Chloe Grant naturally couldn’t resist this little guy’s act of being spoiled, so she bent down and picked him up again.

"Eldest Sister Harper, have you seen my dad?" the little guy asked in a babyish voice.

"He’s on the second floor."

"Can you take to him, pretty please?" The little guy started acting spoiled in Chloe Grant’s arms again, blinking his innocent, black grape-like eyes, "Loren hasn’t seen Daddy for several days and really misses him."

"Don’t move, I’m begging you..."

Chloe Grant struggled to hold him properly, and with his bouncing around, Chloe felt like she was about to break down.

"Alright, alright, I’ll take you there now."

Chloe Grant was helpless, finally unable to hold on, and put the child down.

As soon as he was put down, Cloudy raised his arms, "Carry , carry !"

The little baby voice, acting spoiled, was really irresistible~

"Alright, alright, I’ll carry you!"

Chloe Grant was helpless and had to pick the child up again.

She told Isabella Gray about it and then carried the child upstairs to find Matthew Morgan.

Gale Koch naturally followed closely behind.

When they reached the second floor, George Stern imdiately bounced up upon seeing Chloe Grant.

His legs were long to begin with, and when he jumped, Chloe Grant’s eyes blurred as she felt like she only saw legs.

"I’m going downstairs!"

Without much thought, George Stern darted towards the stairs, squeezing through the gap between Chloe Grant and Gale Koch, and dashed downstairs.

Upon reaching the first floor, he silently clapped his hands, "Luckily, I ran fast, or else they’d lock in the little room again, simply too ruthless."

George Stern swore, if he couldn’t find a girl, he’d look for a guy, just trying to avoid going back again for no reason.

Upstairs.

Chloe Grant, holding Cloudy, watched George Stern darting downstairs like he’d seen a ghost, with a very bewildered expression.

"What’s up with him?"

Matthew Morgan stood up, trying to take the child, but Chloe Grant dodged, unwilling to give him up.

"Sister!" Cloudy was obviously dissatisfied, pouting his little lips, waving his hand towards Matthew Morgan, "I want Daddy! Daddy!"

"Your dad isn’t well, you’re too heavy, he can’t handle it, he’d cough up blood, be a good boy!"

"Cough up blood?" The little guy tilted his head, looking confused, seemingly seriously considering the picture Chloe Grant painted.

Then he turned his head, covering his heart, "Daddy, is it stuffy here, and if you exert force, you’ll have to lift your head and cough up blood?"

The little guy demonstrated, lifting his head, trembling all over as if coughing up blood.

Chloe Grant was trying to hold him tight, while also being thoroughly amused by his antics.

This little guy, how could he be so adorable.

Matthew Morgan looked resigned as well, reaching out to pat Chloe Grant on the back of her head, "Mischievous."

Chloe Grant made a silly face.

"Co sit down." Matthew Morgan pulled her to sit on the sofa, reaching out, grabbing Cloudy’s arm, lifting him up and then tossing him onto the adjacent sofa.

Chloe Grant was directly dumbfounded!

Over on the single sofa, Cloudy also looked completely bewildered.

"Why did you bring him up?" Matthew Morgan acted as if nothing happened.

"He said he wanted to see you..."

Chloe Grant pointed at Cloudy, still in a dazed state, who looked at Chloe as she sat down, and seed about to burst into tears...

"Shut up."

Matthew Morgan glanced back, and the latter, who was about to let out a wail, instantly shut his mouth.

Chloe Grant watched him trying not to cry, yet holding it in, feeling both pitiful and incredibly cute...

"Isn’t it a bit harsh of you to treat him like that?" Chloe Grant said weakly.

The little guy on the other side pouted, nodding quickly, agreeing as much as he could.
