Chapter 43: 043 Her Gown
Fu Xiaoxiao still rembered how beautiful the Moonlight Goddess gown appeared under the moonlight. She believed that Xu Qing would definitely fall in love with her if she could wear it.
She finally understood why she felt that the gowns brought by the maids felt lackluster. It must have been because she compared them to Moonlight Goddess.
The corners of her lips curled up slightly. She took the car keys and drove to the Fu corporation without hesitation.
Everyone in the Fu Corporation knew Fu Xiaoxiao, so they did not stop her.
Fu Xiaoxiao rushed straight to Fu Hang’s office. Seeing that Fu Hang was still reading a contract, she ran over with a flattering smile and said coquettishly, “Second brother, lend the Moonlight Goddess!”
A hint of displeasure flashed through Fu Hang’s eyes, but he quickly regained his composure. He raised his eyes to look at Fu Xiaoxiao and said, “I’ve already given it away. You can go to the clothing departnt to get whatever dresses you want!”

Fu Hang put aside his contract and looked up coldly. His gaze fell on Fu Xiaoxiao, and he rejected her rcilessly, “That’s impossible.”
Fu Xiaoxiao stared at him in disbelief. Suddenly, she seed to have thought of sothing. She pulled a chair aside and sat down. Then, a flattering smile appeared on her face. “Second brother, I’m actually asking for the gown for sister-in-law. Don’t you think that dress will suit sister-in-law well?”
This ti, she actually brought out Lin Xing as an excuse.
Fu Hang leaned lazily on the back of his chair. He twirled a pen with his right hand while looking silently at Fu Xiaoxiao.
“Second brother, there’s a party tonight. I want to bring sister-in-law out for fresh air. As you know, ever since Shen Yan posted the video of sister-in-law falling into the pool, she has been crying her eyes out every day!”
Fu Xiaoxiao pouted and rambled on. She did not notice Fu Hang’s face, which was turning dark. “I just want to let sister-in-law get so fresh air. What if she gets depressed?”

Fu Xiaoxiao still wanted to say sothing, but Fu Hang continued, “It’s getting late. If you don’t choose your gown now, the nice gowns might have already been taken by others.”
After Fu Hang finished his words, Fu Xiaoxiao ran out in a flash. He looked at the pen in his hand grimly and tried to suppress his anger.
It was six o’clock at night. The sky was already dark.
Fu Xiaoxiao wore a light blue gown and a fur coat draped over her shoulders. She stepped into Royal Palace arrogantly.
Qiao Yue was originally talking to soone else, when she saw Fu Xiaoxiao. She walked over swiftly, she said with an astonished look on her face, “Xiaoxiao, you’re wearing the ‘Poseidon’s daughter’ dress, right? I’ve heard people say that this dress costs more than 500 thousand dollars. It’s so beautiful!”
Fu Xiaoxiao held her head even higher. Fortunately, she went early and snatched this gown from the hands of an A-list celebrity. She said with a smile, “You look good today, too!”
“No, no. You look better in this,” Qiao Yue said sincerely. The reason she flattered Fu Xiaoxiao was partly because of her status. But now, she was genuinely complinting the gown. If only she could take a picture in that dress!

Shen Yan’s long curly hair draped gently over her shoulders. She was wearing an exceptionally large pearl pendant around her neck, with diamond earrings in the shape of the moon. The earring swayed slightly as she walked. Her face seed to be emitting a soft glow when the light shone gently on her.
It was as if the gown was made for her, complenting her beautiful figure truly.

Shen Yan walked in with an indifferent expression. However, she seed to have spotted soone she knew, and a smile appeared on her face.
At this mont, everyone felt that her smile had eclipsed the lights.
Fu Xiaoxiao bit her lips and clenched her fists tightly. Her fingernails were deeply embedded in her palm, but she did not cry out in pain.
Qiao Yue, who was standing at the side, seed to have thought of sothing. The corners of her lips curled up into a faint arc. Qiao Yue looked at Fu Xiaoxiao’s expression, and the corners of her lips curled up in satisfaction.
