Finding Majin Buu's egg didn't take much ti. It was placed in the middle of a room inside the spaceship that resembled a laboratory.
Majin Buu's egg was resting on a device, which had a hole in the center, seemingly for energy transfer. There was also a dial on the device indicating the amount of energy.
Zuke glanced at it. According to the needle on the dial, the energy Babidi had injected into Majin Buu so far was only about 1%.
It seed that the energy collection had just started not long ago—but this was good. If there were too much energy, and Majin Buu regained so of his strength, it would be troubleso to deal with.
Now was the weakest period for Majin Buu, and devouring him aligned perfectly with Zuke's intentions.
Moreover, after being consud by "Black Bird Requiem," only the target's physique and special abilities would be acquired, not their combat power. Therefore, Majin Buu's combat strength was irrelevant to Zuke.
Once he devoured Majin Buu and obtained his physique, Zuke should also be able to gain combat power by absorbing others.
Just like in the original story, where Buu kept eating people, devouring Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks and Ultimate Gohan to gain imnse power.
"Black Bird Requiem!"
Zuke summoned his Stand, and a dark figure appeared beside him. Following Zuke's command, it reached out without hesitation and grabbed the flesh-colored "egg" on the device.
It was less like an egg and more like a atball, with vein-like protrusions on its surface, which was quite disgusting.
But since Zuke wasn't the one eating it directly, it didn't matter—Black Bird Requiem faithfully began to devour the "egg" using its shadowy body, just as Zuke had intended.
However, during the process, Zuke felt a force within the "egg" resisting, and the resistance was stronger than anything he had encountered before.
There was no doubt that it was Majin Buu instinctively resisting. Even though he hadn't fully awakened, his instincts sensed the danger.
Even with only 1% of his energy, Majin Buu's resistance was formidable. Black Bird Requiem almost lost its grip on the "egg."
"Still struggling, huh? Then, Black Bird Requiem, fix the outco of 'Majin Buu being devoured'!"
Zuke frowned and imdiately activated Black Bird Requiem's effect. In the next mont, a large amount of "ki" was drawn from Zuke's body and infused into Black Bird Requiem.
This was the first ti Zuke had to expend so much "ki" to use Black Bird Requiem's ability—aside from the failed attempt to fix the outco of "defeating rus."
However, there was no feeling of overexertion, aning that Zuke's own power was sufficient to suppress Majin Buu's resistance.
Sure enough, after fixing the outco, the "egg," which had been trying to break free from Black Bird Requiem's body, was imdiately restrained by an invisible force and stopped resisting.
Black Bird Requiem quickly completed the devouring process, and a unique power instantly rged into Zuke's body.
"This is... Majin Buu's abilities, and his physique."
Zuke imdiately realized what the power flowing into his body was. He looked at his hand and experintally grabbed one of his fingers, pulling it hard.
In the next mont, Zuke's finger stretched like clay, elongating until he released it, at which point it snapped back to its original form.
It looked sowhat like a certain rubber fruit user... or rather, what should now be called the Human-Human Fruit, Model: Nika user.
However, if Zuke didn't intentionally use this strange physique, it wouldn't be exposed, and he could continue living as usual—there probably wasn't anyone in the everyday world who could force him to reveal this ability.
"And..."
Zuke looked at his finger and walked out of the spaceship. Outside, so of the demon beasts that had gone out of control after Babidi's death were rampaging nearby.
Zuke pointed at one of the demon beasts:
"Turn into candy!"
In the next mont, a black ray shot from Zuke's hand and hit the demon beast.
Unlike being struck by a ki blast, the demon beast wasn't pierced or killed. Instead, it burst into a cloud of smoke.
From the smoke, a small candy ball fell to the ground.
This was the ability Majin Buu used in the original story to transform anyone into anything, as long as he understood the object.
A very useful ability, at least if Zuke didn't know how to cook, he could use this to turn animals into roasted at, skipping the cooking process entirely.
Zuke picked up the candy ball and examined it—the demon beast's power was clearly not as exaggerated as Vegeto's, so after turning into a candy ball, it lost the ability to move.
It seed that maintaining mobility in candy form required an enormous amount of energy.
Even powerful beings like Dabura or Fat Buu, after being turned into cookies, didn't show any ability to move on their own—truly, Vegeto was in a league of his own.
Zuke popped the candy ball into his mouth and chewed. It tasted no different from an ordinary candy ball, probably because the candy's form was based on Zuke's own mories.
However, after finishing the candy, Zuke suddenly realized sothing else.
He had devoured Majin Buu and gained his abilities... but what about the Grand Supre Kai's divine power?
In *Dragon Ball Super*, the Grand Supre Kai's divine power was also stored within Majin Buu's body. Later, after reincarnation, this power ended up in the body of a boy nad Uub from a remote village.
At the end of the Moro arc, to defeat Moro, the Grand Supre Kai helped Uub unleash the divine power within him, providing Goku with the final support.
So now, the Grand Supre Kai's divine power should still be within Majin Buu's body. But after devouring Majin Buu, Zuke didn't seem to have gained this divine power.
Or was it that this divine power, like "ki" or "magic," couldn't be inherited by "Black Bird Requiem"?
Moreover, Zuke rembered that although Majin Buu had absorbed the Grand Supre Kai, the Grand Supre Kai could still manifest through Majin Buu's body under certain conditions.
Now that Zuke had devoured Majin Buu... did that an the Grand Supre Kai was truly dead?
Although whether the Supre Kai was alive or dead didn't seem to make much difference—it just ant an extra halo above their head.
"The Grand Supre Kai probably wouldn't mind."
Zuke silently mourned for the Grand Supre Kai for a few seconds.
