Since Zuke hadn't yet found a suitable faction in the world of "Fate/Stay Night" to bring into the "King's Army," he still had to enter through the system for now.

However, once Zuke brought the Mages' Association or so other faction under his control, he'd be able to enter the world of "Fate/Stay Night" at will.

After entering the mission world selection interface, Zuke, as part of his daily routine, first refreshed the special mission world slots.

Actually, he did this every day, but unfortunately, the range of works in these special mission world slots was just too broad, always bringing up strange works.

Simple slice-of-life works were fine; although they had no value, at least Zuke knew the specific content of their plots and knew there was no need to explore them.

But occasionally so works would appear that Zuke had never even heard of, which made him very uncomfortable since he couldn't know these works' plots and thus couldn't determine whether he needed to explore them.

Don't look at how Zuke's power level seed quite strong already, but honestly, with such a broad range of works in the special mission world slots, who knew if so obscure high-power work might be refreshed.

For such works, Zuke directly ignored them—rather than rashly entering unknown works to court death, it was better to pick so safe, rewarding works.

[Respected Zuke, your special mission worlds are: 1. "Initial D"; 2. "One Punch Man" (Today's refresh count remaining: 1)]

Yesterday's special mission world was "Initial D," which was naturally a slice-of-life work with no use to Zuke.

Perhaps for so people, racing works couldn't be considered slice-of-life anymore and should be categorized as sports... but for Zuke, it made no difference.

With a casual refresh, Zuke looked at the changes in the special mission world slots, then was stunned for a mont—this ti he really had refreshed a rather special world.

[Respected Zuke, your special mission worlds are: 1. "Touhou Project"; 2. "One Punch Man" (Today's refresh count remaining: 1)]

"Touhou has long been out of fashion."

Seeing this world's na, Zuke couldn't help but complain.

This world wasn't exactly a single work, but rather an entire series that combined gas, novels, manga, and other content.

Before his transmigration, Touhou Project still held quite a high position in the hearts of old otaku, but as ti went by, this series' influence had been steadily declining.

Unlike Type-Moon, which successfully comrcialized, Touhou Project never found a way to further expand its influence, so it was gradually replaced by other works.

To be honest, when Zuke refreshed this special mission world, he almost couldn't rember what it was and was stunned for a while before realizing.

He couldn't be blad for this—after all, he'd been in this world for two years now, plus he hadn't heard news about Touhou Project for a long ti before transmigrating, so montarily not rembering was normal.

However, setting aside whether the work was out of fashion or not, this world did have quite a few interesting abilities.

The main plot points of this world were located in a place called "Gensokyo," which was a "paradise" separated from the outside world by barriers for youkai and gods to live in.

Although there was also a "Human Village" where humans lived within Gensokyo, the humans there were basically just extras, kept as kindling to maintain "faith" and "fear."

The youkai and gods in Gensokyo possessed many interesting abilities, and many abilities, just from their surface descriptions, reached sothing like "conceptual" level strength.

Of course, that was just on the surface... after all, if these youkai could really manipulate concepts at will, they wouldn't be huddled in a small Gensokyo.

Zuke rembered that Yukari Yakumo, the foremost youkai sage of Gensokyo, had long ago planned an invasion war against the "Lunar Capital" on the moon but ended up losing.

This showed that these youkai's abilities sounded impressive but their actual strength was just so-so—at least they didn't even have the ability to blow up the moon's surface.

But if these abilities fell into Zuke's hands... with Zuke's power, these abilities might undergo qualitative changes.

"...Although it's sowhat tempting, let's go to Fuyuki City first."

Zuke looked at the special mission world slots, thought for a mont, and finally decided not to rush in.

The reason was simple: once he entered this special mission world, it ant the "special mission" would start its countdown.

The ti for "special missions" was completely random. If Zuke was assigned a mission that had to be completed within just a few days, then he'd have to handle two worlds simultaneously.

Although with Zuke's strength, handling missions in both "Touhou Project" and "Fate/Stay Night" simultaneously should be doable,

Zuke didn't want to add unnecessary burden to himself—he was no longer the novice who needed to rush around desperately from the beginning.

Rather than running between two mission worlds, it was better to finish dealing with one world's mission first, then go to the next world.

"What terrifying magic... to abuse his own body to this extent, he probably won't live more than a few days."

In Reines' base living room, Waver crouched in front of Shinji Matou, conducting a thorough examination of him, and couldn't help but exclaim in amazent.

After receiving Reines' request, he, who had just returned to the Mages' Association for two days, hurried back again—his purpose was to help Reines research making a new Holy Grail.

Of course, before the research, he also ca to investigate Shinji Matou's physical condition, and discovered that Shinji Matou's body had been completely corroded by Crest Worms.

Although Waver's magical ability wasn't strong, his magical theoretical knowledge was impressive, and he imdiately saw that Shinji Matou didn't have long to live.

He frowned as he looked at Shinji Matou, muttering to himself:

"For the Holy Grail, is it necessary to fight so desperately..."

"This guy probably thinks that as long as he gets the Holy Grail, he can make a wish to escape from this condition."

The voice answering Waver ca from behind him—Zuke, who had just returned to the "Fate/Stay Night" world, saw Waver researching Shinji Matou.

Having read the original work, Zuke knew very well what kind of person Shinji Matou was. This guy, nicknad "Er-ye" (Second Master) by Type-Moon fans, was a person who bullied the weak and feared the strong.

This guy's willingness to let Crest Worms replace his magical circuits definitely wasn't because he had so noble goal like Kariya Matou's "having soone he wanted to save."

This guy was purely unwilling to fall from a magical family to an ordinary person, so he wanted to gamble—it was just a gambler's ntality at work.
