Chapter 184 – Priscilla and Overlord.
"What are your plans for the next volu's cover?" Bella asked as she took a bite of food.
At first, I thought about including Emilia on the cover of the fourth volu as well since she is the most popular character of the novel in this world, but I decided to make an identical copy of the original cover.
Priscilla is a very important character in this volu, so she has to be the main focus of the cover.
So, I began explaining to Bella how I wanted the cover. Since Priscilla appears for the first ti in volu four, Bella has no idea what she looks like. I decided to write down all the details of her appearance.
I wrote down every possible detail: her fan, her dress, the colors, EVERYTHING!
I even made a drawing.
Bella chuckled when I unfolded the paper from my pocket and handed it to her.
"Hehehe, your drawing is so cute."
"Is it that bad?"
"It's not that. It's cute. You should study art a little more—you have a knack for it."
"If I start studying art, I might steal your job. I wouldn't want to do that."
"Hahaha, true. Luan is so talented that I'm sure he'd surpass you in less than a month!" Bella's mother said, teasing her daughter.
"Mom!"
"I'm just kidding. Let
see that." teria reached out and asked Bella to hand her the paper.
Bella passed the paper with the text and the drawing to teria, and when she saw my sketch, she laughed as well. "Hahaha, as Bella said, your drawing is adorable. It's clearly amateurish, but you have a lot of potential. I do think you could beco a better artist than Bella in a month…"
"Mom!"
"I'm joking~~ Here, take it. But this character is really beautiful, isn't she? Can you give
so details about her? Based on your design, she seems haughty."
"Hmmm... Should I say anything?"
"Don't listen to her, Luan; you don't have to reveal anything about the story."
"But I wouldn't mind."
"Really? If that's the case…"
"You're curious too, aren't you?" I smirked mischievously at Bella, and she turned her face away, embarrassed.
"Just a little…"
"Alright, I'll share so things about her, but I won't spoil any story details."
I then started explaining the character "Priscilla" to them.
Both of them were fascinated by the character.

After talking only about Re: Zero for nearly half an hour, it was finally ti to discuss Overlord. They didn't seem interested when I started to explain the story.
But over ti, they got excited.
Bella and teria were particularly thrilled about the modern world I supposedly created and the concept of virtual reality.
I tried to explain it to them as best as I could.
"How did you co up with sothing like that? I can't wrap my head around it," teria said. "A completely different world with enormous buildings, high-speed vehicles, a mode of transportation that flies through the skies… And those things called computers, televisions, and those headsets or glasses that take you to another world."
"The headsets don't actually take you to another world; it's more like a dream. It's not real."
"That's even harder to imagine. I'm curious to see how you wrote about this in the book."
"Even though I created all this, it's not that important to the story. The protagonist ends up trapped in the ga world. A world with monsters, similar to this one."
"I see. So, it's like Re:Zero, then."
"Exactly. The world I'll show at the start of Overlord is similar to Subaru's world before he went to another world. Don't you rember when I described his room, the convenience store, the computer?"
"Oh, that's right! I do rember that," teria said excitedly. "But I don't recall you ntioning those headsets."
"That's sothing new I created. It didn't exist in Subaru's original world."
"I see. I'm so curious! And you said the protagonist takes the form of a skeleton, right? An undead."
"That's correct. Besides that, he has a large number of subordinates. One of them is a beautiful succubus. She's a character I want Bella to draw with extra care because she's my favorite."
"Don't worry, I'll draw her with a lot of love!" Bella finally spoke after listening silently to my conversation with teria.
Though silent, she had been paying close attention.
"I'm really interested in this story too, but I'm even more curious about the characters' designs. I'm not sure how I'll draw this undead protagonist, so I hope you'll give
so tips."
"Don't worry, I'll lend you the first volu of Overlord so you can read it and get an idea of what the characters are like, and I'll also draw a sketch of the characters to help you."
"What!? Are you sure!?"
"Hey, I want to read it too!" teria said, pouting. "When Bella finishes, can I read it?"
"I don't mind. You can read it if you want. I have volu one with —here it is." I got the volu one from my inventory and handed it to Bella.
"What was that?"
"It's an ability that lets
store things. Don't think too much about it."
