. Although no one dared to take a seat, the inexplicable pressure forced them to sit down anyway.

Sajia felt his very eye sockets quivering in shock, absolutely unprepared for the light-hearted atmosphere to have changed so suddenly.

"Three minutes have passed, and you’ve already wasted one-tenth of your ti. Or do you actually intend for to carry out the execution of these n?" The Light Sword in Elsa’s hand emitted a terrifying hum, and a few Ministers who were a bit closer felt like they were about to burst into tears.

"Your Highness Princess Elsa, please, be calm! Do not act rashly!" a few Moderates among the Ministers called out.

"Rest assured, I am not being impulsive; it’s just that I do not like being lied to, especially so blatantly. So, you can choose to wait for your trusted First Prince Sajia to suddenly conjure up a planning docunt to save your lives. Of course, you can also opt to honestly admit there is no such docunt..."

Before Elsa could finish, the Ministers all but shouted in unison, "There is no plan! We didn’t know anything! We were just echoing the First Prince’s words!"

Seeing his own n betray him, the First Prince felt his heart turn cold. (To be continued.
