Chapter 241 – Dinner with Ais.
A few more days passed, and yesterday Ais ca to the mansion again to invite
to dinner. I talked to Hestia before accepting the invitation, and she said I could go. She said she didn't mind.
But even though she said that, she seed a little bothered.
Today is the day of the dinner. I spent the whole day at ho and already started writing the second volu of Roo and Juliet. I'm really excited about this story. Tomorrow, Bella will co to the mansion along with Elma so we can talk about the book's cover.
I don't plan on adding illustrations inside the book—I'll only talk to Bella about the cover.
Not just for Roo and Juliet, but also for the upcoming volus of Re:Zero and Overlord.
Over the past few days, I've also done so sketches to help Bella.
But only for the covers—Bella will take care of the interior illustrations. She's very talented, so it's all in good hands. I still can't believe Bell turned into such a beautiful woman—and she's the illustrator of my books…

I stored the pages I'd written for the second volu of Roo and Juliet in my inventory and went to the bathroom to take a shower. I need to get ready for the dinner tonight.
I washed up thoroughly and spent a few minutes relaxing in the bathtub.
After that, I put on so new clothes I had bought recently and used a really nice-slling cologne. When I got downstairs, Mikoto, Lili, and Hestia looked surprised.
"You look great! When did you buy those clothes?"
"About three days ago," I replied.
"You sll amazing. Are you going out with a woman by any chance?" Lili asked with a mischievous smile. Hestia heard her and gave
a disapproving look. I smiled bitterly and answered:
"I'm going to dinner with the girls from the Loki Familia."
"Ais, Tiona, and Tione? So now you're going after them?"
"Lili, shut your mouth!" Hestia shouted. "I said you could go to this dinner, but I never said you could flirt with them, got it?" She looked at
seriously. She ant every word.
Honestly, I don't know what's gotten into her. She's more jealous than usual.
It's gotten a lot worse.
Before, she was just a little possessive, but after I told her my secrets, it got worse. I don't know if the two things are connected. Maybe it's because of her pregnancy.
Pregnant won usually have unstable moods. Maybe it's even worse with a goddess.
I sighed and said, "It's just dinner, and I want to have a good ti. I don't plan on taking anyone to bed."
"You already took one of them to bed, didn't you? I'm sure of it!" Lili said, pointing at .
Hestia looked at , and I responded, "Yeah, I did."

"…" Hestia went silent and thought for a mont. Then she cleared her throat. "Go to your dinner, Luan. I'll be waiting for you in my room."
She then rushed upstairs.
Lili said, "She's been so moody lately. She used to be sweeter."
"Don't worry about it. It's probably because of the pregnancy. I have a feeling it's only going to get worse from now on."
"Wait… Am I going to get like that too? I don't want to lose control! I didn't know pregnancy could change a person like that!"
"Don't worry. It's very common. Pregnant won are usually more emotionally unstable. But it varies… I think her symptoms are worse because she's a goddess."
Since I accelerated her pregnancy as soon as she got pregnant, it makes sense… Her breasts are already producing a lot of milk.

I left the mansion and headed to the Hostess of Fertility, the place where the dinner would be held. As I approached the entrance, I was surprised to see Ais standing outside. I thought she'd be waiting inside.
