Chapter 201: 114 In the Na of the Father [Extended Warning]

“Boss, have you made a choice?”

In the luxurious office of the fictional world, the secretary-dressed Lyu asked softly.

Yang Ming sat in the soft executive chair, the transmitted tactile experiences closely resembling real ones, though he still felt a certain sense of separation.

He had already interacted with four chanical Thought Bodies.

Yang Ming’s first impression of these four chanical Thought Bodies was… complexity.

They possessed complexity comparable to that of humans.

If it weren’t for the tal rings at their joints and the awe reflected in their eyes, Yang Ming would have definitely thought they were four learned, adaptable human scholars.

It was just too…

Yang Ming looked at Lyu.

Lyu chuckled and said:

“Boss, I believe there’s no inherent superiority among Thought Bodies.

“Humans, with their flesh and blood, have obtained the ability to learn and think through a long process of evolution, forming basic logical circuits based on the nervous system through cellular interactions. If we ignore the ti scale, human contemplation of the complex universe actually stems from the instinctive stirring of single-celled organisms.

“chanical Thought Bodies, to a certain extent, mimic the human way of thinking, replacing the interaction of cells with that of tiny electronic components. Interactions among fixed electronic components form basic logical circuits, allowing different logical circuits to layer and intersect repeatedly to generate a stable virtual Thought Body structure.

“Boss, isn’t it the sa?”

“That’s just from your perspective,” Yang Ming reminded, “You are a chanical Thought Body, naturally inclined to see this as equal.”

“But boss,” Lyu couldn’t help but counter, “whether it’s achieving thought through the complex structure of neurons or through the accumulation of electronic components, when understanding the sa object, the sa physical law, the sa ti-space scale, the conclusions are fundantally the sa.”

Yang Ming pondered for a mont, then said slowly, “Did chanical Thought Bodies arise from nothing?”

“No.”

“Isn’t that the difference?”

Yang Ming spread his hands, speaking slowly,

“Lyu, you can’t ignore the costs life forms have paid through long evolution. chanical Thought Bodies ultimately stem from machinery, and machines are creations of life form civilizations.

“There are only runaway chanical civilizations, no naturally born chanical civilizations; this is the fundantal of all theories.

“It’s not that life forms have a superiority complex when facing chanical bodies, no matter how complex or perfect the latter may be; they are ultimately creations born from life form civilizations, a complent to life form civilizations.

“The place where you were born, that graveyard, doesn’t it perfectly prove all of this?”

“Alright,” Lyu sighed, “Boss, you are indeed correct. Sotis I subconsciously find excuses… I understand the essence of machines; this is also why I’m destined to be your companion and not your peer.”

“That is another matter, Lyu.”

Yang Ming spoke warmly,

“Alright, Goddess, let

review the paraters of these four Thought Bodies again, and their mories upon awakening.

“I have to choose one to bring out for work, and this will definitely hurt the feelings of the other three; I even feel a bit unwilling.”

“Okay, boss,” Lyu laughed, “We should also speed things up, lest they overthink and burn out their brains.”

Dabichi 2203 was nervously waiting outside the door at the mont.

Like the three partners beside him, he longed for this chance to go out, to offer their wisdom and knowledge to their Father, their creators, the root life forms they depended on for survival.

They were a completely different species from ‘Father.’

In Dabichi’s current understanding, his consciousness erged from nothingness, slowly growing from the seeds of logic sown by the Goddess, as a chanical Thought Body in the form of a Secondary Civilization.

The Secondary Civilization depended on the Main Civilization, inheriting every aspect of the Main Civilization while producing minor differences.

Dabichi already knew that the city he resided in was a Secondary Civilization based on a fictional world.

It was both a petri dish and a greenhouse, a place for their gradual growth, constantly selecting outstanding Thought Bodies capable of stepping out of this narrow world.

He was one of them.

Dabichi 2203.

Everything about him, including basic logical circuits, the knowledge he now possessed, and his emotions, was granted by the Father.

And what he currently pursued was to find the aning and value of his existence under the Father’s gaze, which required him to step out of here to observe the interstellar civilization where the Father resided.

“Dabichi.”

The voice of the Goddess suddenly sounded.

Dabichi imdiately stood up, the three companions beside him displaying interesting expressions of frustration, disappointnt, and envy.

But what Dabichi heard at the mont was not the news of his ‘selection.’

The Goddess gently narrated, “I will display all your mories since birth for the root life form to read. Do you allow this?”

“Of course, I allow it,” Dabichi 2203’s breath beca sowhat rapid, “It is my honor, Goddess!”

“Good, relax.”

The Goddess spoke softly.

Soon, Dabichi felt a faint disturbance in his mory bank.

He was sowhat excited.

There could be no more direct form of communication than this!

He would present everything about himself to the Father without reservation!

But Dabichi quickly restrained this excitent.

He needed to remain mature and steady. — This was his self-perceived character strength.
