Since the coronation, a few years passed.

During this period, enormous changes took place in both the Abyss and the Primal Chaos, especially in the forr.

The Abyss, which once did not possess even a trace of greenery, now contained vast stretches of green land, towering trees, flowing rivers, and even boundless seas. It was gradually transforming into sothing that resembled the Primal Chaos. Under normal circumstances, such developnt would have required an unimaginably long ti. However, because of the tireless efforts of its citizens, who were determined to turn their holand into the Eternal Pure Land of their dreams, the transformation advanced at an astonishing pace.

Every profound practitioner contributed. They used their powers to reshape the terrain, carve out vast seas, cultivate forests, and nurture countless forms of plant life.

Among them, the one who contributed the most was, of course, Yun Wuji. He was aided by Li Suo, Yun Wuying, Shen Xi, and his two daughters, Yun Xi and Yun Ruo.

Through the widespread influence of Light Profound Energy, which they released on a massive scale, vitality was brought to what had once been a desolate and lifeless Abyss.

On the other hand, in the Primal Chaos, the first year was filled with growing commotion as massive waves of energy poured in from the Abyss. Occasional tremors would spread, sotis across the entirety of the Primal Chaos. Fortunately, these disturbances did not persist for long. After the first year of adjustnt, the level of energy within the Primal Chaos rose drastically, far surpassing what it had been before.

At the sa ti, citizens of the Abyss gradually gained the ability to step into the Primal Chaos, while people from the Primal Chaos also began traveling to the Abyss. Their interactions remained relatively calm, with very few conflicts, largely because of Yun Wuji's existence.

For now, travel between the two worlds remained restricted to those at least at the Divine King Realm. Not everyone was capable of entering or exploring the God Realm of Absolute Beginning, as it was far too dangerous for the weak. For the people of the Primal Chaos, this requirent excluded over 99% of the population. For the people of the Abyss, however, it was only a minor inconvenience. There, even the least talented individuals could reach the Divine Tribulation Realm by the age of fifteen.

Over ti, this imbalance would gradually lessen, as the people of the Primal Chaos began to cultivate more rapidly under the rising levels of energy.

Due to the unceasing flow of people traveling between the two worlds, the God Realm of Absolute Beginning gradually turned into a massive hub for gathering and interaction. Even the area near the gigantic golden vortex was transford into a bustling trade and residential district for travelers. In the span of only a few years, it beca an extrely prosperous region.

The one responsible for all these changes, however, did not remain to observe them for long. Two years after the coronation, Yun Wuji once again entered the Eternal Heaven Pearl. This ti, he remained inside for over three thousand years.

When he eliminated the Abyssal Dust in the Abyss, he had also wiped out the Abyssal Beasts and collected their Abyssal Crystals. How vast was the number of those beasts scattered across an entire universe?

It was simply imasurable.

The Abyss, as a complete universe, was incomparably vast. The Blue Pole Star was not even a grain of sand in an ocean when compared to it.

Although the Abyss was, strictly speaking, severely unpopulated, the number of Abyssal Beasts was still staggering, reaching into the quintillions.

The power contained within a single Abyssal Crystal was insignificant to Yun Wuji. However, their overwhelming quantity more than compensated for that weakness. His profound vein universe was packed with them to an inconceivable degree.

It took him an imnse amount of ti to devour them all, but once he did, his cultivation rose accordingly. During those three thousand years inside, he advanced from the 8th level True God Realm to the 1st level Ancestral God Realm.

The Abyssal Dust he had absorbed earlier had been completely transford into the power of Nothingness. That was the primary reason he was able to fulfill the requirents to step into the Ancestral God Realm.

At the sa ti, the won who accompanied him inside, though not all of them, each stepped into the Creation God Realm. Hei Xiaolian, Qianye Ying'er, Mu Xuanyin, Mu Bingyun, Xia Qingyue, and Yue Wugou all beca pregnant with his children.

The others were either not eager to conceive at this stage or refused to rely on Light Profound Energy to beco pregnant, preferring for it to happen naturally.

When Yun Wuji finally exited the Eternal Heaven Pearl, he made one final adjustnt to both the Abyss and the Primal Chaos, elevating the level of energy in both worlds to heights that surpassed even those of the Primordial Era of Gods.

At the sa ti, he discovered that his son, Yun Gu, had not disappointed him. In just the few years Yun Wuji had spent inside the Eternal Heaven Pearl, the brat had already married more than twelve won. It seed he had been hiding his identity and strength while traveling around like so cliché face-slapping main character.

That did not spare him from consequences. Yun Wuji still gave him a proper beating for daring to hold his weddings without waiting for his father to attend.

...

Around ten years had passed since Yun Wuji unified the World of Existence and the World of Extinction.

At this mont, he stood alone at the edge of the Primal Chaos, waiting.

The Wall of Primal Chaos was an existence of indescribable color, shape, and form. However, it was also clearly perceivable. Right now, a crimson crack of hundreds or even thousands of kiloters was clearly imprinted on its surface.

Crimson light flowed across and through Yun Wuji's body. It was the unique dinsional divine light of the World Piercer.

He could have opened the crack and allowed Jie Yuan to return much earlier, but he chose not to. She had spent millions of years drilling through the wall to co back. Ten more years ant nothing to her.

"She is finally here," Yun Wuji muttered.

The crimson crack on the Wall of Primal Chaos suddenly began to shrink and dim at an astonishing speed.

A thousand kiloters... A hundred kiloters... Ten kiloters... A hundred ters.

The crack continued to contract until it was only several ters long.

Finally, the red light condensed to a width of three ters. After that, it stopped shrinking and remained fixed in place.

Following that, the crimson light began to tremble. Soon after, it underwent a series of strange and obvious changes. It shifted from dense and solid to sparkling and translucent, then gradually beca clearer and clearer.

What had once been nothing more than pure light slowly took on substance.

At last, the transformation ca to an end.

The crimson scar of light vanished completely. In its place remained a long, narrow, diamond-shaped crimson crystal roughly three ters in length, firmly embedded within the Wall of Primal Chaos.

A pitch-black silhouette appeared within the crimson crystal embedded in the Wall of Primal Chaos.

The dark figure drew closer, becoming clearer with every step from within the crystal. Finally, as though a dinsional barrier had been shattered, the figure slowly stepped out from inside it.

She was not tall, and her body was wrapped in tattered and frayed black garnts. The parts of her face and skin that were exposed carried a startling bluish black hue, covered in countless fine scars. She looked like an evil ghost that had been cut thousands upon thousands of tis before crawling straight out of the nine hells.

Gloomy dark energy rose from her body, and her eyes were darker than the deepest night. In her hand, she held a sharp needle that appeared completely ordinary, yet its tip flowed with an exceptionally dull crimson light.

Though that light seed faint, the single crimson glow hovering at the needle's tip outshone the brilliance of any star.

Jie Yuan's gaze swept across Yun Wuji. She slowly raised a hand, her fingers brushing against the world she had been separated from for so long.

"Old… Villain… Mo… E… I, Jie Yuan… have returned!" Her voice was hoarse and terrifying, each word scraping out like it had been dragged through endless darkness.

"Jie Yuan, Heaven Smiting Devil Emperor." Yun Wuji looked at her with a calm gaze. Though he felt a trace of pity, recalling the ravishing beauty he had seen in Ni Xuan's mories and the images Li Suo had shown him, now reduced to this scarred and battered state, he still offered her a warm smile. "Welco back."

Her dark eyes locked onto him. "Who are you?"

She was filled with anger and wrath, but she had not lost her reason. The man standing before her did not radiate any visible aura, yet she could clearly sense that he was vastly stronger than her. That realization shocked her... No, it frightened her!

"I am Wuji, Yun Wuji, though you may address as the Great Emperor Yun." Yun Wuji introduced himself humbly. "I am the eternal ruler of this world. Under normal circumstances, you would be required to bow, but I will exempt you from that."

The Jie Yuan standing before him was far weaker than she had been at her peak. Her power was incomplete, eroded by the chaotic forces beyond the Primal Chaos. Even if she had been in her pri, it would have been natural for soone of her standing to bow before him. The Yun Wuji of today surpassed even her creator, the Ancestral Goddess.

"The eternal ruler?" Jie Yuan's pitch-black eyes remained fixed on him, studying him intensely. "Where are the God Race and the Devil Race?"

The world she sensed felt different. It was far more robust than the one she had known before she was ambushed by Mo E. In the past, whenever the Creation Gods or the Devil Emperor fought, they had to move their battles to the God Realm of Absolute Beginning. Their power alone had been enough to devastate the world.

"Both the God Race and the Devil Race t their ends a million years ago. That includes the Mo E you hate so much, as well as your husband, Ni Xuan," Yun Wuji said calmly.

After being ambushed and banished by Mo E, Jie Yuan and her clansn had been consud by hatred and fury. Her clansn gradually lost their sanity, their souls and minds twisted by the deep resentnt they carried for Mo E, resentnt that eventually spread to every living being.

Jie Yuan, however, did not descend into madness. She endured it all for a single reason. She wanted to return to her husband and her daughter.

Perhaps there had also been a trace of jealousy. She had feared that after she was gone, Ni Xuan would return to simping to Li Suo once more.

"t their ends…" Jie Yuan muttered slowly as she stared into the distance. "Their… ends…"

"Is Mo E… also dead?" she asked again, even though she had already heard the answer.

"Yes. He is dead," Yun Wuji replied calmly.

"He… Hehe…"

She suddenly began to laugh, but the sound was cold and dreadful. "Dead… dead! How could he die? How could he die! This ruler has yet to personally destroy his corpse and shatter his soul, so how could he die!?"

Yun Wuji remained silent, watching her emotional outburst. He did feel the urge to correct her choice of words. There was only one true ruler here, and it was not her. Still, since she was Hong'er and You'er's mother, he let it slide for now.

"Ni Xuan! What about Ni Xuan?!" Jie Yuan roared. Her dark eyes slowly filled with despair. "How? What happened?"

"I will tell you. Follow first," Yun Wuji said instead of answering directly. There was too much to explain at once. It would be easier to speak while moving.

He waved his hand, and the space around them distorted.

Jie Yuan did not even have ti to react before her surroundings changed. In the next instant, she found herself standing in a different place.

Before her, a blue planet floated. It was the Blue Pole Star that she and Ni Xuan created.

Jie Yuan continued to stare forward as her eyes turned misty. She muttered to herself distractedly, "It's still here… it's actually still here…"
