Yixian helped Yi Ping to one side while the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa watched quietly.
They were now alone in a dimly lit passage hall. While they were not far from the others, they were far enough so that they could not be overheard.
Yi Ping appeared to be feverish as he stumbled weakly to the side of the wall.
At the sa ti the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa looked at Yixian with a soft hum, "So what do you want? What do you want to say?"
Yixian reluctantly let go of Yi Ping as she whispered gently, "Ping'Er, take a rest first. You have done really well so far and you should take a rest."
She tapped him gently on his shoulder and Yi Ping began to doze off before she looked at the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa, "Now we can finally talk."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa did not seem to be surprised as she worded coldly, "Indeed! So what does the mighty Great Goddess Fantian wants with ? So you want to end or to seal ? This is your best ti to do so or else when the Mystique Core Divine Pill has taken its effect, you will surely regret your act of rcy."
Yixian looked at her gently, "Are you still upset with ?"
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa raised her eyebrows, "So you have finally rembered?"
Yixian nodded as she stole a glance at Yi Ping, "Yes, I have rembered."
She took a glance at Yi Ping with a bashful look. She knew her destiny now. She was the Great Goddess Fantian and she was a companion to the Great God Pangu. They were the High Gods, the first of the immortal race and they were also called the Desolate Powers, rightly so because they were gifted with the Chaotic Desolate Force, an innate might that automatically started the weakest Desolate Powers at the Seventh Immortal Positioning!
While Immortals of the Sixth Immortal Positioning possessed a golden body that rendered them immune to the passage of ti, from the elents and they need not sustain their rare hunger through divine fruits any longer, Immortals of the Seventh Immortal Positioning were the true immortals and they were no longer affected by the Divine Calamities.
The Immortals of the Eighth Immortal Positioning possessed a divine body that would not decay even if they would be killed. However, killing an Immortal of the Eighth Immortal Positioning would prove to be extrely difficult since they were all highly resilient to damage and possessed rapid healing. And less than a hundred of the Desolate Powers were of the Eighth Immortal Positioning; the Great Goddess Fantian and the Great Goddess Nuwa were among them.
Only the Great God Pangu was of the Ninth Immortal Positioning because he was the first among the Desolate Powers.
Yi Ping was now of the Seventh Immortal Positioning and while he had not truly been though the entire immortal stages, that was no longer important. That was because any practitioners that could reach the Seventh Immortal Positioning were already a True Immortal!
Because very few practitioners, even for the immortal practitioners could actually reach the Seventh Immortal Positioning, none of them was actually aware that Yi Ping was already a True Immortal.
The Goddess Celestial Alice and the Goddess Asura were the only one in their group to have reached the Seventh Immortal Positioning and it was only a recent event. As for the Goddess Isa and the Sacred Embodied Heavenly Goddess, they had just taken the Mystique Core Divine Pill and they would attain the Seventh Immortal Positioning very soon.
As Yi Ping dozed off, a faint golden animus that only practitioners of the Seventh Immortal Positioning and above could see was enveloping him and rapidly healing him. The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa nodded lightly, "If it isn't for the tily intervention of Maiden Lie Qing, the Great God Pangu will surely et his end by a lowly divine beast. That will be the most hilarious legend ever!"
All of a sudden Yixian broke into a soft smile as she giggled softly, "Oh really? That is funny."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa gave her a puzzled look, "He has almost lost his life and you can actually laugh about it?"
Yixian flushes lightly as she smiled weakly, "It is not that. Ping'Er always has a knack of attracting weird creatures to him and he is almost killed by them on many occasions."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa stared at her in disbelief before she too, began to smile, "He is so endeavoring. Really!"
Yixian smiled gently, "Really!"
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa regained her composure imdiately, "Surely you did not ask to be here to talk about only this?"
Yixian looked at her, "I ask that you will join us and I have a favor to ask you."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa smiled coldly, "I have already joined your group but tell about this favor to see if I am interested. Don't tell you want to ask about the whereabouts of the Ancient Divine Fortress?"
Yixian shook her head, "I won't and I don't have to know. That is because you don't know anything about the Ancient Divine Fortress."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa humd coldly, "Oh really?"
Yixian said, "If you are with the other Desolate Powers then you won't be in the Stellar Sanctuary and you won't be sealed by the Divine Nine Cauldron."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa smiled bitterly, "You know?"
Yixian nodded, "At first I did not know but now I do know now. I know now that he has sealed you with the Divine Nine Cauldron to protect you and to help you to cultivate. Or else you won't be here at all."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa smiled bitterly, "When did you know about it?"
Yixian sighed softly, "When I have seen the Feather Sword Shards"
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa smiled bitterly
Yixian explained, "One of the Feather Sword Shards has your divine animus signature. Even though it is extrely faint but I can sense it."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa smiled coldly, "The Great God Pangu has once shown one of the Feather Sword Shards and I have fingered it for a while."
All of a sudden Yi Ping was muttering almost incoherently in his sleep, "Great God PanguYou have asked to tellthe Lady Fantianand the Lady Nuwato forget about youbutI don't have the heart to say to themXian'Er is always my Xian'Er. The Lady Nuwaalas!"
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa was trembling as she said quietly, "He didn't forget about after all"
Yixian said quietly, "The Great God Pangu is no more. You shouldn't be so obstinate and you should continue to refine your cultivation"
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa smiled coldly, "Speak for yourself first. You have actually sacrificed your entire attainnt to try to help the Great God Pangu. Is it worth it?"
Yixian smiled gently, "It is worth it! Even though I am no longer the Great Goddess Fantian now but I am equally happy and blissful because I have him by my side! But for you, he will never rember who you are"
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa interrupted softly, "Is that important now?"
Yixian looked at the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa gently into her eyes
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa said firmly, "I have a belief that my affection for him will one day be reciprocated. Even if Heavens will not bless , even if I am spurn by all the gods, I will want to live through all his sufferings, never leave or forsake him. Even if he did not recognize anymore so what does it really matter? Does it matter? Is it important?"
Yixian trembled a little. Even though she was rarely moved by emotions but the conviction of the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa had clearly moved her!
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa added, "You can imagine my delight when I have realized that he is really the Great God Pangu. Who else can injure ? It seems that all my entire life, I am unable to overco his hurdle that is set upon . But why fight it? I will rather embrace it. Don't you think so that Yi Ping is really an interesting chap?"
Yixian smiled weakly, "You look like you really want to eat him up."

All of a sudden Yixian looked at her intently, "I have a favor to ask. Lend Yi Ping your Desolate Force and help to elevate him to the Eight Immortal Positioning."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa was startled, "Is that possible? If it is possible, I will surely help him."
Yixian nodded, "My strength alone isn't enough to elevate him to the Eighth Immortal Positioning. That is why I have asked you to be here."
She bended down gently to Yi Ping before she took out the two Feather Sword Shards, "In the entire Three Known Realms, I am the only one that knows the secrets of these Feather Sword Shards."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa looked at the Feather Sword Shards curiously, "The Great God Pangu had once told that these Feather Sword Shards are Ancient Immortal Artefacts. So what are their secrets?"
Yixian held the two Feather Sword Shards with a forlorn look, "There is a prophecy too. These three Feather Sword Shards represent the three main consorts of the future Great God Pangu. By their blood, they will lend strength and be bonded to him."
She sighed softly, "This is the real prophecy of the three main consorts"
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa was startled, "The prophecy of the three main consorts?"
Yixian nodded, "Three future consorts of the future Great God Pangu will help to awaken him and they will share the Three Known Realms with him."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa was delighted, "And I am one of the three?"
Yixian smiled, "You can still back off now if you have any regrets."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa smiled, "No, I won't. Show how to do it."
Yixian tossed one of the Feather Sword Shard to her before saying, "Do as I do."
She clasped the remaining Feather Sword Shard tightly in her right palm till it was bloodied as she imbued her martial power to it. Finally she tossed it straight at Yi Ping, startling the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa!
But to the surprise of the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa, the Feather Sword Shard vanished in thin air before it struck Yi Ping!
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa imdiately understood and did the sa too as she threw the Feather Sword Shard exactly in the sa manner as Yixian and it too vanished before it struck Yi Ping!
Yixian nodded, "Now Yi Ping has the strength of my Righteous Universal Force and your Chaotic Desolate force. When he has awakened, he will be in the sa Eighth Immortal Positioning as us."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa was delightful, "Good! But the Great God Pangu is in the Ninth Immortal Positioning while Yi Ping is only at the Eighth Immortal Positioning now. Does it an that the third Feather Sword Shard will propel him to the Ninth Immortal Positioning? And who will be his third consort?"
She paused for a while before she smiled, "So it is the Heaveness?"
Yixian said quietly, "It is still early to say. The Goddess Celestial Alice, Lie Qing, Youxue or Lele are all possible ones. Or it can be the other maidens. At this point of ti, it is really hard to say."
All of a sudden the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa asked, "Why is that I am suddenly feeling so drowsy? I have this weird feeling that I have never experienced before"
Yixian smiled weakly, "That is because we are now bonded together now. Didn't you say you want to experience and share in his sufferings earlier? Now you got your wish."
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa leaned weakly against the wall, "That is only a figurative speech. I am so nausea now. Soone help "
