"If Mr. Zuke truly had ill intentions, he wouldn't need the AA-ZEUS and TY-PHON to act on them."
The Justifier chuckled, his voice transmitted through his ch helt, leaving Orifice montarily speechless.
He had already watched the footage of Zuke's battle against the AA-ZEUS and TY-PHON—and he had to admit, if Zuke really wanted to harm them, he wouldn't even need the AA-ZEUS.
If Zuke simply punched the ground at the bridgehead, not only would the Police Force's headquarters be obliterated—the entire planet would likely be shattered.
"Moreover, this incident with the AA-ZEUS and TY-PHON has made realize sothing."
Seeing that Orifice had no further objections, the Justifier continued.
"Although many of our mbers are quite capable and experienced in pursuit operations... we lack soone like Mr. Zuke, who possesses decisive, overwhelming strength."

As the Justifier's words faded, the bridgehead fell into silence.
Many in the Police Force had spent years witnessing the battles between the AA-ZEUS and TY-PHON, and that sense of helplessness had been etched deeply into every mber's heart.
Though it might sound like admitting weakness, when Zuke demonstrated the power to defeat the AA-ZEUS and TY-PHON, everyone had breathed a sigh of relief.
They were grateful that, just as catastrophe lood, Zuke had erged—soone capable of restraining these two monstrosities.
"Once Mr. Zuke returns, I intend to hand over the Security Force Police to him."
The Justifier's words, spoken with a smile, left Orifice utterly stunned.
"This way, with Mr. Zuke as our foundation, everyone can focus on their duties with greater peace of mind."
"Wait—you're just going to hand over the Security Force Police, just like that?!"
Orifice's face twisted in disbelief. He stared wide-eyed at the Justifier, as if trying to discern his true thoughts behind that impassive ch mask.
But the Justifier's entire body—including his face—was encased in armor, leaving Orifice with nothing but the cold, unreadable helt.
He glanced around at the others—the Security Force Police wasn't just composed of enforcers but also nurous researchers handling their technology.
Yet as he scanned the room, he realized the researchers seed to have already ntally prepared for this decision. Not a single objection was raised.
"Orifice, I made this decision the mont Mr. Zuke demonstrated his ability to suppress the AA-ZEUS."
Noticing Orifice's confusion, the Justifier continued.
"So I've already inford the vast majority of the Peacekeeping Police Force about this plan... and they've all essentially agreed to it."
"W-Wait...?"
Orifice froze. He looked around at the researchers again—sure enough, they all nodded, their expressions indicating they'd long accepted the proposal.
"So... I was the last to know?"
Behind the Justifier, Sayomaru's face flickered with a subtle expression.
Truthfully, she had only just learned of this herself—the Justifier had already decided to hand over the Security Force Police to Zuke? Since when was this decided?
But seeing Orifice's awkward reaction, Sayomaru quickly adopted an "Of course I knew" expression.

The Justifier glanced down at Sayomaru but didn't expose her.

Seeing that the Justifier's decision was final, Orifice knew his objections were aningless and reluctantly accepted the plan.
Still, he had doubts about whether Zuke could effectively manage the Security Force Police.
"Mr. Zuke only needs to possess overwhelming combat strength—enough to serve as our safeguard. As for managent, we can simply maintain our existing structure."
The Justifier had already considered this. He continued calmly,
"To put it bluntly... we pledge our loyalty in exchange for Mr. Zuke's protection. That might make it easier to understand."

Orifice rubbed his forehead, but the mory of the AA-ZEUS and TY-PHON's threat forced him to concede—they truly did need the shelter of soone as terrifyingly powerful as Zuke.

"Correct. Unless Mr. Zuke makes additional requests, you'll continue operating under the sa directives as before."
The Justifier nodded—he had already discerned that Zuke likely had no interest in micromanaging an organization.
And precisely because of that, Zuke would allow the Security Force Police to retain its core operational principles.
That was why the Justifier dared to entrust it to him in the first place.
