After this period of ti, Yun Wuji's Devil body had poured all its effort into recovering his cultivation. Fortunately, his hard work paid off, and in about four months, his cultivation had risen from the 1st level of Divine King to the 10th level.

He stretched his back and shoulders, feeling the satisfying crack of his joints, and leisurely walked out of the cultivation room.

Standing at the room's door was a stunning woman dressed in a blue robe. Her face was breathtakingly beautiful, and her figure was equally enchanting. When she saw Yun Wuji, her expression turned nervous, and she imdiately bowed, presenting four black crystals with both hands. "Lord Jiao Heng, these are the items you entrusted our royal family to find," she said respectfully.

"Hmm," Yun Wuji swept his gaze over her before letting out a low hum. He then took the crystals from her hands without another word.

The woman in front of him was Dongfang Hanwei, the princess of the Eastern Frost Nation

and also its most beautiful woman. Her father, the king, had likely sent her in hopes that she might form so kind of relationship with Yun Wuji, perhaps even tying him to the kingdom for protection.

However, this plan was dood to fail, Yun Wuji wasn't the sa man who had left the Azure Cloud Continent. He had changed, and his priorities were no longer so easily swayed.

People mature as they grow up, he was no longer the man who wanted to sleep with every beautiful woman he saw.

Heh... who was he kidding? The only reason he hadn't made a move on her was that he refused to use a clone for sothing like that.

He injected profound energy into the crystal. These were mory crystals, earlier, he had ordered them to gather information on the Nine Great Sects.

Dongfang Hanwei stood silently beside him, her hands clasped together in front of her as she glanced at him cautiously. Although her father had instructed her to try and seduce him, she was too afraid to even make a move.

The mory of him killing Fang Zhou and the chilling smile he had given when threatening her father was still vivid in her mind. Adding to her helplessness was the fact that this man, Jiao Heng, showed no interest in her whatsoever. He had been holed up in the cultivation room the entire ti, completely indifferent to her presence.

After a few seconds, Yun Wuji had morized all the information stored in the crystals. Now, he had a clear grasp of the situation in the East Territory of the East Ruins Realm. Combined with the knowledge he had from the novel, his understanding of this territory was far deeper than that of the locals.

For example, the information he received claid that there had never been a 10th-level Divine King in the region. However, this was false—the Dark Roc Mountain Clan's guardian forefather, Ming Peng, was a 10th-level Divine King. But since he lived in seclusion, no one outside the clan's patriarch knew about his existence.

Another example was the Sun Death Sword Master. He was the chief of the Sun Death Sword Realm and widely regarded as the most powerful figure in the East Domain of the East Ruins Realm. It was said that his cultivation was at the 9th level of the Divine King Realm, but the truth was that he had reached the 10th level with the guidance of his friend, Ming Peng.

Although these matters were minor for Yun Wuji, he had always adhered to a rule—gather information about his target before making a move. He didn't want to follow the path of arrogant cultivators; overconfidence had led to the downfall of many great figures, whether in this world's history or his previous world's.

"This information is indeed comprehensive. You've done a good job. Here, this is your reward," Yun Wuji said, putting away the crystals and praising the woman standing timidly beside him. He took out a jade slip and tossed it to her.

This was a minor profound art he had created after deriving it from the techniques of the Eternal Night Devil Clan, which he had found inscribed in the Eternal Night Devil Sword.

Any improvent to a profound art was sothing worth celebrating for an entire clan, let alone creating a brand-new profound art. But for Yun Wuji, it ant nothing. To him, it ca as easily as breathing.

"Ehh?" Dongfang Hanwei instinctively caught the jade slip with both hands as it was tossed to her. At first, she didn't react to his words, but when she did, she injected her consciousness into the jade slip.

When she did, her eyes shrank to pin-sized dots, and her mouth ford a cute 'O' shape.

She had been cultivating the core profound art of her royal family, which she had always considered top-tier in the region. But compared to the art Yun Wuji had casually tossed her way, it felt like utter garbage.

When she finally recovered from the shock, she imdiately bowed and said, "Hanwei thanks Lord Jiao Heng for..." But before she could finish, she realized Yun Wuji had already disappeared.

"Lord Jiao Heng... just what kind of man are you?" Dongfang Hanwei held the jade slip tightly against her chest, muttering absentmindedly to herself.

The Dark Roc Mountain Clan was one of the Nine Great Sects of the East Territory of the East Ruins Realm, ranking among the top of the Nine Great Sects. The clan was composed of the Roc race, and like the majority of people in the Five Nether Ruins Realms, they primarily cultivated Darkness and Wind profound energy.

This was due to the Heretic God's Wind Seed located in the Center Ruins Realm, which produced an abundance of Wind-type resources.

Most cultivators typically focus on one type of profound energy, such as fire or water. However, in the Northern Divine Region, cultivators are unique because they are born with Darkness profound energy embedded in them. This natural affinity makes it easier for them to cultivate a second type of profound energy. For example, the Dark Roc Mountain Clan cultivates both Darkness and Wind, while the Yun Clan specializes in Darkness and Lightning.

Their main power, of course, remains Darkness profound energy.

The Dark Roc Mountain Clan's territory was a vast mountain range, stretching over hundreds of thousands of kiloters, with peaks that pierced through the clouds. From a distance, one could see countless giant Rocs soaring through the sky, their wings spanning hundreds of ters, so even stretching over a kiloter wide.

"What is that?" Suddenly, the space above the mountain rippled like a lake disturbed by a stone. This ripple caught the attention of several Rocs. They watched as a pair of legs erged from the ripple, followed by the figure of a man stepping out.

It was a man dressed in dark pants and a shirt, with a black leather jacket. His long, dark hair, which glead with a faint shine, reached down to his waist.

Yun Wuji's piercing dark eyes scanned the mountain below him, and whenever they locked onto soone, a chilling cold would creep through their bodies, freezing their very hearts.

The mont he appeared, the overwhelmingly terrifying aura of a Level 10 Divine King erupted unrestrained from his body, surging like a raging tsunami.

The aura was infused with a strand of his Dragon God Soul, making it countless tis more oppressive and domineering.

"Ahh!"

"What's going on?!"

"Agh!"

"Attack! Soone's invading our clan!"

"Patriarch! Inform the patriarch!"

"Idiot! With all this commotion, do you really think the patriarch hasn't noticed already?!"

Chaos erupted across the mountain. Many of the Rocs that had been leisurely flaying above the peaks were scared out of their wits, their massive bodies plumting to the ground and twitching like mosquitoes sprayed with insecticide.

In the main hall, the clan's patriarch, Ming Xiao, sat in the main seat, discussing sect matters with the elders. To his right sat the Great Elder, Ming Ao, while the other elders listened attentively to his orders below.

When the vast, overwhelming draconic aura descended upon them, the faces of all the elders present turned as pale as paper. So of them felt their legs turn to jelly, collapsing to the ground with a soft thud.

Crack!

On the other hand, Ming Xiao's expression changed as he also felt the terrifying aura. His blood ran cold, and his entire body sank into his seat. Subconsciously, he gripped the armrests so tightly that they shattered into pieces. He slowly turned to look at Ming Ao, only to find the Great Elder staring back at him. The horror on their faces was mirrored in each other's eyes.

"Sect... Sect Master, this is bad! Soone's invading the mountain!" At that mont, a man burst into the hall, panting and stumbling. As he entered the room, his legs gave out, and he fell face-first to the ground. Ignoring the fall, he looked up at Ming Xiao and cried out in panic.

Everyone in the hall stared at the man in silence, no one uttering a word. They were all too busy resisting the oppressive aura. They wanted to scold this idiot, how could they not sense that soone was invading them in this situation? Unfortunately, they were all struggling just to stay on their feet, let alone deal with him.

After a short while, Ming Xiao managed to suppress the aura and stood up, his face grim. He walked slowly toward the door with heavy steps and said, "Follow . Let's see which great figure has decided to pay us a visit."

"Yes, Patriarch!" The first to reply was Ming Ao, who had also recovered. He imdiately followed behind Ming Xiao.
