This scene didn’t escape the eyes of everyone present. They noticed that Mr. Jing seed at a loss for words in front of this young girl, and though they tried to hold back their laughter, a hint of amusent was still evident in their eyes and on their lips.
Jing Jihan retracted his hand that had reached into thin air, and turned to see Shi Su smiling as she picked up a cup to drink, motioning Ai Yiqing to sit down, and leaned in to talk to the young girl.
"Mr. Jing, I’m going to get so condints, join ?" Luo Fang called out to him.
Jing Jihan glanced at his wife, who was still leaning her head close to Ai Yiqing, whispering in conversation.
Jing Jihan’s eyebrows twitched slightly, and just as he was about to get up, Shi Su suddenly called him, handing over the small plate in front of her to him, her eyes still on Ai Yiqing, and said, "Bring so condints too."
Jing Jihan expressionlessly took the plate. Shi Su withdrew her hand and continued chatting happily with Ai Yiqing, saying, "Let tell you, a few days ago at..."
Luo Fang also took his and Xv Qingqing’s plates and walked out. Seeing Jing Jihan being reduced to the sa treatnt as he was, Luo Fang couldn’t help but laugh a little, then managed to hold it in before turning back, stopping, and waiting for Jing Jihan to leisurely catch up. Once they were nearly side by side, he chuckled and said, "My wife told that the new girl, Ai Yiqing, is a diehard fan of Shi Su."
Jing Jihan was relaxed and unperturbed: "I can see that."
"Ah, won are like this. I’ve gotten used to it over the years. Whenever they et soone they really like or click with, they stick to them more than they did to us when we first started dating. I can’t understand won. They are the sa gender—no matter how well they get along, do they really need to be so intimate? But I’ve noticed, when won bond, they spend all day hanging out without getting sick of each other. Yet with us, no matter how much they love us, they get tired of us after a while. They never seem to realize who’s actually their husband."
Listening to Luo Fang vent so much, Jing Jihan gave him a glance. As they reached the condint area, Jing Jihan picked up a wooden spoon and asked plainly, "Dry condints or sothing else?"
"Ah, Qingqing and I like to have grilled at with sesa paste and a bit of Korean hot sauce." Luo Fang admitted their tastes were peculiar, laughed briefly, and quickly put the condints on his and Xv Qingqing’s plates.
Shi Su likes grilled food with dry condints, usually just so cumin and sesa seeds. Jing Jihan knew this without needing to ask.
After preparing Shi Su’s plate, he started on his own portion.
Luo Fang mixed the condints on his two plates and then turned to see Jing Jihan’s two servings of dry condints. Suddenly, he sighed, "Like family, like family."
After the two returned with the condints, they saw that Jing Jihan indeed had two servings of cumin and sea salt dry condints, while Luo Fang had two servings of sesa paste and hot sauce.
"Whoa, you guys are quick!" Hao Jin and the others, after finalizing the nu, saw them return and picked up their plates to ask where the condint area was.
Luo Fang pointed with his chin in that direction and quickly sat down.
Shi Su saw Jing Jihan had returned. Her eyes, however, weren’t on the condints he brought back, but after he sat down, she suddenly tugged lightly at his sleeve. When the man turned his head slightly to look at her, she suddenly pulled his arm over and turned to Ai Yiqing, "Don’t call her Shi Su Teacher anymore. You’re three years younger, just call her sister, don’t be too formal. From now on, we’re all acquaintances, and he’s your brother-in-law!"
Jing Jihan: "???"
