"It’s been excavated, it’s been excavated..."
The scholars shouted excitedly as they moved a tal plaque out from the tomb’s entrance.
After days of investigation and research, they finally decided to remove the tal plaque from the altar.
This tal plaque should be similar to the one Yan Luo holds, serving as a carrier of information.
It’s uncertain what kind of information this tal plaque contains and whether its content is similar to Yan Luo’s tal plaque.
Because this world harbors entities like ’Evil Gods’ that are beyond reason, Yan Luo took the tal plaque into his tent to review the recorded content alone. Only when he confirms the content to be harmless will he allow others to see it.
Yan Luo appears to have a certain resistance to the tic contamination of the Evil Gods. Even if the information contains images of Evil Gods, he likely won’t be affected.
If others were allowed to view it together... most of the archaeologists from the Eastern Region are gathered here; if the tal plaque contains images of Evil Gods, the archaeological sector in the Eastern Region would suffer a trendous loss.
In his tent, Yan Luo placed the tal plaque before him, took a deep breath, and placed a Magic Crystal on the tal plaque.
Then he saw—
A teor fell from the sky, crashing onto the plains, drawing the attention of several tribes.
The Saint governing these tribes sent people to investigate. Robust and agile Samurais rode their steeds gallantly across the vast plains, reaching the site of the teor crash, where they then saw the ’spaceship’ embedded in the crater!
At this mont, Yan Luo suddenly widened his eyes.
Undoubtedly, what he saw was a spaceship.
The spaceship was bright silver all over, with an irregular cigar shape, featuring a protrusion that looked like a bridge.
However, this spaceship was damaged, with a massive tear in its midsection, nurous damages on its hull, charred and mottled patches, and flas uncontrollably bursting from its ruptures.
Though the ancient Blue Star Civilization possessed imnse power, their cognition was far inferior to modern Blue Star People.
The Samurai who saw the spaceship was quite shocked and instantly pulled on the mane of his steed, making it turn back.
The Samurai reported his findings to the Saint, who imdiately headed to the site of the spaceship crash.
By the ti the Saint arrived, the flas on the spaceship had already burned out.
Of course, it could also be that the spaceship’s internal firefighting system had finally put out the fires within.
The spaceship beca entirely blackened, and the Saint lightly jumped onto it, walking into it along the tear.
The projection from the tal plaque did not follow the Saint inside the spaceship but remained outside.
Perhaps after so ti, the Saint pulled out two things from the spaceship that looked like extraterrestrial life forms.
Those two extraterrestrial life forms fit the image of Aliens in Yan Luo’s mind—they appeared like larger octopuses, with their trunks encapsulated in a protective ’suit,’ exposing only their eight tentacles to the air.
The two extraterrestrial life forms were still alive, their tentacles still twitching.
Shortly after, Yan Luo saw a group of twelve Samurais descend into the crater, lifting the spaceship together.
This scene made Yan Luo gape uncontrollably.
The spaceship was massive; comparing it with the human figures in the projection, it could be around 200 ters long and 60 ters wide, yet it was lifted by just twelve people.
What astonishing strength that must be!
The spaceship could weigh up to a hundred thousand tons, yet it was lifted by twelve people; how strong must these twelve people be?
What amazed Yan Luo even more was that, after lifting such a heavy spaceship, those twelve people could still walk out of the crater.
With a weight of a hundred thousand tons distributed across twenty-four feet, the pressure on the small contact area of their feet was extrely high, yet when stepping on the ground, it only slightly caved in.
How did they manage that? Could it be that the ancient Blue Star Civilization had other systems of extraordinary power?
Just as Yan Luo was deep in confusion, the scene shifted back to the tribe.
The two extraterrestrial life forms captured by the Saint were attempting to communicate with humans, wrapping their tentacles around the Saint’s wrist, seemingly using this thod to engage in communication.
But suddenly, one of the extraterrestrial life forms mutated.
Its trunk, stored inside the protective suit, rapidly grew a tumor, and in a very short ti, its flesh filled every inch of space inside the suit.
The other extraterrestrial life form was very frightened by this; hastily, it released the Saint’s wrist and struggled to crawl away.
The Saint observed the mutation of the extraterrestrial without taking imdiate action, seeming to want to see what it would transform into.
Then, the glass-like material encapsulating the extraterrestrial’s trunk shattered, scattering shards that disintegrated upon touching the Saint.
Freed from material constraints, the flesh rapidly expanded, growths, and tumors sprouting one after another, only to be covered by other mutations.
The other extraterrestrial life form had already fled far away, while the mutated one burst through the simple house, becoming visible to other tribe mbers.
Then, in an instant, it was smashed to bits, flying toward the edge of the sky.
—The Saint had punched!
His punch shattered the mutated creature’s body, a power that did not seem rely an enhancent of physical abilities.
Could it be that the ancient Saint had also realized the existence of a ’Magnetic Field’ within the human body?
Or did he use so other ability?
Yan Luo fell into deep thought once again.
The scene shifted once more; the peaceful and calm tribe suddenly beca engulfed in flas. A group of deranged individuals set fires and killed wantonly within the tribe, and even attempts by close acquaintances to stop them resulted in their killing.
By this ti, the Saint finally realized the aning of what the extraterrestrial life forms tried to tell him, imdiately ordering the Samurais to kill the mad ones.
What followed were images of several Saints conversing, making decisions, and heading to the tower atop Mount Everest...
Yan Luo thought the scenes would end there, but they did not.
The tower collapsed, floods erupted, scenes of Nuwa repairing the moon flashed by, and subsequently, erged a scene Yan Luo had not seen before.
In the scene, a man clad in ornate robes stood on an altar, stepping on tens of millions of Engravings and runes, seeming to be conducting a grand ceremony.
After the ceremony, that man walked over to soone resembling Gong Gong, whom Yan Luo had seen before, discussing sothing.
At this point, the entire scene ended.
Yan Luo was left puzzled, unable to comprehend the story the tal plaque was conveying.
If he guessed correctly, the mutated extraterrestrial life form might have been influenced by the tic effects of an Evil God, hence the mutation.
When its mutated body broke through the roof, becoming visible to the tribal people, they too were affected, becoming mad.
Due to this incident, the Saints decided to sever the connection with the Abyss.
But the matter seed not so simple.
Blue Star’s severance from the Abyss occurred more than eight thousand years ago, but Da Yu lived about four thousand years ago.
In the final projection, the image Yan Luo saw reminded him of a person and an event.
—Zhuang Xu severing the link from the heavens!
According to legend, Zhuang Xu once contended with Gong Gong for the throne. Gong Gong was defeated by Zhuang Xu and, in anger, struck Mount Buzhou, causing the heavens to tilt northwest and the earth to sink southeast.
But what Yan Luo saw did not reflect this.
If the tower standing atop Mount Everest was indeed the Tower of Babel, or Mount Buzhou, Gong Gong seed to have destroyed it in a rather calm state, after which this tal plaque narrated a conversation between Gong Gong and a man.
The ceremony that man conducted seed very much like the legendary severance from heaven.
If so, then the man conducting the ritual should be the legendary Zhuang Xu.
Based on historical records from the Elves, the severance of Blue Star’s connection with the Abyss occurred over eight thousand years ago, a fact that needs no questioning. However, when did Zhuang Xu sever the link from heaven, and why? Was it to break the link with the Abyss?
If Yan Luo rembered correctly, in the words left by Da Yu in the tomb, the ’Abyss’ was referred to as ’Immortal Heaven.’
So, was Zhuang Xu’s severance of the link from heaven intended to break the connection with the Abyss?
If so, why did Gong Gong ’angrily strike Mount Buzhou’?
