Li Xu was quite happy to take it easy.
But Hua Xia in the Biochemical Plane was in urgent need!
Following the clear-out, the cities according to the contract, belonged to Hua Xia!
Of course, a good portion of the city resources belonged to Wanyan Company.
However, Hua Xia was still making a huge profit!
Thus, they continually sent urgent signals to the Hive Base, lacking Demon Warriors, relying solely on Hua Xia’s ordinary soldiers ant the cleaning speed was indeed very slow.
However, Zhang Kailei strictly followed Bai Yan’s instructions and refused the request to send troops. The goal for the Hive Base now was to first assimilate, then expand!
Everything was firmly put in place to avoid disparities in the military competencies and power of the internal soldiers!
Sotis Bai Yan was very high-profile and domineering, but when it ca to increasing personal strength and expanding influence, he was extrely cautious.
Only a calm and rational person could clearly understand that these were of utmost importance for the developnt of a power, no child’s play allowed.
In the days that followed.
Under Bai Yan’s na, Zhang Kailei at the Hive Base drafted a series of plans.
First: Establish a Research Departnt on Demon Island, with Dr. Isaacs as the head and Dr. Charles as the deputy head. Led by the two, the Research Departnt was in charge of Demon Island’s technological manufacturing and developnt, where most staff mbers were Umbrella Company employees, all bound by contracts, becoming Demon Servants!
Second: Revise the programs of Red Queen and White Queen, setting the mainfra on Demon Island, while the Biochemical Plane becos the host for secondary machines; also, they were to modify and upgrade both artificial intelligence programs, granting Bai Yan the sole highest authority, followed by Fu Chao and Various Mistresses with second-level authority, then distributing System permissions based on position ranking.
Third: Consolidate all Umbrella Company personnel, funds, resources, and technological achievents, to be managed by respective departnts.
Fourth: ......
A series of plans were issued, making everyone in the Hive Base operate as if wound up tightly.
Everyone had a plethora of tasks to manage.
Zhang Kailei was in charge of coordinating the entire subsequent setup for the Biochemical Plane, while Qin Jiuluo was responsible for training and managing the new Demon Servants. Alice and Jill led teams to slowly clean the cities and wilderness of zombies, centered around Raccoon City.
anwhile, the Research Departnt, led by Dr. Isaacs and Dr. Charles, focused entirely on Red Queen and White Queen, striving to upgrade a more perfect artificial intelligence system, while also consolidating all technological information to build a unique technological tree system for Demon Island.
Bai Yan was smart; he knew he couldn’t rely solely on the Demon Lord System’s demons. He needed to continuously expand his resources.
A smart person never relies on just one card.
In this month, Bai Yan’s focus was more on Demon energy and the cultivation of new demons.
With the global infection, billions of zombie creatures were just waiting for Bai Yan to harvest.
In this month, through Li Xu, Alice, Jill, and nurous Demon Teams entered major countries and cities in batches, continuously slaughtering zombies and rescuing survivors.
The killed zombies were thrown into the Abyss Territory for sacrifices, and the survivors who were chosen as talented individuals were recruited into Wanyan Company, while others were escorted to Hua Xia in the Biochemical Plane.
This was also part of the contract; Hua Xia had the right to handle all the surviving humans.
Population is a critical resource for a country, and Bai Yan’s current power was not yet at the level of a nation state. He preferred elite soldiers and talented individuals, as his forces temporarily did not need ordinary civilians.
Demon Warriors, slaughtering zombies, possessed an inherent suppression, with the strongest virus infections ineffective against Demon Warriors; anwhile, powerful mutated infections couldn’t kill Demon Warriors.
A global massacre was unfolding everywhere!
This was a bloody massacre of the species known as zombies by the Demon Warriors!
Another month passed, and Raccoon City was completely cleared!
There were no more infected within the entire city, and Raccoon City’s few survivors were also brought under the wings of Hua Xia and Wanyan Company.
In total, Raccoon City had nearly a million zombies, plus a small number of zombies from Demon Warrior Teams who had slaughtered around the world, giving Bai Yan an imnse boost in Demon energy, totaling fifty-six million.
This was the largest "fortune" in history!
This didn’t even include the large amount of Demon energy Bai Yan had used during this ti, otherwise, the amount of Demon energy he possessed would be even more terrifying!
If it were up to Bai Yan alone to struggle, who knows when he might have managed to spend Demon energy while accumulating such a fearso amount of money.
Not to ntion, every month a large influx of Demon energy was added.
This is one of the benefits of having my own forces!
With such a vast supply of Demon energy, Bai Yan no longer has to live as tightly as before.
He could finally afford to lavish a substantial amount of Demon energy in use.
Firstly, Bai Yan took the initial step to fill up the quota of his 100,000 Demon Servants!
Including the Demon Servants from Demon Island, totaling 100,000, among which 20,000 were non-combat personnel, including the staff from the Research Departnt, the Hive Base, and other high-tech talents.
And for combat personnel, there were a full 80,000!
Around 4,000 on Demon Island and a total of 76,000 Demon Warriors from the Biochemical Plane, with over 70,000 being newly born Demon Warriors. Each was temporarily endowed with a Demon Larva to stabilize their strength slightly.
After all, these were a full 80,000 Demon Warriors. If each were augnted with a level-three Demon, the combined Demon energy needed would amount to a staggering eighty million!!!
Unfortunately, Bai Yan didn’t yet have enough Demon energy to create a formidable level-three Demon Warrior army.
For now, he could only let Qin Jiuluo and the older batch of powerful Demon Warriors join the battles together, using fights with zombies to continually strengthen themselves.
As for casualties that might occur?
That was not within Bai Yan’s considerations. He now had possession of the entire population of Raccoon City, with the city’s surviving population reaching one million. Additionally, he had gathered exceptional warriors and special talents from around the world.
Bai Yan’s Raccoon City truly beca a ga-city with a population of tens of millions!
Qin Jiuluo had already acquired a full 50,000 Demon contracts from Bai Yan.
Whenever a soldier died in battle, Qin Jiuluo would continue to select excellent warriors to replenish the ranks, then personally go to the Demon "ovary" culture room to obtain Demon Eggs for augntation.
A series of basic operations and tasks no longer required Bai Yan’s personal intervention.
Only through continuous battles of life and death could they keep growing stronger; only soldiers seasoned in battlefields could possess iron-clad discipline.
The second step, Bai Yan ticulously selected level-five and level-four Demons, personally developing a comprehensive Demon Army advancent sche.
He categorized his troops into four specific types: Special Demon Army, Land Combat High-Defense Demon Army, Airborne High-Speed Demon Army, and Long-Range Bombardnt Demon Army.
Bai Yan needed to select perfect and qualified Demons based on these four characteristics.
Not all Demons were suitable to be integrated into Demon Servants. Bai Yan was not looking for re slaughter-driven Demons; he needed the integration of human intelligence with the formidable power of Demons, forming an astute yet powerful Demon army.
This was Bai Yan’s ultimate goal.
Ti marched swiftly. With Umbrella Company’s alliance, most of the Biochemical Plane was under the control of Wanyan Company.
Though cleanup operations were slow, they provided Bai Yan with massive amounts of Demon energy every month.
Bai Yan had always hesitated to order all of his Demon Warriors to massively slaughter zombies. Conversely, he even ordered Qin Jiuluo and others to slow down the killing pace to allow old soldiers to temporarily engage in zombie fights, aiming to train new recruits.
Under Bai Yan’s orders, the speed of slaughtering zombies undoubtedly slowed down a lot.
He didn’t need short-term explosive growth.
Bai Yan desired a gradual enhancent of resources and Demon energy of the plane, holding deep expectations for the Biochemical Plane.
Killing the goose that lays the golden eggs is impractical, yet zombies don’t reproduce; killing one ans one less, and although there are billions in number, they can’t continually support Bai Yan’s constant empowernt.
The Biochemical Plane was the first plane Bai Yan conquered, and he hoped it could beco the cornerstone, providing a steady supply of Demon energy and resources.
But from the current perspective, this task was sowhat challenging.
Bai Yan directly delegated this difficult issue to the Research Departnt led by Dr. Isaacs, after all, T-virus was developed by them.
This issue of sustainable resources was now left for them to solve!
Exactly!
Bai Yan wanted this planet to beco a zombie planet!
Furthermore, he wanted all zombies to beco sustainably exploitable resources!
At the sa ti, Bai Yan had designated Hua Xia in the sub-plane as his expansion area for troops!
Compared to mindlessly slaughtering planes, Bai Yan favored being a colonizer of planes.
