The sisters quieted down.
Linlin then directly said to Li Shirui, “Mom, I was at Hengze’s house last night.”

Xi Wanfen chid in again, “Sister, didn’t you say you rejected premarital sex? Why did you go there last night?”
Linlin glared at Xiao Fen.
“Mom, I need to go on a business trip to Guang City for a few days,” Linlin said, observing Li Shirui’s expression.
“That’s fine,” Li Shirui said, her expression unchanged, showing no particular concern about the trip.
“Mom, I’ll bring you a gift.”
Li Shirui smiled, “Still, Linlin is thoughtful, always thinking of her mom.”
Xi Wanfen retorted, “No good deed goes unpunished, it’s either deception or theft!”
