Chapter 33: The Brother Visits
"We are now arriving at the Port of Darcero Kingdom! Passengers who are dropping to this place should prepare for their baggage. Please be organized and line up properly, thank you."
Hearing the words of the sailor, the young man grabbed his bag that contained so of his tools and a teleporter machine and got himself ready to board the ship. His blonde hair waves into the air, which makes so onlookers take a glance at him. Unfortunately, it seems the guy himself refuses to have his face revealed as he looks like he is going to travel far seeing his bulky bag and face being covered.
Although the sailors usually check on him upon arrival to the port due to his bulky baggage, many people have already inford the sailors beforehand about his arrival so that he will not need to be stuck sowhere before they can leave.
"Wait for , Sis. I will need to ask you what happened to you in the first place. Please be here," he murmured to himself as he disembarked from the ship.

Elaina and Julia entered the clinic and Elaina's nostrils welcod the scent of dicine, and ethyl alcohol, followed by the refreshing feeling on the skin with the Purification Magic being pumped out from a Purifier device.
"I rarely enter a hospital but the slls are sothing that I didn't expect to fully sll like this," Julia seems to have gotten so interest in the various slls inside the clinic.
"You should thank your body for being very healthy that you don't need to visit this place at all."
"Yes. However, I don't think I hate the sll at all. It's a new experience, I would say. Anyways, Sis. What should we do next? It seems there are no patients around."
"We should ask the nurse if the doctor is inside and will accept consultation first. We should also give out the vegetables to them after."
Julia nodded and the two headed to the counter where one of the nurses seed to be writing sothing. She has short brown hair, which only reaches around her neck. Her brown eyes are quite attractive as well every ti she blinks. The only thing that stops them from seeing her whole face is the face mask covering her mouth and nose. The nurse noticed the two of them and she smiled brightly to the two of them.
"Hello, is the doctor in? We are here for a maternity checkup."
Hearing that, the nurse smiled and nodded.
"The doctor is indeed inside. Please wait for a bit while I inform her. Please have a seat."
"Oh, thank you. And please accept these vegetables we just harvested. It's not much but we are giving it out to all the villagers," Elaina explained as Julia handed the bag of vegetables that was ant for them.
"Wow, thank you. I am sure the doctor would be delighted to hear this. You must be the rumored new farr who just moved in?"
"Yes, that is right. We are a few weeks there already and we are so busy we barely have the ti to visit and greet you and the doctor."
"Ah, no worries. Being a farr is a lot of work, so it is understandable. Anyways, I will inform you to the doctor, alright? Please wait for a bit. In the anti, please sign these papers and give them to
for the record and also if the doctor will offer dicine."
Elaina accepted the papers and went with Julia to the waiting area as the nurse went to the office of the doctor. While Elaina was still busy filling up the form, the nurse ca out with the doctor behind her. Compared to the nurse who looked really approachable, the doctor looked like a goth woman, and with a look that seed to have not slept for many nights, Elaina was startled and a bit skeptical seeing her. But seeing that she seed to be just overworked instead of a goth, her skepticism subsided. She had no bad blood with people who are into those fashions but a doctor who looks like one and presents as one is a bit questionable.
"Hello there, Maam. I am the doctor of this clinic. My na is Fey and this is my assistant and nurse, Maria. I heard from Maria you are here for a maternity checkup, yes?"
"Yes. I already have a checkup back in Luminiera kingdom prior to my departure there and after learning I was pregnant, I want to find a new doctor to check on my babies and their health while they are growing."
"Babies? Are you carrying twins?" Fey was surprised.
"Yes...is it still a taboo here in the Darcero Kingdom?" Elaina asked.
"Fortunately for you, it is not the main case. However, there are still fanatics out there who are actively admonishing and harming people who are the parents of the twins or perhaps the twins themselves in many parts of the kingdom. Yes, twins are not a taboo, but please be careful. Anyway, since I now know that you are carrying twins, I have a decent amount of ideas about your situation. Please follow

Elaina nodded and the two went inside the room. Based on how Dr. Fey was doing, it seems she knows a lot about how things work for pregnant won. Elaina is also quite relieved to know that both of her babies are healthy after the checkup. She was also advised to co back once she started her second trister. Since she was healthy, Dr. Fey only advised Elaina to keep her lifestyle just fine but with less stress and avoid getting fatigued or too tired as that will also affect both the kids. Thankfully, it seems Elaina is not having a sensitive pregnancy, otherwise, she would have to be careful especially if it was twins.
"Thank you for the advice and the tips, doctor," Elaina bowed down to Dr. Fey.
"Just doing my job. Just be careful alright? I know so lunatics here and there appearing out of nowhere. You guys can't be too careful even in a place where twins are not a taboo."
As Elaina and Dr. Fey went out of the examination room, Elaina caught sight of the man who was currently talking to Julia who was left waiting for Elaina to be done with the checkup. Elaina does not recognize the guy who was speaking to Julia due to the mask on his face and cap covering most of his features.
"Sis!" Julia exclaid as Elaina approached the two.
And as the guy turned around, Elaina was stunned and shocked. Even with the mask and the cap, the mont Elaina saw the eyes of the man before her, she already knew who this person was.
"Brother?!"
Troy finally saw Elaina and his face's expression changed from serious to a face relieved.
"Finally! I finally found you Elaina!"
"Why are you here Brother? What's going on?" Elaina frowned.
"I was planning to get dicine for my seasickness since I felt bad after I arrived but now that I have found you, all of the feelings I felt are now gone."
Dr. Fey who heard Elaina's brother say those words, instinctively grabbed sothing on the counter and threw it to him which he imdiately caught with his hands.
"Take the dicine. It's on the house. Plenty of people arrive at Darcero Kingdom with that feeling."
"Ah, thanks," he was startled by what the doctor said to him and the doctor just nodded before leaving. As for him, he was stuck staring at the leaving doctor for a bit before Elaina snapped him from his trance.
"Uh...brother? We should leave? Talking here is not a good idea since it might disturb the doctor or her patients that will co in. Co with
to my house, we will talk there."
Troy nodded as he returned his gaze to the doctor who was on the counter currently reviewing the papers Elaina that she signed earlier as Maria helped her.
"Looks like I found one more thing that would convince
to stay here for a while," Troy murmured to himself as he left with Julia and Elaina from the clinic.
