After returning from the Core Region, the path back to their mansion felt almost surreal.

Once a hidden sanctuary on the edges of wilderness, the mansion now stood proudly within a growing human settlent—a testant to the safety and influence Asher and Valeris had brought to the region. The settlent had expanded under their subtle protection, and the mansion, once a silent fortress, now radiated quiet majesty.

The main gate creaked open to greet them as the guards bowed respectfully. Flowers blood along the stone path leading to the entrance. Children played under the golden sunset. Peace—tangible and warm—welcod them.

But neither lingered long in the outer world.

Inside the grand mansion, they headed straight to the lower levels—into the Cultivation Chamber, a sacred space sealed with layered formations. Its floor was etched with ancient runes, and the walls pulsed faintly with spiritual energy. Crystalline lamps floated mid-air, dimming themselves in acknowledgnt as the two Saints entered.

They sat cross-legged across from one another in twin ditation circles carved from starlit jade.

Asher drew in a breath, and with a single wave of his hand, the Soul Orbs floated before them—each one pulsing with history, power… and mory.

Asher reached first.

He lifted the Scythe Saint's Soul Orb.

The mont his fingers closed around the smooth crystal, the world around him shattered like glass.

He stood in the midst of a battlefield drenched in twilight.

Blades jutted from the ground, broken banners fluttered weakly, and the stench of death mingled with a haunting silence. Across from him stood a woman cloaked in war—a vision of beauty and carnage. Her long black hair flowed behind her like a curtain of night, and in her hands was a great obsidian scythe that pulsed with soul energy so thick it felt like a storm.

She moved like shadow. Fluid, rciless.

One sweep of her scythe cleaved through dozens of enemies. But it wasn't the carnage that struck Asher—it was the solemn grace in her every movent. There was pain in her eyes. Not rage. Not joy. Just duty. Sorrow turned into strength.

Then she turned to him.

"You carry weight," she said, her voice soft as dusk. "You do not have to beco a monster to wield the reaper's blade."

And she showed him.

One final strike—her ultimate art.

A sweeping arc that blurred the very air itself. Soul force bent and split, forming a crescent of black light—a slash that not only tore flesh, but severed the soul's bond to the body.

Void Crescent – Soul Severance.

Asher gasped as the mory engraved itself into his soul. The technique, its flow, its intent—all of it etched into him like fire on ice.

Back in the chamber, the orb crumbled into shimring dust, absorbed fully into Asher's soul.

A mont of silence passed before Valeris picked up her own orb—Moonlight Ability Soul Essence.

She too was drawn inward.

She stood beneath a sky of silver clouds, surrounded by a quiet lake of liquid moonlight.

At the center, a woman drifted just above the surface. Pale, silver hair cascading down like waterfalls. Every movent she made rippled across the lake, glowing softly.

She whispered an ancient chant—and the lake responded, rising in shapes of spectral light. Illusions that healed. Illusions that blinded. Illusions that deceived and protected.

The Moonlight woman turned to Valeris and touched her forehead gently.

"Use the light. Not to be unseen… but to see more clearly than any enemy."

As Valeris absorbed the mory, streams of silver surrounded her mind. She gained the Moon Veil Art, a technique that could conceal her presence or create phantom duplicates that mirrored her aura—a perfect blend of support and illusion.

One by one, the other orbs followed.

The Nihility Flas Orb

As Valeris's fingers curled around the orb, it cracked with a hiss, and she was swallowed into a hellish blaze. There was no sky—only fla and ash.

A battlefield stretched beneath a bleeding sun, and at its center was a lone man, wrapped in burnt bandages, eyes glowing violet as if he'd seen the end of all things.

His laughter echoed—mad, triumphant, unrepentant.

Enemies surged toward him—souls, demons, corrupted cultivators—but he opened his arms and erupted into a violet inferno that turned them to nothing. It wasn't just fire. It was erasure. Nihility given form.

Before immolating himself completely, he carved one final sigil into the ground with his blood and fla—a glyph that pulsed once and launched a storm of burning void across the land.

Nihil Ember Collapse.

The mory slamd into Valeris like a falling star. She gasped as her body seared with cold fire, and violet wisps coiled around her arms in the real world before fading into her soul, branding the art into her being.

The Soul Construct Orb

Asher's vision twisted again—this ti into the heart of a boundless forge.

The forge did not burn with fla but with will. Giant hamrs hung in the air, striking glowing fragnts of soul essence onto invisible anvils. In the center stood a hunched, silver-bearded man with sparks dancing in his irises. He shaped weapons, armor, even floating beasts—each construct made of pure soul.

"This is more than art," the man whispered. "It is the soul's will… made flesh."

He raised his hand, and constructs around him responded like loyal wolves.

Asher watched as he rged with his creations mid-battle, unleashing entire formations of soul-forged weaponry.

From this, Asher absorbed the mory and awakened Soulbound Armory—a technique allowing him to construct sentient soul-entities: weapons, shields, or even scouts that pulsed with intent and obeyed without thought.

He felt his soul deepen, its structure expanding, as if it were becoming not just a vessel—but a smithy.

The Soul Alchemy Orb

When Asher touched the next orb, the world filled with scent—sharp herbs, acrid reagents, the ozone of lightning fused with the delicate sweetness of starlight dew.

He stood in a floating pavilion, thousands of vials hovering around a woman robed in black and gold. She had no pupils—only glowing formulaic circles within her irises, spinning constantly.
