Qin Huai didn’t stop Huang Shengli when he was stir-frying at, but when it ca to making snacks, Huang Shengli did remind him a few tis not to make too much and overexert himself.

After ensuring Qin Huai only made a reasonable amount of snacks, Huang Shengli prepared three dishes for Qin Huai to take away and share with his friends.

Qin Huai deeply felt that Ouyang was really lucky.

He got to eat dishes personally made by Huang Shengli without spending a penny. It truly was like getting the VIP treatnt of having noodles at the doorstep in the morning.

With the packed food in hand, Qin Huai dragged Ouyang to the Bone Setting Shop to eat.

The two went to the Bone Setting Shop, dining on rice with side dishes and fruits. The aroma was so tempting that the staff there quietly closed the VIP room door a bit tighter to prevent the delicious sll from wafting out and making the neighboring guests drool with tears streaming from their eyes.

The bone setting already hurt enough, so they didn’t want to add magical damage on top of the physical pain.

"Wow, this dish... Oh my, this fish... Oh goodness, this eggplant..." Ouyang exclaid as he walked into the Bone Setting Shop, still holding his hand-crafted lemon tea. But once he took a bite, he quickly abandoned the tea.

"Can you use so more specific adjectives instead?" Qin Huai asked, looking speechless at Ouyang.

His emotions were spot on, but not a single descriptive word was said.

"Oh my!" Ouyang’s emotions were still going strong.

Qin Huai suddenly found himself missing Huang An Yao.

Soone aspiring to be a food critic knows how to articulate well. Without eating a bite, they don’t miss a description.

"How many cups of hand-crafted lemon tea have you had today?" Qin Huai interrupted the spell.

Ouyang was startled. He didn’t expect there to be a lemon tea scenario even in this setting. He shoved a big mouthful of food into his mouth, chewed and swallowed before saying, "Not much, 7 cups."

Qin Huai: ...?

Wait, are you actually here in Gusu for a study visit?

"How were the results of your inspection?" Qin Huai asked.

"Quite average." Ouyang replied, unashadly continuing to gobble down the food. He took spare monts between swallows to chat with Qin Huai, "I bought both from the milk tea shops and street vendors. Either the lemons were of bad quality, or the syrup was too poor. None matched up to our restaurant’s quality."

Qin Huai thought, of course. Yunzhong Restaurant just happens to sell hand-crafted lemon tea, mainly because the boss loves drinking it.

Because the boss loves it, the quality control has to be great. Both the fragrance lemons and Huang Xi are sourced from the best.

"I think if I open a hand-crafted lemon tea shop on the pedestrian street, it would absolutely dominate!" Ouyang was brimming with confidence. "Did you see the line for snacks outside Huang Ji at noon today? I took a video. If you didn’t see it, I’ll send it to you later."

"I was shocked when I arrived. Luckily, you saved a spot, though I ended up sharing a table with soone else."

"I reckon when my hand-crafted lemon tea shop opens on New Year’s Day, if the line is half of what Huang Ji had today, I’d be satisfied."

"I’ll have my mom take a video and post it on her social dia to tell our relatives and friends that Ouyang is back! That fish hot pot shop was just an accident; my real talent is in hand-crafted lemon tea!"

"I’ve even thought it through. I’ll hire one pretty girl to take orders, and the rest will be strong guys responsible for crafting lemon tea. The stronger the guys, the better the tea tastes."

"A lot of the lemon tea I bought today from various shops was done half-heartedly. They just mashed it a few tis and gave it to —not at all the genuine hand-crafted lemon tea."

Qin Huai thought Ouyang had a point.

Except for one thing.

"Have you considered that the biggest custor base for your hand-crafted lemon tea near Yunzhong Restaurant is actually the office workers from nearby buildings?"

"On New Year’s Day, what company would crazily make everyone work overti?"

"If you open on New Year’s Day, who’s going to queue for your hand-crafted lemon tea?"

Ouyang: (д)゚゚

After finishing their al and bone setting, Qin Huai and Ouyang didn’t loiter nearby and went straight ho.

Qin Huai didn’t feel like moving after working all day, and Ouyang, having drunk hand-crafted lemon tea all day, felt safer staying close to the toilet at ho.

After the bone setting session, Ouyang found the therapist’s skills impressive and was tempted to get a mbership card. After asking the price, he thought mooching off his godfather’s card was a good deal.

Years of frugality taught Ouyang the habit of taking advantage where he could.

The next day, after eating Longevity Noodles, Qin Huai went to work as usual, and Ouyang went out for a walk as usual, sipping hand-crafted lemon tea.

The line of people buying snacks only grew longer.

Retired folks living nearby felt the competition was too fierce for snacks yesterday. Determined, they started lining up at nine in the morning.

On the third day, the queue lined up at nine.

On the fourth day, it was around eight o’clock.

On the fifth day, when Qin Huai arrived at Huang Ji to prepare the staff al and saw custors already lining up outside, he realized things weren’t going as planned.

He still sowhat underestimated Xu Cheng’s influence.

By not even 8 o’clock, there were even several blonde-haired, blue-eyed foreigners in the line.

What is this? Taking advantage of jet lag to get up early?

Qin Huai initially thought that the impact of a single Weibo post from Xu Cheng would last a few days at most. People would madly scramble for a couple of days, then revert to normal upon realizing the items were available every day.

Yet, not only did things not return to normal, but more and more out-of-town guests ca seeking them, even foreign visitors. Local patrons also started behaving abnormally.

There seed to be an unspoken agreent among them. Each person was allowed to purchase no more than 12 Fernted Rice with Stead Buns and no more than 6 Three at Buns, with righteous individuals ready to enforce this if anyone tried to buy more.
