A God Killed Me By Accident, But I Reincarnated As The 4th Son Of The Marquis Volume 14 Chapter 37: Animal Plates
Volu 14 Chapter 37: Animal Plates
Once he finished getting the materials, he headed to the second island. Entering the blacksmith building, Arlo was hard at work. Keith was silent as he watched him hamr down the tal. A rhythmic and strong hamring lody resided throughout the entire room. Anyone could tell the subtle change in the tal.
After so ti, Arlo took a deep breath and stared at the ingot before him.
“It has a beautiful luster.”
“Woah! Leader, why are you here?!” Arlo almost dropped the bar from his sudden comnt.
Keith smiled, “I've been here for quite so ti. I’m only here to find so carving tools.”
"Oh."
“But that’s an amazing luster to it. What kind of percentage is this?” The ingot in his hand was quite sturdy and magical.
“It’s around 40 percent.”
“Woah, that’s incredible.” He talked with Dolen about this when he was a kid. He heard that 30 percent and higher would be considered quite sturdy.
“...Yeah.” Arlo continued to stare at it. Keith sighed as a sudden chop ca down on Arlo's head.
"Leader, what was that for?!" Arlo rubbed the spot. There was so force behind his blow.
"Because you're acting like a fool. I beat fools."
"..."
“Arlo, how about I give you so advice?”
“Hmm?”
“Stop looking at what we're doing.”
“...”
“Instead, just look at yourself and focus on that. Look at you now and then back to your old self.” Keith left with those words, returning to his room.
“...” Arlo was still as he mulled over, staring at the tal in his hand. Look at my old self?
Returning to his room, Keith took a deep breath. He should get what I ant. Arlo was soone who would get the answer. He was sensible. Alright, it's ti for to work on this. Raising the craving tool in his hand, he started to carve the plate. It took him a couple of hours, but it was all worth it. He nodded at his creation.
Pretty detailed, if I do say so myself. As he stretched his hand into the air, that was when the fox girl dashed into his bedroom.
"Papa!"
"Did you have fun going out?"
"Mmhmm!" Eri chuckled as she looked at Keith's hand, "Hmm?"
"Ahh, Eri, do you want to play a ga?"
"Mmhmm!"
“Then let's play with this.” Keith then took out a couple of plates. Picking up one, he showed her the drawing. "What do you think this is?"
Eri’s eyes brightened, “Aria!” That beautiful face was enough to get an idea of who it was.
“Mmhmm.” Keith chuckled, “Yep, this is Aria. But eh!” An X mark ca onto Keith’s hand as he turned the plate to show her the letter.
"Not Aria?"
“Aria is her na. She’s an owl.” Keith handed the plate to her, and the child stared. Staring at it for a bit, she understood.
"Can you write it?"
"Mmhmm!" Eri was given a pen, and she started to write. Keith clapped his hands, "Good job! How about this one?" Another plate was brought out.
“Cat!”
"Good! This one!” Keith started to show her the items one by one with a smile. Each ti, he would make her na it out.
After so ti, Keith placed them on the floor, “Can you na all of them now?” Since she had gotten most of them correct, it was ti to learn how to do so. “Okay!” With her shout, the smaller animals cheered her on as Keith placed the plates down with the picture up.
“Okay, Eri. Tell what all of these are!”
“Okay!” One by one, she started to na out the plates, and Keith hugged her, “You did good! All of them are correct, darling!” Keith kissed her cheek with a happy smile, “Here’s a reward for all your trouble!” Candy was always the best way to reward soone.
“Let’s keep going!” “Mmhmm!”
The two continued to play this ga before they went to sleep. Keith smiled as he stroked her head. I should make a couple of more. What he made was the animal series card. There should be others, and he was quite excited.
