As Zhou Yuan unclipped the leash, the cunning Husky didn’t give her a chance to react and darted off the mont it was freed.

She hurriedly chased after it.
The Husky, now completely out of control, excitedly darted around due to the rare sight of so many people.
“Ah, a dog!” scread a socialite.
“Oh, my drink!” A waiter got bumped, and his tray of glasses shattered.
It then dashed onto a table to eat so cake, and seeing soone chasing it, jumped down and scurried under the table, pulling the tablecloth and toppling the food.
Zhou Yuan grew more anxious and continued to chase after it, crawling where it crawled, but still couldn’t catch it.
The party scene was in utter chaos!
Not until soone blew a whistle did the Husky calm down and run towards the source of the sound.

Zhou Yuan then washed her face and reapplied her makeup. When she ca out, the banquet hall had been tidied up and the guests had freshened up, making it seem as if the earlier chaos had never happened.
Then, the dance was about to start.
When the butler announced that guests could invite their favorite partners to dance, Zhou Yuan noticed many young won eyeing Gu Cheng eagerly.
Quick on her feet, Zhou Yuan was the first to reach Gu Cheng and extended her hand, “Big brother, may I have this dance with you?”
Gu Cheng recognized Zhou Yuan as the girl who had let his dog out.
He didn’t really want to accept, but seeing that many other young socialites were looking at him, if he didn’t dance with Zhou Yuan, he’d have to dance with soone else.
Might as well dance with Zhou Yuan.
Just a little girl after all, he thought, as if he were indulging a child.
Gu Cheng took her hand and they began to dance to the music.
Zhou Yuan couldn’t have been happier at that mont, her heartbeat racing, her eyes admiringly fixed on Gu Cheng’s face.
Gu Cheng, looking down, saw Zhou Yuan’s face smiling mischievously and frowned again.
“Big brother, can you stop frowning? Look at the lines between your brows, you could crack a walnut with them.”
“Can you tone down the desire in your eyes a bit?” Gu Cheng asked.
“Desire? Is it that obvious?”
