The first scene consud a lot of energy, as the battle between immortals and demons focused on Shi Su. The lead actress NGed several tis before successfully moving to the next shot.

Shi Su wasn’t in the next scene, so she could change her makeup and rest.

Chu Jiu watched Shi Su hanging on the wire under the scorching sun all morning, quickly brought a thermos cup: "Shi Su, are you okay?"

"I’m fine." Shi Su smiled and took the cup: "What’s inside?"

"Jun asked to bring so heat-relief tea for you to drink after the scene."

Shi Su was indeed tired, she said thanks and drank the heat-relief tea as she went back to the dressing room.

She had two more scenes in the afternoon, but they were much easier. She just needed to be a background prop in white clothes and skirt before turning to the dark side, beside the lead actress.

The day passed uneventfully; the shoot needed to be expedited, and everyone was pressed for ti. So, there wasn’t much interaction with the other actors outside the scenes.

The actress playing the lead role was nad Xia Yilin, a constant in the trending searches. In the past two years since her debut, she had participated in many variety shows, and she suddenly beca popular last year with a hit variety show. She signed with a good agency, having stable backing and connections, which got her the lead role in "Yao Platform."

For three consecutive days, to finish so extended shots of the immortal-demon battle, Shi Su had the key roles.

It seed like the crew valued her greatly, and her scenes weren’t cut. But everyone knew, since the actors weren’t familiar yet with just the first shoot, it was hard to imdiately get into the right state. Such important shots right from the start were testing her acting skills, adding not a small amount of difficulty compared to usual.

But Shi Su completed them all. On the third day, when she ca down from the wire, she was so sweaty and weak that she was almost helped into the nanny car by Chu Jiu.

"Shi Su, your remaining scene today is in the evening. You can sleep in the car for a while." Chu Jiu said with concern after looking at the schedule: "Hanging on the wire for three days, who can take it."

Shi Su was too tired to speak, closed her eyes in the car but didn’t sleep.

Next to her, a recreational vehicle suddenly pulled up and just happened to stop beside Shi Su’s little nanny car.

Though Shi Su didn’t see it with her eyes closed, Chu Jiu glanced outside, quickly sat back in the car, shut the door, and complained in a low voice: "So annoying, there are so many places to park around here, but she insists on parking her big RV next to us, as if afraid nobody knows she’s the lead actress."

On hearing this, Shi Su opened her eyes, glanced outside, and indeed, Xia Yilin’s oversized RV once again "coincidentally" parked next to hers.

Since the director and martial arts director praised her for her acting and action scenes a few tis, Xia Yilin appeared friendly and easygoing in public, often caring for other actors, occasionally smiling at Shi Su. But since yesterday, she often parked her car nearby, even when there’s a bigger spot far away, still insisted on parking next to Shi Su, close to her little car.

Outside the two cars, the comparison in sight was the luxury RV and the small nanny car.

No need to say it out loud; it was a subtle hint to the crew to distinguish the main from the supporting actor, to recognize the lead.

Shi Su just took one look outside, then shut her eyes again, not bothering to deal with her.

Only three days into shooting, Shi Su didn’t want to stand out, and certainly didn’t want to make enemies, but in this circle, there weren’t many who weren’t a handful.

The shoot was heavy with tasks, and Shi Su wasn’t in the mood to deal with these pretentious little sches. Ignoring them was the only response she could offer.
