"First of all, the contact person is a problem," Molly Polis said with a face full of frustration, lighting a cigarette.

She liked to smoke a few when she was annoyed.

Chloe Grant hated the sll of smoke, but she didn’t say anything.

She never pointed at others and told them, "You can’t smoke in front of ."

Instead, Chloe Grant chose to tolerate it.

"The team responsible for this case on the other side is super difficult. Before this, we’ve already sent two proposals, but both were rejected.

Yet they refuse to tell us what the problem is, which is the most frustrating part."

Chloe Grant couldn’t help but frown as she listened.

Redoing the proposal isn’t scary.

What’s scary is when the other side doesn’t express what they want, leaving us guessing, which is very frustrating.

It’s completely impossible to address the problem effectively.

"Why are the people in these big companies so arrogant?" Molly lashed out, even swearing.

Chloe didn’t know how to console her, so she stayed silent, listening to Molly vent.

After smoking three cigarettes and venting, Molly took a sip of coffee and readjusted herself.

"Chloe, wear sothing formal tomorrow, um... it should be formal, yet beautiful and elegant. The clothes must be branded," Molly instructed seriously, clearly having a plan in mind.

After speaking, she paused and asked, "How about you co ho with tonight, and I’ll help you pick out so clothes?"

This suggestion was sowhat indirect.

More directly, she was concerned that Chloe didn’t have branded clothes, but worried about being too blunt, so she was rather tactful.

"I have so. I’ll put together an outfit tonight and send you a photo," Chloe said with a smile.

Her closet was full of clothes.

When she was an intern, Isabella Gray took her on a shopping spree for a whole day and ordered high-end brands to be sent to Chloe’s closet.

Afterward, Lucas Morgan and Ralph Koch also took her shopping for many items.

So, her closet was never short of branded suits.

"That works." Molly nodded.

"Now you go pack up, we need to move to the planning departnt this afternoon. You’ll have your own office, and since you’re my closest assistant, your seat will be right outside my door. You’ll be in charge of all my schedules and arrangents, alright?" Molly asked.

Chloe nodded seriously, "Yes!"

She had been working with Molly for a long ti, always arranging everything for her.

She’d even traveled on business with Molly once, so she didn’t feel too pressured.

Chloe was just a little excited inside.

It felt like a big challenge, yet it was thrilling, her blood seed to be on fire.

Aweso.

...

In the afternoon, Chloe packed up her things with Molly and went to the planning departnt.

Of course, there were quite a few murmurs.

Molly reminded Chloe once, "The more noise there is around you, the more you have to hold your head high and show a proud deanor. Sotis those opposing words can’t compete with a look that sees them as insignificant dust."

Molly’s gaze turned coolly to a colleague nearby who had been speaking rudely.

With just one look, the person was rendered speechless.

That was when Chloe truly learned!

"After you’re done, go ho. Do a face mask tonight, and rember, you must be stunning tomorrow!" Molly reminded her again and again.

Chloe nodded.

After a simple cleanup, she had nothing else to do.

Chloe sent a ssage to Jacob Lee, informing him that her work had been transferred, so she would go ho first and that he didn’t need to pick her up.
