Chloe Grant’s tone was very dismissive, obviously unhappy.
Lucas Morgan laughed, "My brother called and said I should visit the station, ntioned that I might find a good voice actor there for my ga. I didn’t think much of it at the ti, just thought that the strears did have nice voices, and if we could collaborate, it would be great..."
"So he’s the one who sent you here?"
Chloe didn’t want to listen to anything related to work that Lucas was talking about.
He nodded, "I didn’t expect his real intention was this. By the way..."
Just then, Lucas leaned in close to Chloe like he was gossiping, "I heard yesterday you went on a blind date? Seems like you had a conflict with my brother and Ralph Koch, and the guy ended up at the police station?
Rumor has it you even declared you’d find soone better than my brother?"
Upon hearing Lucas’ words, Chloe frowned repeatedly.
How does he know everything?
"I drove myself here, I’m leaving now!" Chloe didn’t want to discuss it, snatched her bag back, and walked in another direction.
Lucas was relentless.
He quickly followed, "I honestly never thought you’d have such courage, to claim you’d find soone better than Matthew Morgan and then slap him in the face!
The face of the Morgan family patriarch... probably only you, this little girl, would dare to think of hitting it, right? By the way, have you found this person? Can you find them?"
At this mont, Lucas was like a gossip line constantly buzzing around Chloe.
Chloe just shoved him away with a palm.
She hadn’t realized before how much of a gossip he was.
"By the way, if you don’t have anyone, I could introduce you to soone," Lucas shouted once more.
Chloe, who was walking ahead, inexplicably stopped in her tracks.
Seeing a chance, Lucas hurried forward, "You have to know, in this grand city, finding soone on par with my brother is hard enough. Let alone soone better than him."
"Do you have a candidate?" Chloe asked.
Lucas nodded very seriously, "It’s hard, but there certainly is. Plus, he’s single as well."
"Introduce him to !" Chloe said earnestly.
Lucas nodded, "I can do that."
"When will you arrange it?"
"No need for arrangents, you already know him."
"Who?"

Chloe: ...
"Get lost, you!" Chloe completely lost her patience and directly kicked him away.
Her car arrived just in ti, and she tossed her bag onto the passenger seat before getting into the driver’s seat.
Her face was so dark, it was as if she wanted to chop Lucas into a thousand pieces.
When she drove, she didn’t look at all. If Lucas hadn’t dodged quickly, Chloe might seriously have driven over him.
Lucas dusted himself off and watched Chloe’s car speed away, suddenly laughing.
He shook his head, "This girl, why is she getting more amusing?"
"Still thinking of finding soone better than my brother, and taking it so seriously..."
Lucas found it quite funny.
It reminded him of a conversation he had during the day when he visited Matthew Morgan at the Morgan Group.
"I don’t care what’s going on between you and Thea Yates, but I trust your feelings for Chloe, you wouldn’t betray her.
But, brother, if you have so secret, you must tell her. Otherwise, if you keep quiet, she’ll only leave you in the end!"
Lucas had seriously reminded Matthew at that ti.
But Matthew’s simple response almost made him spit blood.
