Chapter 71: eting of the Gods

Realm of the Gods.

The place where all the gods who watch over the world are currently residing. Compared to what most people thought and believed, the gods are just like regular employees who are just watching over their creations and how they do. Although they occasionally intervene from ti to ti. they usually just let the flow to the world properly.

But since the unknown god started to do sothing that they don’t usually do at first which is then joined in with the goddess of taming, the council of the gods starts to do a eting. That includes the unknown god and the Goddess of taming as well. They don’t need to call out another god on whatever they are doing, but because of his actions, they wanted to know what is his current deal and for the Goddess of Taming to even cooperate.

"Alright, let’s begin our usual eting. I take it that everyone is present?" the god of water asked.

"The Goddess of Health and dicine is currently the only one who is still not attending but that is fine as she keeps on missing these etings we have and yet she is still caught up to it. Otherwise, everyone is present," the Goddess of Hunting said.

"Still, this is an odd ti for us to hold a eting. Aren’t we usually doing an annual eting by the end of the year? It is still not even the quarter and yet here we are already discussing sothing?" the God of Entertainnt strums his lyre for everyone to hear.

"That is indeed true, but we decided to do sothing like this after the God of Farming and Agriculture decided to gift a human so blessings and regularly guide the person he blessed with," the god of water imdiately looked at the unknown god who is also known by the circle of gods as the God of Farming and Agriculture shook his head.

"Isn’t it normal for us gods to bestow blessings to the humans? It’s not like you have not done it in the past either. In fact, out of all the gods here, you are the one who has bestowed many blessings on many people and yet when I decided to bestow a blessing myself, you would then start a eting like this? Is it not allowed now?" the god of farming retorted.

"We are not saying that. We are just bewildered as you have been doing your observation of that blessed person quite more than usual and you have not done that at all ever since the very beginning! You can say that we are curious as to why you suddenly seed to have taken so sort of link to this human?" the goddess of cooking explained.

"Yes. And the fact that the Goddess of Taming also gave the person you blessed a blessing as well is quite rare, isn’t it? And both of you also started paying attention to that human now more than ever. We can’t help but think that you two might be up to sothing," the goddess of cooking looked at them both.

"Hey, I know that it seems we are favoring one person out of all of this, but that doesn’t an we are doing this because we are up to sothing!" the goddess of taming imdiately went on the defensive.

"Then what is the reason that you two seed to have gotten together to help and bless a person and to go as far as to remain in contact with this person?" the God of Fire tilted his head.

"There is no need for us to hide anything from you all and besides, I am not hiding anything and you all are just misunderstanding. The reason we are making our attention focused on this single human is due to the reason that she is helping us with our research and developnt of many things that we are planning to implent into the world while making it natural enough. For , I wanted to introduce new plants and crops to the world while also asking for her opinion regarding the quality of the crops, how they grow, and if it is a favorable crop for farrs. Just dropping crops in the wild won’t help

with my case so having a human help

would be the best bet. And due to her help, we have already managed to get so results from her and I am just in the middle of adjusting and finalizing which plants would be approved," the god of farming and agriculture explained, keeping his face calm.

"My reason is also the sa as the god of farming as well but in monsters. Since humans just don’t see the value in taming monsters and just keep on relying on the normal livestock we have provided to them, they are rely killing monsters left and right without even trying to understand what these monsters can be as a benefit for daily life as well. My goal is to guide her into being able to introduce the thod of taming once again to humans and let them conquer the monsters and reduce their danger and instead, use them to their advantage."

Hearing this, the gods were surprised.

"The human child is doing this on her own? She is helping the two of you doing things?!" the God of Entertainnt stood up on his feet.

"Huh? Yeah. She agreed on it and said that it was a fascinating thing to do. Not only that, since she felt grateful for our blessings, this is sothing that she wanted to be the repaynt she can give us for giving her the blessings," the Goddess of Taming answered.

"Then if I asked her, she would also agree?" the God of Entertainnt seems to be ecstatic.

"What’s gotten to you all of a sudden?" the God of Water frowned.

"Seeing soone who would willingly agree to experints like this is sothing else! Most humans just usually aren’t up to the standards for sothing like this and they usually just do it for the sake of earning more things. But sothing like a repaynt for the blessing and she is doing it because she is interested in how things work is sothing else entirely. Perhaps if I gave her so blessings myself, she might be able to help

with so things that stump

or maybe spread the entertainnt things that I have invented and developed!"

The God of Farming imdiately frowned. "Hey, just so you know, she is just a farr. I don’t mind it if you give her a blessing like that but I don’t want you to start hogging and taking her from her original work. I don’t think she wanted to be an entertainer."

"And who said that I wanted her to beco an entertainer? You said yourself that the reason you want her helps to ensure the spread of new things that you developed and spread slowly but surely to different people. I wanted to spread things as well. She doesn’t need to be an entertainer to help ."

The other gods seem to have started contemplating as well.

"Well, knowing your intentions, we also seed to be interested as well. Will she allow us to do this stuff?" the god of water asked.

"There is a chance that she will refuse. But who knows, you guys should ask her herself. We communicate by giving her textboxes panels that only she can see and she can reply verbally or by her mind. And I prefer you lot would rather have her choose which blessings she wants and what research she is willing to help with. She is only one human and we don’t want her swamped out on work. I think it is best to give and let you do sothing with your blessings as so unlockables or sothing for her. You give her a quest, you give her rewards after completing the quest, then let her see how you can help her which is sothing that she can benefit from. Make the quest difficult but achievable, making it like so kind of progress for her developing farm. Just so you know, she will be doing it at her own pace. I doubt any of you gods are impatient, no? It’s not like you guys have anything to do anyways," the god of farming proposed.

"Ahem, then we will do that. We will prepare for what we will be asking her if she wants to help us. With that said, this eting is now dismissed. All gods who have not learned about our etings, please tell them the news."

After that, the gods imdiately left and started preparing things. As for the Goddess of Taming and God of Farming, they both sighed.

"Is it the right thing we gave them access to Dear Elaina? She can’t do much now since she is pregnant but will she even agree to the work?" the goddess of taming tilted her head.

"We can only wait and see. She might help but as I said before, just don’t be too sure if she will accept it or not. After all, she is the only one who knows what she needed to do. Not us."
