“As far as I know, the Cloud Guard are elites among Awakeners, their numbers range from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands, look at these clouds above, many of them envelop their ships.
“Besides dealing with potential anomalies on the surface, they have a mission to protect the core regions underground.”
Yang Ming seed intrigued: “Core regions?”
“Specifically, I’m not too sure either,” Levi Badoli said, “I’m just familiar with a few instructors of the Cloud Guard, I also served there for a while… let’s talk about the association, as Daru said just now, we need a manifesto, and also make others aware of what our association is about.”

“As long as we don’t touch space technology, unable to leap to broader space, they won’t impose any restrictions on us, but as soon as we wish to upgrade ourselves, achieve a leap in civilization, they will stop at nothing to stifle us.”
Yang Ming said: “It’s almost a dead end.”
Edwan Kabba asked: “Was it because the Kate people, aning us, wanted to challenge that powerful civilization back then that we failed?”

“Yes, the universe is vast, but even vaster is the brilliant civilization created by life forms, given enough ti and a growing population, the civilization can expand outward continuously.”
“So I dare to assert, in the era of interstellar navigation, the right to develop is a civilization’s most important and fundantal right.”
“If there’s another civilization that unreasonably… note, I say unreasonably, unreasonably deprive a civilization of its developntal right, they can be deed unjust.”
Yang Ming suddenly laughed: “What good is calling it unjust? There’s no sovereign above all civilizations to te out divine punishnt to the violent civilization.”
“Yes, that’s the cruelest part of civilization.”
Levi Badoli’s gaze was distant yet firm:
“You two must rember, of course, rembering this won’t do you much good, I’m just habitually using a teacher’s tone, to instruct my students.”
“The right to develop, is the most basic right of civilization.”
