"Yay!" Shi Mianmian raised both hands excitedly in his arms, "Ji Han Uncle will go to the supermarket with and mommy. Uncle, tell what you want to eat, and I’ll get you sothing delicious!"
"Shi Mianmian, where did you get the money? Isn’t it my money you’re spending?" Shi Su turned back, "Hurry up and co down, don’t let him hold you. He’s just recovered from his injury; if he uses up all his energy, who will help us carry things later?"
Mianmian didn’t dare speak again; once she saw mommy walking away from the bedroom door, she quickly hugged Jing Jihan again and worriedly whispered in his ear, "Uncle, can you carry that many things? Mommy said her car is being repaired again, and it’ll take a long ti to walk back from the supermarket."
Jing Jihan chuckled softly, patted her head gently, and put her down before glancing at the bags Shi Su had just brought in.
Shi Su called Mianmian to go out again, saying that he should change clothes inside, and Mianmian, being a girl, shouldn’t watch people changing clothes. Mianmian quickly covered her instantly blushing little face and ran out, thoughtfully closing the door behind her.
Not long after, Jing Jihan changed clothes and opened the bedroom door to co out.
Shi Mianmian had just gotten approval from mommy to open a small box of yogurt and was sitting on the sofa drinking it. Hearing the sound, she turned back, her little mouth instantly wide open.

Facing the unreserved praise from a little four-year-old girl, Jing Jihan wasn’t uncomfortable at all, maintaining a natural, gentle smile and looking again at Shi Su.
Shi Su quickly averted her gaze at that mont, no longer looking at the clean, stern, yet currently unusually approachable man: "Let’s go, let’s not dawdle!"

The supermarket was actually not too far, about a kiloter away. Shi Su wasn’t sure how her car, taken for repair by so careless kid, was doing. Without a car, this distance didn’t warrant a taxi, so they simply chose to walk.
Shi Mianmian held Jing Jihan’s hand all the way, while Shi Su walked on the other side. The man was tall and walked briskly without showing any sign of injury; she actually had to quicken her pace to keep up with him.
People passing by in the community stared at them with surprised and envious looks, as if noticing for the first ti that there was such an attractive-looking family of three.
In this old residential area, mostly populated by elderly folks and few young people, they only saw the tall, handso young man, the beautiful and gracious woman, and the adorable, lively child clinging to her father. Truly a family of high looks and harmonious happiness, making people envious.
