Yeast and seasoning can cover most of the skills needed for pastry snacks, but there are still so skills that are not covered, like Knife Skills, Finger Skill, and Fire Control.
These are Qin Huai's weak points.
Enhancing complex snacks requires a lot of skill, while enhancing simple snacks is equally challenging.
Stead buns are the simplest snack, and they mostly require skills related to yeast, but plain stead buns still can't achieve S-level.
Because they are too monotonous, unless the skill level is exceptionally high, it's hard to make them outstanding.

And the stuffing of crab roe and pork does not have high requirents for Knife Skills and Fire Control, only demands high skill in filling. Qin Huai's skill in filling is also at the Master Level, and when combined with Master Level of Dough, it seems reasonable for the crab roe pork bun to beco Qin Huai's second A level snack.
The sa goes for Three at Buns, although the stuffing for Three at Buns requires slightly higher fire control, it's not high enough to affect the overall rating. Unfortunately, reaching A with Three at Buns is useless; the recipe itself is S-level, and A level Three at Buns can't trigger the buff.
Now they are just one A level snack away from completing the main task.
