Calista had been thinking hard about this issue in the past three weeks and it nearly gave her a headache.
She thought of the worlds she once transmigrated to and how they treated their staff and found their thods to be feasible and more convenient for her.

Returning the issue to food, before paying everyone their wages, Calista would take the calculated money from each person to put into food. If soone can’t accept that, then the person would be forced to leave.
There was no person allowed to prepare a single al in the kitchen. There wasn’t ti for such acts in her dorm. That would waste a lot of ti, and she didn’t want to see sothing like that.
After expressing herself, more of a statent rather than a discussion, everyone nodded their heads in agreent. If they didn’t agree with her, then it ant that their jobs would be forfeit. There were so many people out there still vying for a job at Calista’s factory.
They didn’t have the luxury to stress themselves for sothing small like this.
Calista also talked about hygiene for the umpteenth ti and greatly emphasized the importance of these won and n using the designated toilets she had built for their issues.
There was a nearby river if they wanted to feel the flowing water over their bodies and a well in place for them to fetch water all the ti. She didn’t want to see anyone stinking or being dirty, no matter what ti it was.
This topic lasted for a long ti and those who listened could tell how important this was to Calista. She even threatened to fire them if they ever got caught being dirty.
After this disturbing topic, Calista moved on to the topic of obedience and insubordination.
"I know that so of you think that no one is below you and you know it all. But I can say that in here, what I say is the law. If I instruct you to do this, then I want to see you doing it. If you don’t agree to it, then make sure that your reason is well concocted and senseful enough for to not be angry.
Several n and won are your managers, and I give these people authority. I expect you, regardless of their status, in your eyes to follow their order to the letter. Learn from them and follow their instructions. When you don’t understand, then ask and learn earnestly.
Of course, to the managers, it doesn’t an that just because these people answer to you ans that you can abuse your powers. If such cases happen, then you, as the subordinates, co and report to . As long as your case is clear, respective rewards and punishnts would be dished out."
