Sang Li carried the congee over and asked, "How are you feeling now?"
"Mm, better," Gu Zhi obediently nodded.
"Have so congee," Sang Li handed the bowl to him.
Gu Zhi looked at the bowl in Sang Li's hand, then lowered his eyes to glance at his injured right shoulder.
He reached over with his left hand to take the congee bowl, and tried to take the spoon with his right hand, but the movent pulled at the wound on his right shoulder. He frowned slightly and his hand dropped back down again.
"Sis, my hand has no strength. I won't eat for now..." Gu Zhi lowered his eyes.
Seeing his manner, Sang Li took the bowl from his hand again.
Gu Zhi thought Sang Li would feed him, and felt sowhat gleeful. But instead Sang Li said,
"I'll hold it, you can scoop with your left hand."
"...," Gu Zhi was speechless. Was it so difficult to get his sister to feed him?
But Gu Zhi didn't say anything. He picked up the spoon with his left hand and brought a spoonful of congee to his mouth.
As soon as he put the spoonful into his mouth, the spoon dropped onto the bed.
"I'm... not used to eating with my left hand...," said Gu Zhi, looking upset.
Sang Li sighed, picked up the fallen spoon. "Wait here, let get Yuan Yifan to co feed you."
"Don't bother," Gu Zhi grabbed her hand to stop her from leaving. "I'll get used to it after a few more tries."
"If you wanted to feed you, just say so. Why keep testing about it?" Sang Li looked at him.

Sang Li picked up the spoon again, rinsed it in the teapot water, scooped up so congee and brought it to Gu Zhi's mouth.
"Eat."
Seeing Sang Li like this, Gu Zhi grinned broadly and imdiately opened his mouth to eat the congee. "Thanks, sis!"
"You got injured saving us. Feeding you so congee is nothing much, don't think too much about it," Sang Li said lightly.
"Oh~", Gu Zhi made a sound of acknowledgent. Although Sang Li said so, having her sit by his bed feeding him congee still made him feel very happy.
He looked at Sang Li's features, feeling warmth well up in his heart.
What a kind sister!
"Gu Zhi, is there sothing you want to tell ?" Sang Li suddenly said.
Gu Zhi paused, not really understanding her words. "What do you an, sis?"
Looking straight at him, Sang Li asked, "Don't you rember? It was you last night who fought off those two n in black. You know martial arts, right? So why were you still sold to Fu Hua Building?"
Gu Zhi was astonished. "It was who drove away the two n in black? I don't rember that at all..."
Sang Li searched his eyes to see if he was lying, but only saw confusion.
"You really don't rember? You slapped one man and scared away the other."
Gu Zhi thought hard but could only recall throwing himself in front of Sang Li to block a sword. He rembered nothing of what happened afterwards.
"Sis, I really don't rember..."
Seeing Gu Zhi's manner, Sang Li knew he was not lying.
"Forget it if you don't rember. Focus on recovering from your injury."
Sang Li fed Gu Zhi the last spoonful of congee and got up to leave, bowl in hand.
"Sis!" Gu Zhi grabbed her again. "I really didn't lie about not rembering! I would never lie to you!"
"I understand. Rest well." Sang Li gently removed his hand and walked out.
Watching her departing back, Gu Zhi lowered his eyes gloomily.
Did he know martial arts? He actually beat those two n in black? Was he really that capable?
He raised his hand to look. His fair wrist had protruding veins, but seed otherwise normal.
Just as he was about to put his hand down, he caught sight of the veins on his wrist throbbing strangely a few tis, as if sothing was squirming inside.
"Ah!" The sight shocked Gu Zhi badly. He imdiately shook his hand vigorously.
Carefully raising his wrist again, everything looked normal once more. He pressed on the veins but didn't feel anything different.
Could it have been his eyes playing tricks on him??

Sang Li ca out holding the bowl to find Bai Yunhan about to leave Qinglin Courtyard. Xiao Han and Xia Miaomiao were seeing him off.
Seeing Sang Li erge holding a bowl, Bai Yunhan glanced over.
"Master Bai, you're leaving?" Sang Li asked.
"Mm...," Bai Yunhan murmured an assent. "The Bai family still has much to settle. After I've sorted the Bai family affairs, I'll co back to properly thank you ladies."
"Oh please, we're all friends! No need to stand on ceremony," said Xiao Han. "Master Bai, you are so upright and righteous. Fate will be kind to you!"
"...," Bai Yunhan just smiled faintly.
"Master Bai, forgive my forwardness, but are you really unaware of the location of the treasure map?" Sang Li asked bluntly.
Bai Yunhan shook his head. "I don't know."
He looked at Sang Li curiously. "Miss Sang, you seem quite interested in this map?"
The ladies exchanged glances.
"We're... just a bit curious," Xia Miaomiao quickly said.
Sang Li walked over, her expression serious. "Master Bai, to tell the truth, that treasure map may determine if we can return to our holand or not."
Xiao Han and Xia Miaomiao looked at Sang Li in surprise.
Bai Yunhan was astonished. "What do you an?"
"You are a clever man who should have realized from our first eting that we are not of this place. And that treasure map may be the key to our return."
Sang Li's words were obscure, but Bai Yunhan vaguely grasped her aning.
Still, he replied, "In that case, if I find the actual treasure map among the Bai family belongings, I will certainly pass it to you ladies."
"Much thanks...," said Sang Li.
Bai Yunhan smiled. "It is I who should thank you all. I'll take my leave now."
After Bai Yunhan departed, Xiao Han asked in puzzlent, "Sis Sang, why tell him all that?"
"Master Bai is intelligent, trustworthy and kind. Telling him should do no harm, whether he believes it or not. Since we've said it, I believe that if he finds the map, he'll give it to us at first chance."
"But the map was in four sections! Even one section won't help us much!"
"One is better than none. Clues may erge once we have a section."

Sang Li pondered. According to what Su Mo said earlier, Dark Cabinet agents who fled would suffer ripped muscles and shattered bones.
Yet now Fei Ying had escaped and, despite being tortured, had no flayed skin or broken bones.
Did he escape or was he allowed out under instructions?
If escape, people would be chasing him. If released on orders, what new mission might he have?
