"Who are your people? I am the bearer of this nation's will, I am a person of the Wind."

"Alright, Secretary-General," Yang Ming chuckled, "I hope you can co and offer your guidance."

"Then I, as the Princess, reluctantly accept your invitation."

Emilia held her hands gracefully in front of her, like a true lady, elegant and poised.

...

About half a Galaxy Ti later.

Emilia, with a darkened expression, was controlling a robot avatar, following two other robots equipped with 'overhead display screens', rolling her eyes continuously.

Really!

She could understand that the great Sherman Empire's national hero, the new darling of the Sherman family, nesis of the Space Worm Clan, Ancient God Transformation Hanton, indeed was busy with official duties and didn't have ti to accompany her for a simple birthday.

But she couldn't understand why the planned visit with two people to a certain unveiling ceremony had now beco a group of three!

And it was in the form of remotely controlled robots, only able to see each other's faces through the display screens on the ugly robots' heads, lacking any semblance of reality!

Alright, the third person present here was also a respectable elder, their Wind Alliance's energy tycoon—Haton Kolev.

Emilia could only suppress her discontent and follow behind the two, listening to their joyful conversation.

The three robots were walking down a side corridor of a warship.

Everything Emilia saw was in a silver-gray tone, lines and modules of minimalist style, and occasionally so simple control panels appeared.

This should be a thousand-ter-long battleship?

Emilia looked out the porthole, seeing a fist-sized constant star, emitting a blue-white glow. A planet that looked lifeless was rotating regularly to the left front.

She heard Yang Ming say:

"Today's unveiling ceremony is sure to be an eye-opener for both of you."

What followed was the energy tycoon's rciless teasing:

"Wow, so amazing? Did you create a Dreadnought?"

Yang Ming stamred a bit.

Emilia almost burst out laughing.

Kolev laughed, "Fine, fine, bla , I struck a nerve in the captain, now he can't speak."

"Actually," Yang Ming smacked his lips, "the technical difficulty is not much different from a Dreadnought, and in so areas, it even surpasses the Empire and New Federation's current Dreadnoughts."

Kolev's eyes widened, "You! Did you develop a massive destructive ship within the Intelligent Machine civilization?!"

Emilia was also taken aback.

She naturally understood that a Dreadnought wasn't impressive just because of its size; it was the most rigorous test of an industrial system for a powerful regi.

Yang Ming laughed, "Why so excited? I've been working on this for more than a year or two, it's not a real Dreadnought."

Kolev puzzled, "You have the technology and resources, why not directly build a Dreadnought?"

"At this stage, we indeed can support two to three Dreadnoughts."

Yang Ming said calmly:

"But that would drag down the developnt of our civilization's core. Currently, we are focused on defense. With the resources to build one Dreadnought, we can build four to six large-caliber planet cannons more powerful than a Dreadnought Main Gun.

"For example, the satellite fortress project Little Lyu is working on now—we plan to hollow out a natural satellite with a diater of six hundred kiloters over ten Galaxy Years and turn it into a fire fortress equipped with three planet cannons, capable of delivering the firepower of three Dreadnoughts."

"Ten years?" Emilia asked in surprise.

Yang Ming sighed, "I know, that ti fra is indeed a bit long, but we can't commit all our resources to this project. This is only one of Dark Star's top twelve military projects; ten years is a conservative estimate. Considering the resource enrichnt effect of civilization scale enhancent, six to seven years for completion is also possible."

Kolev and Emilia's robots exchanged a glance.

The old pirate cursed, "We're surprised you can pull off such a big project in such a short ti! Satellite fortresses usually take decades or centuries to build!"

"Am I lacking common sense?"

Yang Ming looked innocent:

"When Lyu reported, that's what she said.

"After all, Dark Star is a pure chanical civilization. It has seven to eight tis the efficiency of human civilization, which is quite normal."

They all heard Lyu's laughter in their ears at the sa ti, "Boss, the difference lies in overall scheduling ability and individual chanical efficiency; that's the key factor."

Lyu's projection appeared beside them, wearing a silver-white combat suit, long black hair hanging behind, her bright eyes twinkling with the light of wisdom.

She slightly bowed toward Yang Ming, Kolev, and Emilia:

"Boss, shall we begin the unveiling ceremony now?"

"Hmm," Yang Ming said, "the audience is all here, let's start."

"Yes."

Lyu's expression imdiately beca very serious.

A control console projection appeared in front of her, and after pressing a few buttons... it remained calm outside the porthole.

Kolev whispered, "Is there going to be a beam of light flashing, and then this planet in front of us gets blown up directly?"

"Of course not," Yang Ming laughed, "what do we gain by blowing up planets for no reason?"

"Powerful nations usually test weapons like this to showcase their might," Kolev laughed, "without blowing up a few planets, they can't establish their deterrence."

Emilia suddenly said, "A vortex has ford in the planet's cloud layers!"

"Good observation," Lyu quietly praised.

The three robots crowded at the porthole, watching the changing vortex in the planet's cloud layer not far away.

In the center of the vortex, a giant ship was slowly erging from the atmosphere.
