The elevator doors opened, and a team of female guards rushed out, with Daphne quickly stepping out.

"Your Highness!"

Griss and the surrounding warriors saluted.

"The riot has been suppressed! The ships carrying the generals are docking!"

"Very good, Captain!"

Daphne spoke quickly:

"Now another fleet has responded to us. Our forces are sufficient to protect the Emperor Star Circle, but this is not enough. We need to win over more local military organizations to protect more people."

"We are just warriors," Griss smiled, "Warriors just follow orders; we don't understand these matters, but Your Highness, you've done exceptionally well."

Daphne shook her head and said calmly, "I am rely following the spirit of my fiancé, doing my utmost to protect the innocent."

The surrounding warriors looked at Daphne with a newfound respect in their eyes.

Griss chuckled silently.

This princess is quite good at winning people's hearts.

"Your Highness, please follow ! The generals will probably arrive at Dock 967 in about twelve minutes."

"Thank you all for leading the way."

"Happy to serve you... The riot was just suppressed here, and there might still be so blood and bodies around. I hope it won't frighten you."

Daphne nodded slightly, boarded the shuttle, and bowed her head in thought.

The arriving generals were led by Thomas, a commanding general from the Imperial Military Departnt.

Soon, Atro from the Military Intelligence Bureau, as well as several generals from the Emperor Star Defense Forces, would arrive at the Heavenly Fury Fortress.

They would form a military team united around Daphne, constituting the Empire's final self-defense force.

"Your Highness," Griss asked, "Did you watch the Ghost's speech?"

"I did," Daphne's lips curved into a charming smile, which she quickly suppressed.

This occasion and atmosphere were not suitable for laughter.

Daphne said, "I don't know how to evaluate it, but the Sherman Empire's official stance at this mont must be to oppose the Third Calamity."

"Yes, Your Highness," Griss sighed, "We always thought that the almighty Emperor Guard System would backfire, but the real impact when it did was unexpectedly large."

"The Emperor Guard System did not attack the Empire," another transford people captain said on the communication channel, "Which baffles . According to what we know now, Emperor Levi betrayed Reason, who had always been influenced by the Empire's negativity and hated humans. The one Reason should attack most is the Empire."

"Who can say for sure."

Griss sighed:

"Levi betrayed Reason, but Reason did not betray Levi."

Suddenly, a captain spoke up in the communication channel: "Your Highness, I'd like to ask a question that everyone is afraid to ask."

"Go ahead," Daphne responded swiftly.

"After this war, which path should the Empire take? Will we face astronomical reparations? Will the Empire's system change?"

Sighs sounded from all around.

Daphne quickly said, "The reform of the Empire is inevitable, but regarding reparations and other issues... If they can defeat us on the battlefield, we will have to bear it. What they cannot take from us on the battlefield, I will not give them through negotiation or any other ans."

Griss smiled, "That's a reassuring answer."

Many people breathed a sigh of relief.

"Your Highness, does following you now count as a ritorious act of supporting a new emperor?"

"Everyone, be serious!"

Griss glanced at the calm Daphne and scolded through the communicator:

"Stop fooling around. The Empire is in turmoil now, and you still have the mood to joke! Your future welfare depends on the outco of this battle!"

Daphne did not say much more, only stating, "Rest assured, the Empire will not perish; it will only be reborn."

Griss gave a thumbs up.

He sowhat understood why the idol chose Daphne as a fiancé.

She is beautiful enough, has a great figure, but most importantly, that aura—no ordinary beauty could possess it.

The communication channel echoed with shouts:

"There are more battle reports coming in! Fighting has erupted in three directions! Damn! Over two hundred thousand ships have gathered on the Empire's border outskirts. The White Ghost is amazing! Really brought these rabble together!"

"What are you talking about? Who is the Ghost leader anyway? That's the man I have tattooed on my back!"

"This grand drama is beautiful, with three hundred regis united to crusade against the Empire's Third Calamity Army!"

"Beautiful, my foot! We are the targets of the crusade!"

"You're right, the pressure is imnse."

Griss laughed, "Don't worry, everything is under the Ghost's control."

Daphne was taken aback for a mont, turning to look at Griss, who took out a communicable badge and handed it to Daphne.

"An idol's instructions: if you have any unsolvable problems, just use this to ask."

Daphne looked at the badge, her fingers stroking the engraved words.
