113 Ch. 113 It’s Only A Misunderstanding
Richard could feel his heart stop beating when Quinn convinced Anxia that their marriage had not been in the governnt data. He could only bla himself for this. He should have put more effort into persuading his father not to deregister his marriage.
Now, his wife had misunderstood him and was returning to giving off the murderous aura like before. He had to fix it quickly before he lost her completely.
Richard decided to use one of his digital assistant programs to unseal his registered marriage with Anxia, which his father had concealed. Richard knew Anxia was in her room with their daughter, so he headed straight to his wife’s room. As soon as the door opened, he saw his daughter laughing with Calydta while watching a children’s cartoon.
“Daddy!” Lori exclaid happily when she saw her father co into her room, but she was surprised that her father just smiled briefly and then walked to the locker room, then out to the balcony, then to the bathroom.
“Calydta, do you know where madam is?”
“She was looking for you, sir. Is she not with you?”
“No. I thought she was back here.”
“Daddy, did you forgive mommy yet?”

Richard was about to head back out to find his wife when he heard his daughter’s question. His daughter’s question was so unusual that it intrigued him, and he decided to ask his daughter.
“Why do you ask like that?”
“Mommy said she wanted to find you to apologize. She said she had made you angry, so she wanted to make it up by apologizing.”
Richard’s heart moved to hear that Anxia also wanted to reconcile with him. What’s with the bad timing, though? They could have reconciled by now.
“I get it. I’m gonna look for your mommy. Wait here, okay?”
After briefly kissing his daughter on the forehead, Richard ca out of the room and told Rossie to find out where Anxia was now. His steps halted when he heard Anxia’s location, and his chest rumbled loudly.
Secretly his heart rejoiced and felt relieved. At least he still has a chance to clear up the misunderstanding between them. Otherwise, his wife couldn’t be where she is right now.
A while ago, after Anxia left, Anxia realized sothing. Why did she have to go when she didn’t do anything wrong? It was Richard who first tricked her and took advantage of her, so she changed her mind and decided to settle a score with that two-faced lady. She would tell the woman that Richard had fucked her and impregnated her.
Anxia turned around and took resolute steps back to Richard’s study room. But she reflexively stopped and hid behind a pillar when she heard the cold voice of her husband.

‘Richie, you can’t keep avoiding . I will find you again.’
Anxia frowned at Lady Q’s muttering voice.
Those words weren’t said out loud, but with the silence like a graveyard combined with her keen hearing, Anxia could clearly catch the words that ca out of Quinn’s mouth.

Anxia glanced at the beautiful woman with such a sharp gaze that she could kill soone instantly if only she could kill soone with just her gaze.
Anxia felt that she had beco super duper stupid because she let the woman fool her. No. It was more like she beca an idiot because jealousy blinded her. Jealousy is a frightening thing, and Anxia had never felt jealous of other girls over a man.
But is it really she had misunderstood? What if it turns out that Richard was indeed engaged to this woman, and the beautiful girl refused to cancel their engagent when Richard decided to nullify their engagent?
