Soti later, Anastasia was a moaning ss as she replied to his previous question. ’’If you can ta that warrior woman, then do it, I would prefer her to have a caring man than so random noble my ex-husband chooses.’’
Archer chuckled at her reply but pulled her into a cuddle while watching the Broodmaws and Burrowfiends robbing the Church of Light, making him laugh as a Tressym’s ow caught his attention.
He got out of bed, approached the window to let the flying cat in, which caught Anastasia’s attention. This put a smile on the older woman’s face. ’’You love your monsters, don’t you, handso?’’ she comnted.
’’Of course,’’ he answered with a charming smile. ’’Why wouldn’t I? They’ve helped throughout my life.’’
Following that, Archer pampered the cat, as it fed him all the information it gathered. He learned that dozens of armies were descending on the eastern shore, where Morena and Demacia’s undead army was causing chaos.
’’Looks like the Alliance took the bait,’’ he mumbled.
Just then, Archer sent Morena a ssage about the way north being clear, only to find out that Catherine Volkovitch helped them hide during a storm. This caught his attention before he questioned the empress. ’’What’s the Witch of Verdantia like?’’
Anastasia glanced up with tired blue eyes, answering. ’’She’s a quiet woman who prefers her own space while keeping out of politics until you showed up.’’
This caught his attention, prompting him to ask. ’’What do you an?’’
The older woman shrugged. ’’I’m not entirely sure, but she started the Verdantia Rebellion just after you appeared in the picture,’’ she explained.
’Where are you girls now?’ he sent a ssage to Morena and the others.
Minutes later, Archer discovered they were re hours from the northern shore, poised to unleash another wave of undead armies. The news drew a dark chuckle from him, piquing the blonde’s curiosity as her sharp gaze snapped to him.
’’Will be able to slow down the Alliance to give Draconia more ti to prepare,’’ he revealed. ’’Once the four won attack, I’ll stay here for a couple of days to see the results as the emperor is traveling back to the palace.’’
When Anastasia heard this her blue eyes sparkled before she stood up and stretched causing her boobs to jiggle everywhere with every subtle movent. ’’That’s good, I’ll leave for Catherine’s mansion. I’m sure she’d co get if I sent her a ssage.’’
Archer nodded with a knowing smile before bringing up a mana screen with the four won traveling under the rough seas. ’Let’s see what they get up too as their distraction army does it’s work.’

Morena was riding on Lucrezia’s head as the other two followed behind. The blonde’s voice echoed in her mind. ’Get ready! We are going to breach the surface now, and enemy ships are there.’
Just then, she exploded out of the water and tore into the tal warship with her massive maw. Thanks to her powerful teeth, it was turned to scrap before sinking to the sea floor without a sound.
With excitent, Detra crashed into the remaining vessels, splintering wood and sending them to the ocean’s depths. The necromancer sisters, their silhouettes wreathed in dark power, soared toward the shore where a silent fortress lood.
Night cloaked the world, the sea illuminated only by the fading glow of the prior explosion. The fortress stood as a defiant bastion of the Alliance, its stone walls gleaming faintly with torchlight.
Inside, soldiers patrolled, their breaths visible in the chill night air, unaware of the doom descending upon them. Floating above, Morena and Demacia’s eyes were blazing with unholy energies.
The air around them crackled with death, the ground trembling beneath their feet as they raised their arms, chanting in a guttural tongue that seed to tear at the fabric of reality itself.
Morena’s pale hands wove patterns in the air, her fiery blue eyes glowing like twin beacons of death. Beside her, Demacia’s black hair whipped in an unnatural wind, her voice a low, resonant growl that echoed across the fortress.
Their combined power surged, and a torrent of mana ripped open a rift above the fortress. From it, a horde of ghouls poured forth, hundreds, then thousands, their twisted, emaciated forms clawing at the air as they descended like a plague.
They hit the fortress with a deafening chorus of shrieks and snarls, decayed flesh and glowing eyes, a nightmare made manifest. Alliance soldiers barely had ti to draw their swords before the tide overwheld them.
Ghouls tore through the courtyard, scaling walls with unnatural speed, their claws rending steel and flesh alike. A young captain rallied his n, his blade flashing in the torchlight, but a pack of fiends leapt from the ramparts, dragging him down in a frenzy.
His screams were swallowed by the chaos as the creatures ripped him apart, blood pooling beneath their writhing forms. In the barracks, soldiers awoke to the sounds of slaughter, only to find ghouls crashing through windows and doors.
The creatures moved with relentless hunger, their skeletal hands crushing throats and tearing limbs from bodies. A lone archer on the watchtower loosed arrow after arrow, killing several ghouls, but the horde surged upward.
His final cry was silenced as they tore him from the tower, his body vanishing into the seething mass below. Morena and Demacia watched from their perch, unmoved by the carnage.
Morena’s lips curled into a cold smile as she whispered an incantation, strengthening the ghouls’ frenzy. Demacia’s eyes glead with sadistic delight, her hands directing the horde to seek out every last hiding soldier.
’They are exactly what sister created them to be,’ she thought as she started getting excited at the scene and wanted to find Archer.
Within minutes, the fortress was a graveyard, its once-proud halls slick with blood and littered with the broken bodies of the Alliance. The ghouls, sated but still ravenous, turned their glowing eyes toward the horizon, awaiting their next command.
The sisters descended to the courtyard as the Ghouls brought them the bodies. Their cloaks billowing as they stepped over the carnage without a fuss, as Demacia comnted. ’’Husband said we can have all the dead and prisoners. How about we use the Blood Crawlers to capture so Alliance soldiers?’’
’’Good idea, sis,’’ Morena replied while guiding the Ghouls to spread out across the northern shore to find any patrols.
Seconds later, screams, screeches, and explosions erupted, surprising the sisters. Demacia giggled before talking. ’’These undead never cease to amaze. Thanks to Arch and his pure mana, we can create powerful armies if we have the dead.’’
Following that, the younger woman grabbed so chalk from her storage ring and started creating a Death Portal that would allow them to summon all kinds of undead to cause trouble while setting up a base on Verdantia.
The aura of death washed over the land, scaring everybody nearby. While she did that, Morena turned toward the landscape and chanted as an eerie fog rolled in and covered the land in a blanket of white.
Monts later, Lucrezia and Detra joined them at the fortress that was now ho to the dead. The blonde glanced around with a worried expression as the Death Knights stood guard.
’’It’s so quiet,’’ she said.
The shark woman nodded in agreent, but before she could utter a word, both she and Lucrezia let out ear-piercing shrieks that could’ve woken a graveyard. A ghoul barreled out of nowhere, brushing against the blonde’s leg with its clammy claw.
She flailed like she’d been zapped by a lightning bolt, while Detra nearly toppled into a conveniently placed Death Knight, making her cringe.
From the shadows, a mischievous giggle broke the chaos. Demacia sauntered into view, her grin wide. ’’What’s with the opera-level screaming, ladies?’’ she asked, batting her lashes with innocence. ’’You two could kill that ghoul with a stern look and a flick of your pinky. Did it steal your lunch or sothing?’’
Lucrezia, still clutching her leg like it was now cursed, shot Demacia a glare that could’ve lted steel. Detra, wiping dust off her cloak with exaggerated dignity, muttered. ’’Next ti, you’re the ghoul’s dance partner.’’
The creature who caused all this was unimpressed by the drama, shuffled off, probably to find a less screechy audience. This made the three won laugh as the necromancer led them through the maze-like corridors.
’’Don’t worry about any of our undead girls,’’ she chirped. ’’They wouldn’t harm you, thanks to the tattoos. You could be in a sea of rotting zombies and you’ll be fine.’’
They both shivered at her words as Detra retorted. ’’I would just return to the Domain, then be around zombies longer than I have to.’’
Demacia giggled before apologizing. ’’I’m sorry, I’m used to it since being around them since a little girl.’’
The Demon Shark waved her away with a smile. ’’No need for that, we all know they won’t hurt us, but it will take ti to get used to seeing them wandering around like that.’’
