The figure moved, their form cloaked in heavy black as they leaped from roof to roof, their movents delicate yet precise. Their cloak flapped as they moved, their speed quick as they cut through the wind.

’...’ Zoey narrowed her eyes as she observed this mysterious figure, her full of suspicion as she decided to follow this suspicious person quietly.

As the cloaked figure continued to move, Zoey silently and secretly followed her, her movents soft and quiet, but swift to keep up with this shady figure.

’Judging by how their dressed, and by how skillfully they move, they must be an assassin.’ Zoey contemplated, picking up her pace.

After a while of moving, the mysterious figure had lured Zoey back to her own ship in a twist of events.

Zoey imdiately understood that this person must be here to try and steal the [Hydra’s Tear], but they won’t be able to as Zoey had it kept within her [Inventory].

The figure landed softly on their deck, the cold wind rushing past them. A few of Zoey’s crew were still on the deck, they were ant to keep watch, but fell asleep, their snores echoing in the night.

"Alright, now it’s ti to get to business." A soft, feminine voice ca from underneath the hood of the mysterious figure, as they moved towards the cabin door and were about to open it, when they heard a cold and intimidating voice behind them, causing them to freeze in their place.

"What are you doing?" Zoey’s voice appeared behind the figure, startling them as they imdiately leaped away to create distance between the two of them, a sharp and shiny object flying towards Zoey.

Zoey easily blocked the sharp object which turned out to be a dagger, it’s tip coated with poison as it emanated a small green pulse, it’s form spinning rapidly until embedding itself into tje floor.

’What the? What is she doing here?’ The figure thought, their guard imdiately being raised. This wasn’t supposed to happen, how did Felicia managed to sneak up on her without her knowning?

She had been spying on their crew ever since they had arrived, and once they separated, she decided to make her move and strike for the [Hydra’s Tear] treasure.

But now that Felicia was here, she had no choice but to fight her.

"I asked what you were doing here?" She repeated, her tone becoming colder and more deadly as the air imdiately beca charged with tension, her Mana starting to leak out of her body as her aura flared up slightly.

The cloaked figure didn’t answer as they imdiately took out a pair of daggers, and with a swift dash, they charged towards Zoey.

Zoey took out her blade as their weapons clashed, pushing her slightly back.

The cloaked figure slashed at her with their daggers, their movents swift and practiced, but full of urgency, sothing that Zoey managed to pick up as she dodged and blocked their attacks.

The sounds of fighting quickly shook awake the sleeping pirates as they jumped out of their chairs and quickly laid their eyes onto the battle, brandishing their weapons in an instant.

"Go! Get out of here! I’ll handle this." Zoey yelled, commanding her n as they didn’t question her orders and imdiately ran off the ship.

’Looks like you’re the silent type, huh?’ Zoey contemplated, dodging a slash from the cloaked figure as she conjured a small fla into her hand.

’Let’s see what you look like.’ She thought, secretly igniting their cloak as she leaped away.

The cloaked figure imdiately beca alard as they stopped to see their cloak on fire, the heat spreading quick and fast as they couldn’t handle the flas.

With no option left, the cloaked figure quickly took off their cloak, revealing the person underneath.

"Hmph, good move." The woman underneath the cloak responded, her real form coming into view.

She was fairly tall, had long orange hair and a pair of green eyes, they wore so sort of assassin uniform as daggers of all shapes and sizes adorned it, and two large blades on her hips. This woman was definitely an assassin, and a skilled one at that.

"Are you going to answer my question now?" Zoey asked, a smug smile on her face as she laid her eyes on the woman.

"No, I don’t think so," The woman replied, dashing toward her again as she jumped into the air and threw down two of her daggers at Zoey.

She moved, leaping to the side as she dodged the attack. The daggers missing her as they landed hard into the floor boards.

’I don’t want to kill her, I’m going to need answers. She might be part of the Resistance, and if she is, than that could be bad for Felicia and her n.’ She thought.

"If you tell who you are and who you’re working for, then I won’t kill you, I’ll only leave you with a warning." Zoey said.

"Oh, that’s rich, coming from you." The woman scoffed, brandishing her two large sword as she held them both in her hands. "Hand over the treasure," She demanded, pointing her sword at Zoey.

Zoey sighed, running a hand through her hair. Not this again, she wasn’t really in the mood to take another person’s life. She was already tired right now.

"I’m not going to ask again, who are you working for." Zoey demanded once more, this ti not holding back as she let the full extent of her aura radiate from her body, the air imdiately becoming more stale and cold with Mana.

The woman widened her eyes for a bit, her heart skipping a beat at the sudden surge of bloodlust and killing intent radiating from Zoey, her muscles going stiff and unmovable for a mont. But she wouldn’t go down, this isn’t what she was trained for.

She was part of an Elite assassination unit, one of the most powerful among her own. She had been trained hard, and was prepared to face any possible situation.

Just as the woman was about to attack Zoey once again, she heard a small sigh escaping Zoey’s lips as her figure disappeared with a blur of speed.

Before she could react, Zoey instantly appeared infront of her, her fist raised as her killing intent intensified to a point it was almost suffocating.

A powerful punch was landed onto the woman’s face as she was imdiately blown far away, a powerful, thunderous shockwave echoing out around the air.

The woman went flying across the streets, before skidding hard onto the ground for miles, coming to a stop after a while.

"Cough! Cough!" The woman coughed as she pushed herself off the ground with a sharp inhale, their face covered in blood as they barely managed to get back up.

Her eyes imdiately landed on Zoey who started walking toward her with slow, nacing steps, the cold and silent night being disturbed by the sounds of her boots walking on the floor.

Her eyes were glowing crimson, shining with the intensity of her rage.

’How could she move so fast!? I need to get out of here and report back imdiate-"

BAM!!!

"Ack!" The woman coughed as she received a devastating punch to her gut, causing her to cough a mix of blood and saliva as the air left her lungs, her vision blurring as she could barely see anything, a loud ring sounding in her ears.

The woman fell to her knees, then onto her chest as she coughed and wheezed hard for air.

Zoey towered over her, her expression impassive and full of resentnt. She didn’t want to do this, but she wasn’t in the mood for all of this anymore. Whenever she decides to be nice and show rcy, the majority of people refuse her offer and wants her dead instead.

Zoey reached down, crouching on her knees as she continued to observe the woman coughing and wheezing for air, their spit all over the ground and their strength non-existant.

"Holy Neptune! The captain is so cruel!" one of her n exclaid, their face showing a hint of fear, but mostly respect as he observed the brutal scene.

"She’s really beco sothing else, I don’t think she was ever this cruel before." Another man added, he almost felt bad for the woman that was getting beat up.

Zoey took a deep breathe, calming herself for a mont, her chest rising and falling for a mont as she let out a deep exhale. Zoey’s expression turned softer, more gentle once more.

"I’m going to give you one more chance, tell , who are you?" She asked, sitting down as she patiently waited for her answer.

The woman turned her gaze to Zoey, who had a more softer and kinder expression.

Her expression turned full of rage a mont, just as she was about to consider acting once more, Zoey’s gaze turned to one of extre bloodlust almost instantly, freezing her in her place.

A silence passed for a mont between the two of them, before the woman finally answered.

"I...I am..."
