"Oh? Lord Champa, there's news from the Seventh Universe?"

In the Sixth Universe's Destroyer Realm, on a planet very similar to Beerus's planet, the Sixth Universe's angel Vados suddenly spoke.

Her angel staff's top emitted a buzzing sound, aning another angel had sent her a ssage, so she imdiately relayed this news to nearby Champa.

"Mm... Mmm!? News from the Seventh Universe!?"

Champa, who'd been lying on the ground sunbathing, initially didn't care, but when he heard Vados's words clearly, he imdiately ca to his senses.

He did a carp stand from the ground, then rushed impatiently to Vados's side and asked her:

"How is it? Did that Saiyan called Zuke co over? He should have brought the wishing orbs, right!?"

The Super Dragon Balls' na was Zuke and others' habit. Actually, according to the gods' custom, Super Dragon Balls were called "wishing orbs" by them, since they hadn't seen other Dragon Balls.

Champa's statent was very confident, as if convinced Zuke would definitely co and obediently offer up the Super Dragon Balls—after all, he was a God of Destruction.

However, his confident statent was imdiately doused with cold water by Vados:

"No, he didn't. Whis said Mr. Zuke refused Lord Champa's request. He doesn't seem to want to hand the wishing orbs to you."

The one conveying the ssage to Vados was naturally Whis. After all, rus was only an apprentice angel and normally couldn't use angelic abilities, so he couldn't convey ssages to Vados.

So rus only relayed Zuke's thoughts to Whis, then Whis conveyed them to the Sixth Universe's Vados, finally reaching Champa's ears.

"What did you say!? That guy called Zuke dares refuse my request!?"

Hearing this answer, Champa's face showed shocked expression—as a willful God of Destruction, Champa had no expression managent awareness, his face twisting quite exaggeratedly.

"Didn't Whis tell him I'm a God of Destruction!? That guy... how dare he refuse a God of Destruction's request!? Isn't he afraid I'll go destroy him!?"

Champa's purple face was flushed red with anger. The willful him had never been refused like this before, so naturally he was quite angry.

Or rather, so guys dared refuse him like this before, but now those guys had completely turned to cosmic dust, so now no one dared continue refusing him.

"After all, the other party is from the Seventh Universe. If you go there and destroy him, it would leave Lord Beerus with grounds to complain."

However, Vados's words were like ice, once again forcibly cooling down Champa's rising anger.

"If Lord Beerus wakes up, learns of this matter, and reports it to the Grand Priest, Lord Champa will probably be punished."

Gods of Destruction destroying freely in their own universe could still be called fulfilling their duties—at most saying they overdid it a bit, but it could also be called working too enthusiastically.

But if they went to another universe to destroy, that would be crossing boundaries—if that universe's God of Destruction had no objection, it'd be fine, but once the other party insisted on principles, Champa would be in trouble.

Very unfortunately, the Seventh Universe's God of Destruction Beerus was Champa's brother, and their relationship could be called incompatible as fire and water. They argued and even fought every ti they t.

If Beerus caught hold of this, Champa could be 100% certain the other party would use this to threaten him and might make him do who knows what.

"No good... Being mocked like this by a re mortal, how can I swallow this..."

Although knowing that if he went to the Seventh Universe to act, he'd be caught by Beerus with grounds to complain, having him do nothing obviously also displeased him.

He was a God of Destruction—since becoming a God of Destruction, when had he ever been refused by a mortal like this? So he still wanted to teach Zuke a lesson.

Champa wasn't an extre anti-human like the original Zamasu. He had no ill feelings toward mortals. His bad attitude toward Zuke was purely due to his personality problems.

Soon, Champa thought of a solution.

He suddenly raised his head, looked at Vados, and showed an evil smile:

"Vados, although if I go to the Seventh Universe to destroy things, it'll be considered exceeding authority... but if it's not a God of Destruction, there's no problem, right?"

"Oh? That's true, there's no problem."

Vados raised an eyebrow, seeming to guess what Champa wanted to do.

"However, the other party's strength seems quite strong. He even gained Whis's recognition and beca Lord Beerus's proxy, usually helping destroy so planets too."

Although Whis didn't make Zuke obediently listen, so basic information could still be learned from Whis by Vados.

Being able to casually destroy planets showed Zuke's strength wasn't weak. So ordinary guys definitely couldn't deal with Zuke.

"Then have Hit take action. Hasn't that guy recently been trending toward being called the 'Universe's Greatest Assassin'? Then give him a push."

Champa snorted, seeming to have already decided on a target, grinning.

"Killing a strong person from another universe—this gimmick should be enough to make him the universe's greatest assassin, right? I think he won't refuse."

"Hit... Indeed, his strength is very strong, and he still has great growth potential."

Vados nodded, also acknowledging Champa's evaluation.

The Sixth Universe's Hit, as an assassin gradually erging in the universe, already had people faintly calling him the universe's greatest assassin due to his powerful strength.

And in Vados's view, the current Hit was far from developing his full potential. He still had more room for growth.

However, Champa seed so urgent—he apparently didn't plan to wait for Hit to slowly grow before dealing with Zuke, but wanted him to go to the Seventh Universe now to teach Zuke a lesson.

Just as Vados was preparing to search for Hit's location, Champa suddenly spoke again:

"Also, that Zuke is a Saiyan from the Seventh Universe, right?"

"That's correct."

Vados paused, then nodded in response.

Zuke being a Saiyan had already been confird from Whis's explanation.

"Perfect, we have Saiyans here too."

Champa said with a cold laugh.

"Send two Saiyans along with him. I rember several Saiyans being quite disobedient. Let them see what happens when Seventh Universe Saiyans don't listen to a God of Destruction."
