Never in a million years did Calista thought that Orson was that cruel.
His family indeed wronged him but to think that after getting power, he started with them first and made them extinct in the world. She had goosebumps all over her body.
This kind of karma, she didn’t dare have any of it.
She was afraid of killing the people who wronged her and even though twice about what to do and yet at such a tender age, he poisoned all of them from the elderly to the toddler to death. Why didn’t he leave those who didn’t wrong him?
She felt cold as she watched that.
Orson was picked and sold to the pirates or bandits, his current family. He was raised by the clan chief personally like his son. He was loved dearly and the chief’s daughter loved him very much.
Orson was quite ambitious from a young age and he understood well that if he wanted to win and get what he wanted, being acquainted with the chief and his family would make all his dreams co true.
So, he fooled that girl until he was smitten. They got married, and had kids. The clan supported him and provided him with the best.
He was good at what he does, the famous doctor who could pull anyone from the brink of death and also send anyone to death without anyone being suspicious.
He healed a lot of people and killed even more. He earned a lot of money doing that for years and felt no remorse.
His wife and family supported him, and he was revered wherever he wanted. Life of others didn’t an much to him. She even saw how disgusted he was when looking at re slaves who were deed as nothing.
No wonder why he dared spoke such hurtful words when he talked about how slaves lose their lives every day and how it was a common occurrence. He had seen and caused a lot of deaths for such people. No wonder why he was like that.
Her heart turned colder after seeing that. even if she doesn’t like it, the fact that she was once a slave wouldn’t change.
Did these people think that the slaves wanted to be slaves?
If fate could be changed, they would see how the world would be left without a slave or even servant. No one want to be stepped on by anybody.
It was quite interesting to see how Orson was more concerned with his power and consolidating it than his family but it all changed when the wife got sick.
They always say people wake up when they lose sothing and in Orson’s case, he woke up when the wife got seriously sick.
The thought of losing her when his mind had imprinted that she would always be with him forever, made him panicked.
Orson who prided himself as being the best heavenly doctor found himself at a loss and defeated as he failed to treat his wife’s illness.
Although his god father died because of the sa illness before, he wasn’t that sad as his death ans that there was minus one person who would keep an eye on him. However, when that sa fate landed on his wife, it dawned on him that he wasn’t omnipotent.
He tried all ans but failed. He destroyed a lot of families in search of miraculous dicine but to no avail, he still failed. He watched her die in his arms and Calista suddenly felt pity for him, but when she thought about the many people who died because of this love, she scoffed as her heart tightened. She wasn’t allowed to feel pity for such a person.
Carrying so much blood debt, did he think that he wasn’t going to get retribution?
Orson might not have realized it since he was clouded by ambition, but he fell for his wife earlier. Unfortunately, when he realized it the other was dying.
After that, the retribution followed the girls and seeing them sick so many tis, and Orson struggling every single ti to find a cure. She didn’t know what to think anymore. When she saw how he t with the sorceress and strike a deal, she nodded for the first ti.
As a parent, doing everything possible for the children wasn’t shaful even if it ans lying to others. Lying was a better sin than killing.
She saw how Orson appeared in her life and how smitten she was about him. The more she saw the things she once did, the more embarrassed she beca.
When she saw how Orson was never amnesiac from the start and had been fooling her, she was so angry.
Looking at how love struck she was, she wanted to bury herself six feet down and never appear again. unfortunately, this movie didn’t have a pause button. She could only watch continuously, her face changing shades now and then.
The sorceress watching couldn’t help but sigh with disappointnt. It would have been great if this love had turned into sothing better.
Unfortunately, by the ti she realized that the two were ill fated, it was already too late.
Calista had no clue that the sorceress was peeping on her, she was watching how shaless she was and thick-skinned Orson was as well.
He t with his n, took her dicine and fooled her all the ti. Although she knew that he was doing that, she hoped back then that even if he was going to leave, he should have at least said sothing or give her so hope that he would co to her but alas, it was futile.
When he left to get the dicine, she watched how he didn’t even sleep in the city that night but left with his n in a hurry. Apart from guilt on his face, she saw no emotions on his face and it ached her heart.
While he was busy thinking about his girls and the family, he left behind, she was suffering by herself and nearly caused harm to herself. Luckily, she was found pregnant but then she was reminded that she had been ditched and that he ran away from her. it wasn’t an easy pregnancy at all.
Orson on the other hand, returned to his family, used her dicine without any qualms and started living his life peacefully as if he didn’t leave anyone behind.
Although he missed her now and then, if he truly cared, why didn’t he admit that he left soone on the other side? That chieftain didn’t seem like soone who would force Orson to remain single just because he was once married to his sister.
The chieftain had several wives himself.
So why wasn’t Orson allowed?
