The group continued to move at full speed. More precisely, ten people had left the group and, borrowing a few of the vehicles they had arrived in, were travelling at full speed towards Utopia.
Birmingham was in flas. Every house in Wolverhampton, Coventry and Dudley had been burnt down, only the centre of Birmingham remained, and Light had already found out everything.
The church had set up its headquarters in that area in the centre of Birmingham, right next to Solihull.
This was, of course, the old site of the Roan group.
The group had already managed to kill thousands of people after they had ravaged the place. This group was mainly made up of soldiers, and Leonard could tell that the next ti they left Utopia it was to hunt soone.
That’s why Charles and Leonard had recruited people with previous military experience.
Those who had left military service early had already been sent back to Utopia with the children.
The remaining forty people were soldiers who had done their military service in regions such as Iran and Iraq. Killing was normal for them and contrary to political considerations, this ti they were hunting what really needed to be hunted.
These bastards, these sons of bitches were not human beings. Intentionally harming another human being was not sothing that was written in Light’s and their books. When cannibalism was involved, there was no need for rcy.
Almost three thousand people had already perished at their hands.
It seems that there were fewer people in Birmingham than thought, they must have relocated when the Roan group left and the security situation beca bad.
Nevertheless, this worked in Light’s favour, as it ant fewer people to kill and the key to getting to the church faster.
After only ten minutes the group were in the centre of Birmingham, just over Solihull.
They could see that their old group building, the place where their master Elise had lived, was now draped with different flags.
There were dozens of people around the building, close to a hundred, or it would be fair to say a little more than a hundred.
Light had started to check each of them with his inspection ability, but he still wished to vomit in his heart when he saw so of them:

Many of them had the sa type of offences, it was really disgusting.
Light imdiately raised his hand and gave the order for a free shot, he didn’t care about anything, he was going to burn this building down soon.

Suddenly, gunshots began to rise into the sky. There were images of the burnt buildings around, really hell was unfolding.
At that mont, sothing caught Light’s eye.
There was one of them standing among these people whom they regarded as monsters. A rather skinny one holding a staff in his hand.
"Inspection." Light suddenly thought, and after what he saw, he realised that he had found the man he was supposed to hunt:

"The High Priest." Light muttered to himself, and then he took his AK-47 out of his inventory and without waiting, he used his Star Hunter skill to mark the High Priest. He was disgusted by this "human" being.
It was a srising sight, a city in flas, and these strange beings, half beast and half man, who t the bullets with their breasts.
The adrenaline seed to be boiling deep in the veins.
As soon as Light had successfully aid, he aid and started firing precise shots one after the other.
"BANG-BANG-BANG-BANG!!!"
He fired several shots one after the other, but none of the bullets managed to hit the skinny man.
The skinny man managed to dodge all the bullets by throwing himself to the ground, it was possible to see that he was quite agile. What was worse was what happened when he waved his staff.
As soon as the High Priest waved his staff, every single one of the enemies around turned towards Light in an incredibly creepy way, and then directly started running towards him, ignoring everyone else.
Light instantly took a step backwards and avoided the enemies running towards him one by one. His Agility stat was exactly 75 points, there was absolutely no way for normal people to catch him.
These bastards might be stronger and faster than normal people, but that was the truth, Light already knew that this battle would end in victory, he was just trying not to use direct force. That’s why when he fired a few shots, it was not at the places that would kill the high priest, but at his legs.
He had to get information, no matter what, he needed so information and he had to get it now. He had to find the church and finish them off as quickly as possible.
Knowing this, he really couldn’t find any results in the survival of the other zombie-like church people, so he threw the AK-47 into his inventory and grabbed an enemy right in front of him by the throat with his bare hands.
At that mont, he grabbed the enemy by the head and lifted his shoulder down and his head upwards, separating the entire spine of this enemy from his body.
It was a blood-curdling sight. Even Leonard and the others froze for a few seconds at the sight, but none of them cared, those bastards were going to get what they deserved.
However, one by one, Light was strangling with his own hands every enemy that had started to co towards him, avoiding the attacks of those who tried to attack him, and during this ti he was killing them with direct heavy attacks on the enemies.
He was so fast, that it was clear to Leonard, who had been with him since the first ti he had fought him, that he was no longer human, but Leonard was filled with pride instead of worry.
There was a very good reason for that, of course.
