ng Li looked at Ami with a gaze like she was an idiot and mumbled, "Hopeless." Pulling Hau Jinru, who was grinning beside her, they walked out.
Fang Lihua and Liu Guochun also left. Luo Fang and Xv Qingqing glanced over at Jing Jihan and Shi Su. The four of them exchanged subtle glances, and without speaking, they simultaneously walked out the door.
Ami was still holding onto that banana, hesitating for a mont, then looked at Wei Sinan, who was the only one left in the villa’s hall: "Um, Mr. Wei, do you want to eat this?"

"What?" Ami suddenly stood up from the sofa, a little nervous: "What exactly are you referring to?"
Wei Sinan squinted in disbelief as he looked at her: "You don’t like ?"
"Ah..." All this ti since Ami returned to the country, chasing after him, going after so dream guy, so idol, talking about liking, talking about love; all of it was her one-sided confessions. But it was the first ti hearing any response from Wei Sinan about her confessions.

Wei Sinan frowned slightly as he listened, suddenly reaching out to grab her wrist.
Ami’s words halted abruptly, stunned by the warmth of his palm. She subconsciously wanted to pull back, but was suddenly pulled by Wei Sinan, who held her wrist and led her around the sofa towards upstairs.
"Zhou Xiaomiao, let’s talk." Wei Sinan said while pulling her along. He didn’t look back and kept walking.
Ami was startled but dared not struggle much, being half-dragged upstairs. Upon reaching the second floor, Wei Sinan directly pulled her into the wardrobe room next to a bedroom that had a lock on the door.
As soon as she entered, she was about to ask what he wanted to talk about when the door slamd shut behind her. The wardrobe room was unlit, and the space wasn’t big. Ami nervously tried to make out Wei Sinan’s face in the darkness: "Mr. Wei, what exactly do you intend to do..."
It was only then that Wei Sinan released her hand, but they still remained almost pressed close in the cramped dark wardrobe room. Looking down, he asked her: "You’ve been back in the country for a while now, working with for quite so ti. Are you sure you know what kind of person I am?"

Ami thought for a mont before answering: "Sure, I’m clear."
"So, can you distinguish whether your liking for is a fan’s pure infatuation and unattainable love for an idol, or is it truly the kind of liking that cos from understanding between a man and a woman?"
Ami suddenly fell silent. People sotis dull their senses to avoid facing things, unwilling to think deeply because they assu they will be rejected or disliked.
But Wei Sinan had already clarified things so much, each word and sentence was starting to pierce through a layer of window paper she thought would remain unpierced forever.
In the darkness, Ami clenched her fists and lowered her head, speaking softly: "I know, no matter which kind of liking, it is a burden to you. I promise I won’t..."
The sudden pressure of a kiss on her lips made Ami’s whole body feel like it was going to explode straight through from her toes to the top of her head—
