"What did you say!? The signal from the scouter worn by that guy Zuke has disappeared?"

At the headquarters of the Heeters, Maki flew into a rage upon hearing Oil's report.

"How could it just disappear? Did his scouter break or sothing?"

"That's not impossible. After all, Frieza has already sent people to deal with Zuke. Maybe the Ginyu Force has already taken him out."

The large, portly Oil scratched his head awkwardly, voicing his speculation.

"Maybe the scouter was damaged during the fight with the Ginyu Force."

Earlier, following Maki's orders, Oil had been monitoring Zuke's location through the tracking device in the scouter.

But after Zuke stayed on a certain planet for a few minutes and then left, the screen could no longer locate him. The device directly indicated that the target's coordinates could not be tracked.

So Oil speculated that perhaps Zuke had already encountered the Ginyu Force, been eliminated by them, and that was why the tracking device was destroyed.

"How long has it been since Frieza sent out the Ginyu Force? How could they have run into Zuke so quickly? That's too much of a coincidence."

Maki, however, didn't believe this explanation. She didn't think the Ginyu Force would find Zuke so quickly—it was just too coincidental.

Moreover, based on what she knew from Frieza, Zuke's combat power was very low. The Ginyu Force wouldn't need to go to great lengths to deal with him; they could probably finish him off with a single move. There was no way the scouter would be damaged in the process.

"..."

Gas, the youngest mber of the Heeters, sat quietly to the side, listening to the conversation between Maki and Oil.

Although he was small in both age and stature, he was the strongest mber of the Heeters. He also had the ability to enter a berserk state, which could significantly boost his power.

He had always followed Elec's orders within the Heeters. Now that Elec was dead, Gas was sowhat lost, unsure of what to do.

The only thing he could think of was to kill Zuke and avenge Elec... but Maki had stopped Gas, forbidding him from taking action.

Her reasoning was that Frieza had already sent the Ginyu Force, so there was no need for the Heeters to intervene. Letting the Ginyu Force handle Zuke was enough.

This left Gas deeply frustrated—Elec had always told him since childhood, "You are the one most likely to surpass Frieza," so Gas looked down on everyone except Frieza.

Even the Ginyu Force was beneath his notice.

After venting her anger at Oil, Maki held her forehead and sighed:

"Whatever, getting mad at you won't help. Let's call in the technicians to figure out what's going on."

Elec's death had forced Maki to take over managing the Heeters's operations—but her managerial skills were nowhere near Elec's level, so she had been feeling increasingly irritable lately.

Oil was a glutton who only cared about eating, and Gas was a battle maniac solely focused on surpassing Frieza. Maki felt that the Heeters was truly dood.

Just as she was feeling overwheld, a voice suddenly ca from the computer in the room:

"Lady Maki, a strangely shaped ship is approaching. Should we grant it access to enter?"

"A strangely shaped ship? Let see."

Curious, Maki spoke to the computer screen.

The staff mber imdiately complied, and soon the screen displayed the image of the peculiar ship.

It looked like a rectangular glass box, with four landing legs at the bottom. Other than that, it was hard to make out any details—it didn't even look like a proper spaceship.

"...What kind of ship is this? Made of glass? How can sothing like this even fly?"

Maki, of course, didn't recognize the cube-shaped ship that only gods would know about. She couldn't help but be suspicious.

"Whatever, let it in. It might be a new client."

As a comrcial group in the universe, the Heeters naturally couldn't turn away potential new clients, so they allowed it to enter.

As for whether there was any danger... well, Gas's strength, while still so distance from Frieza's, was indeed formidable.

As Elec had often told Gas during his lifeti, Gas truly had the potential to surpass Frieza. His current strength was likely enough to join the Ginyu Force.

With Gas here, the Heeters had no reason to worry about encountering any threats.

Of course, what they didn't know was that Frieza's power level of 530,000 was just the starting point. Even if Gas could surpass 530,000, he still wouldn't stand a chance against Frieza.

...

Soon, the cube-shaped ship entered the large space station at the Heeters Group's headquarters.

Following the staff's instructions, the ship landed on a designated docking platform, and the mbers of the Heeters were already there, waiting to greet whoever was inside.

After all, in Maki's view, this was likely a new client, so it was only proper for the Heeters to welco them personally.

Shortly after, the doors of the cube-shaped ship opened—though it appeared to be made of six glass panels, the interior was impossible to see from the outside.

Thus, until the person inside stepped out, Maki and the others had no idea who was piloting the ship.

As the doors opened, the expressions on Maki and the others' faces instantly changed.

The smiles they had prepared to welco a new client turned to shock, then quickly shifted to panic, and finally twisted into anger.

Not just Maki, but Oil and Gas as well—the person stepping out of the ship was soone they could never forget!

"Zuke!!!"

Maki scread Zuke's na at the top of her lungs—she never could have imagined that the man who was currently being hunted by the Heeters with a massive bounty would dare to co to their headquarters!

While the Heeters was far weaker than Frieza's forces in terms of strength, they operated under the belief that "there's nothing money and information can't accomplish." Their headquarters was filled with a large number of rcenaries.

These rcenaries, while not as strong as Frieza's army, were still not sothing a lone Saiyan could handle.

Not to ntion, Gas, whose strength rivaled the Ginyu Force, was also present... Did Zuke really co here alone, unafraid of death?

"Hey, I heard you've been searching the entire universe for ."

Looking down at the remaining three mbers of the Heeters, Zuke sneered.

"Don't worry, today I'm here to settle this once and for all—you won't have to worry about finding anymore."
