The aura that the Eternal Fla generated was not equal to the Quietus Truth, aning that the Fla Imperator had not truly entered the Fourth Realm in the Concept Path. Still, he definitely took one step into that realm!
Although it ca as a shock for Zatiel, it made sense. The Incarnation of Death and Destruction knew the importance of willpower and how to master Concepts. Since Zatiel could master the Concept of Justice to the Third Realm's pinnacle, why would the Fla Imperator not do it as well?
Unlike Zatiel's Concept of Justice, which punished evil and rewarded virtue, the Fla Imperator's Concept was a force that twisted good and bad.
Under the power of that Eternal Fla, good and evil were aningless, as the idea of them in the mind of all sentient life forms could change. Performing a genocide could be considered kindness and empathy as an act of utter cruelty.
The Fla Imperator saw the flash of enlightennt in Zatiel's eyes, and the evilness in his smile only grew stronger.

The Fla Imperator's soul aura began to change as he uttered those words. Before, it was a perfect copy of Zatiel's, but now a sense of utter darkness and evilness could be found in it.
Zatiel's eyes widened as he felt that evil soul aura since it was identical to the one from the Soul Core of Existence in Nexus.

The Fla Imperator's smile froze as Zatiel's True Will opened its eyes and burst with power. The Quietus Truth still sealed everything else, but the Sun of Justice was free to act for an instant.
"FUCK... YOU!" Zatiel uttered those words as the Sun of Justice went supernova!
All the power in the Concept Sun, which could burn for billions of years and whose sunlight could incinerate Rank 8 life forms, was released instantly.
The Fla Imperator's body trembled, and he puked a mouthful of blood. His seal over Zatiel's existence broke for a second, and he imdiately attempted to reinstate it, but it was too late.
