"You’ve beco stronger again." Sasa said in surprise, as she applied more force and successfully inserted the needle into Yan Luo’s vein.
Yan Luo said, "Originally, I returned to Blue Star from the entrance of the Phantom Palace, but I was pursued by two City-breaking Level Demons. The garrison at the outpost killed one, but the other pursued too closely. If I didn’t risk fighting, I would have died, so I had no choice but to unleash my full power, which was detected by the officer there. Before he could act against , I made the first move and escaped from that outpost. However, I took care not to kill any of the soldiers there, so being wanted is not a problem."
"Fleeing in haste, I couldn’t take the exoskeleton and vehicles with , leaving everything behind at that outpost. I ran back to the Crimson Abyss without a weapon, killing my way from the Crescent Mountain Range to the Dark Forest. Although Yan Luo did not ntion it, Sasa knew that he must have consud a significant amount of demon flesh and blood along the way.
Because he was always unard, having to engage in hand-to-hand combat with the demons, aside from the enhancent his skin and muscles gained from repeated use, they beca even tougher.
Seeing Sasa’s skillful actions, Li Jiongming shook his head and smiled, "You two have been cooperating for quite a while, haven’t you?"
Sasa paused in her movents, then nodded, "It’s been a few months."
"Just as I thought." Li Jiongming took the blood tube from Sasa’s hand and placed it into the blood analyzer nearby.
The blood analyzer at the checkpoint was much more advanced than the second-hand one Sasa had bought, able to produce results in just a few minutes.
Before the analysis results ca out, so examinations on Yan Luo still needed to be done. Li Jiongming did not do them himself but let Sasa help Yan Luo with the checks.
Sasa was very familiar with this task, and seeing this, Li Jiongming couldn’t help but shake his head again.
"To be honest, I already knew beforehand that there was certainly sothing going on between the two of you."
Li Jiongming’s words did not distract Sasa; she continued to perform the physical examination on Yan Luo while saying, "I only have a set amount of energy each day. If I spend too much on Yan Luo, I’ll lack energy upon returning to the dormitory. Professor, you discovered the problem through this, right?"

Listening to the conversation between Sasa and Li Jiongming, Yan Luo couldn’t help but break out in a cold sweat.

Sasa reached out to grab Yan Luo’s wrist, then turned her head to Li Jiongming, saying, "When I first t Yan Luo, I shook hands with him. You know my brain is very developed, and through shaking hands with him, I discovered his muscle structure was different from ordinary people. Even those born as Warriors don’t have different muscle structures from ordinary people, so I concluded Yan Luo had issues. Later, I tricked him, and indeed, got the truth."

Sasa let out a sigh of relief, smugly looking at Li Jiongming, with a smug smile, "Professor, you can’t say anything to that, right? Yan Luo isn’t a researcher, so his physique definitely needs soone to study it. For him, I’m the most suitable choice."
Li Jiongming shook his head helplessly; he just wanted to tease Sasa a bit...
Indeed, Li Jiongming had considered studying Yan Luo’s physique, but he was now old, and his energy wasn’t what it used to be. There were already many issues requiring his concentrated effort in the Abyss, so he had no energy left to research Yan Luo’s physique.

Now the results were out; Yan Luo was still human, except for having a more special physique similar to that of ordinary humans.
After sending the inspection report to the head of Crimson No.2’s garrison, Li Jiongming quietly waited in the examination room together with Yan Luo and Sasa.
It wasn’t long before the examination room door opened, and a soldier who had been waiting outside ca in and said, "Yan Luo, you can go now."
Evidently, the garrison head accepted Li Jiongming’s inspection results, determining that Yan Luo was still human.
In reality, this inspection was rely a formality; the soldiers at the checkpoint all knew Yan Luo, having inspected him many tis, and knew for sure he was human and not a mutant creature.
Yan Luo nodded at the soldier and left the examination room with Sasa.
