The benches outside the clinic were filled with people, mostly n, all waiting for Su ixi to call their numbers.
A young man in his twenties happily exited the room, his face lit up with excitent.

His friend asked, "Did Dr. Su prescribe you any dications?"

The man complied but made sure to draw the curtain.
Su ixi looked at the blue curtain that she had to pull several tis a day and suddenly felt it was very hot to the touch.
It took her a while before she lifted the curtain and walked in.

He lay on the bed, legs apart, his pants pulled down to his knees—seeming like a fish ready for slaughter, yet his aura was too imposing; firm, stern, as if she was the one about to be slaughtered.
It was still him who reminded her, "Dr. Su, shall we start the examination?"
She snapped back to reality and hurriedly examined his wound.
The cut was near the groin area, quite deep, covered with gauze but still oozing blood.
Since the wound was only two centiters from his private parts, she felt a bit unsure how to proceed.
Gu Wei, however, remained calm and even reminded her, "Didn't you say that a doctor sees only organs?"
Su ixi stubbornly replied, "I'm not looking at that part of you. It's going to hurt a bit, try to bear with it."
She carefully unwrapped the gauze and inspected the wound to ensure no other nerves were damaged, then proceeded to disinfect the wound.
