"HOW ARE YOU?!"

Light suddenly shouted out to Pacifica, who was sitting behind him. The two had been walking around Oxford for almost half an hour and hunting as many zombies as they could.

So far, they had managed to kill almost 30 zombies, or rather, Pacifica had killed 13 and Light 17.

Pacifica was not a cold-blooded person, but her courage was enormous. It was not difficult for soone like her to go forward and slaughter things. That's why Pacifica was always the best marksman in the group; she was never afraid to shoot. Thanks to her dad.

With that, Light managed to realise that he had levelled up with the ringing sound echoing in his mind, but he didn't even think to check the system window as he wanted to do what he had to do and get back ho.

As a result, the road was long and the things to be done were making the road even longer.

"I'M FINE, WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING?!'"

After Pacifica shouted back, Light suddenly slowed down the snowmobile and finally stopped in the middle of the huge snow-covered area.

"Because we were travelling fast and it's snowing," Light said, pointing to the snow, "We're here."

When Petunia heard these words, she was confused and tried to understand where they had co from. Yes, so parts of Oxford were free of snow, but so parts were still buried under huge snow masses.

The red sun or the radiation energy of the red sun was not helping in any way, that is, to lt the snow.

This ant that Light was in an unbelievable position. Of course, of all the areas that were snowed under, supermarkets, and huge car shops, in short, many shopping areas were snowed under.

Light had watched from his flats in Oxford how people had taken over such places after a while, but sohow he had managed to forget about it until now. If he hadn't co to find Pacifica, it was possible to say that the group with the eagle symbol would probably have everything.

Imdiately after Light said "We're here", he took a construction vehicle big enough to dig through the snow out of his Sub-Space and then started to use the vehicle.

Pacifica stared open-mouthed at the fact that that inventory could carry such huge things and then started to look around, if she thought about it, she would lose her mind, it was really difficult to understand what was going on.

Light used the vehicle to start digging through the snow towards the huge supermarket they were right on top of.

After only ten minutes, almost 15 tres of snow had been dug out and Light had finally managed to reach the windows above the supermarket. Luckily, he had returned the vehicle to his inventory after using it to dig almost 11 tres, so it had not fallen into the supermarket with him.

"Pacifica!" Light suddenly shouted, and with that, a head with golden hair looked up at him.

"How are you going to get down here?" Light shouted again, he hadn't thought this part through.

"Isn't the snow soft? If it is, make a layer so I can jump in!" Pacifica shouted back and with that Light started to do as she said. The snow was so soft that you couldn't get hurt even if you jumped from 20 tres, let alone 10 tres. It would be like jumping into a huge haystack.

Imdiately after Light created this snow mass, Pacifica, who had jumped from above, fell into the snow, and it was not long before the sound of "PUFF!" rose.

Pacifica, who stood up with Light's help, grabbed her hip and then said, "It hurt a little, I wish I was in the car too." and then she acted with her gun.

Light knew very well why Pacifica was reaching for her gun, in just a few minutes they would be right on top of the supermarket, and more precisely, they would arrive at the supermarket windows. With the breaking of the windows, everything inside, living or dead, would pose a danger to them.

After all, a place like a supermarket would have both a generator and a stock of food and drink, and it was possible, if not certain, that so living people would be inside. One thing was certain, though, and that was that there would be one or more zombies in there, and it was certainly a matter of curiosity as to how it would be discovered.

"Be very, very careful when we go in, Pacifica. I'm going to break the glass and we're going to go in, and that alone is going to attract the attention of a lot of beings or worse, so be on your guard every second, draw your gun if you see people, and shoot if you sense they're bad. Stay alive no matter what."

Light's sudden words frightened Pacifica inwardly, yes, she had killed a few dozen zombies and her courage had increased several tis over, but killing people had to be very different from that, she was in great fear of whether she could kill people in any situation.

After all, if Pacifica didn't shoot, the others would, and the only thing she wondered was whether Light had killed anyone.

After only two minutes of shovelling and clearing, the pair reached the glass floor, and then Light dug a little to the right and reached the ceiling on which they could stand.

Light, who had managed to calmly find the area on the ceiling where he could tie the rope, tied his rope and then calmly hit the glass in front of him hard with the reverse side of his knife:

"CRASH!!!!"

With this sound, the huge glass shattered, and Light cleaned the broken glass with a glove. Imdiately after that, the duo descended to the supermarket with flashing lights and a rope, and with that, everything began. Now, the life-and-death battle had begun in the true sense of the word.
