"No let speak. This man here, Severus is not any monk or sothing but is the old Severus, the ex-general and shadow knight of the crown prince. It is rather comic and foolish, but we t a monk. He was hungry so we offered him food and in exchange, he gave us a map. He told us, far away in the forest under full moonlight, we can discover a hidden treasure. He said that it was enough for us to live in fortunes, so we foolishly believed him. Later when it was full moon's night, we both went there and started searching for that hidden treasure. It took a long ti to discover but we finally found the place and started digging it. As we dug deeper and deeper, our hopes started fading until I hit grave. I opened the grave, but it was empty."

People started murmuring as disdain was evident in their reaction.
Gemmi ignored the whispers as he continued. "I was devastated when I saw an empty grave but when I took a closer look, I found a dusty scroll in it. I was afraid so I wanted to leave the place. It was a spooky experience for both of us but this ti my brother Shenni did not let go as he accepted the scroll and started reading it. Thundering started, as lightning flashed in the sky. We were horrified and felt like a bad on. Before we could run, we saw several light fragnts forming a shadow. Soon a man was resurrected, and that man was him'' Gemmi pointed his finger at Severus.
Everyone present there was shocked. Not everyone believed this fantasy delusional story but it sure was interesting. Severus who was being pointed at stood there shocked. People thought he was frozen on the spot because his cover was blown but that was not the cause. He wanted to smack the butt of Gemmi.
Damn you, idiot. The more I wanted to save you, the more you get yourself dragged in.

"And who are you?" Marquis asked.
The old man ignored Maquis as he frowned when he saw those two brothers. "Oh my god. Who did this with you idiots? I knew you were naive but what the hell did you do to end up getting all bruised huh?" He asked in concern.

He was the sa old man who poisoned him and later had a chat on the beach. "What are you doing here?"
"You know him?" lanie blurted out but when she saw the curious glances of everyone, she imdiately zipped her mouth.
Marquis' eyes bulged in shock. It was as if he had seen a ghost. " You alive?"He whispered. Everyone was bewildered by the old man's appearance. He was related to everyone, but it seems no one knows each other.
"What the hell is going on?" Severus asked irritably.
"There, there young man. Don't be angry at ."
"Fine then tell what is going on here?"

lanie was sweating buckets now. She did not know why but she felt uneasy.

I was the one who asked them to dig that place so Severus could be resurrected, and his reincarnation could be fulfilled but these too serve no other purpose. Whatever those two said is cent percent correct. Later Severus just helped them to live happily. As for the scamming part, they did not scam anyone. They are simple kids who live by selling books. It's not their fault if people aren't satisfied with their book. It's not like they forced them to buy books. I also know Gemmi does fortune-telling but fate isn't predictable. Whatever he ever predicted were just combinational results of his observation towards a person, so it's not totally wrong, if not accurate. So now I don't think they should be punished. Should they be esteed lords? Marquis?" Gren tossed the question to lords. Since the Lords never got any chance to openly go against Marquis, they were always hesitant but now the opportunity was knocking on their door.
"Lord Gren is right. I don't think innocent people should be punished. '' It was Gui Song who supported Gren. As he was indebted to Severus, this was the perfect mont to support Severus. Under his influence other lords too gave their silent approval. Marquis saw treachery. He shook his head in sadness. The outco sure was sudden but was expected for him.
"Okay if you all think they are innocent, I will let them be free but what are your views about this man?" Marquis asked while pointing towards Severus.
"Don't tell you are feeling sympathy for him. We don't know whether he is even human or not? He is just a result of this old man Gren's necromancy. I already banned necromancy, but Lord Gren still perford it, on top of it he perford one of the taboos. I can't let this slide. I am afraid Lord Gren needs to be punished as well as we need to capture Severus. We need to observe him personally at close range before we allow him to roam freely. No one knows what curse will befall us if he is allowed to be free. For the sake of my people, I can't free Severus. Guard force Severus and his little girl to Kneel before ."
As Marquis ordered, several guards gripped both of them and used their brute forces to make them kneel. Desella was furious at this point. Severus saw that she was soon going to lose her temper thus he held her hands in his to calm her down. Desella whose hands were gently held by Severus finally cald down a bit, but she felt sad for Severus.
He was such a good man still he was forced to kneel before these evil people.
'Resistance is futile Severus" Marquis laughed.
"Ha! Do you think I will let you have your way with as I used to in my previous life? Damn! You sure are a delusional man." Without any warning, Severus flipped and freed himself from the grip of soldiers. He punched one of the guards holding Desella. As he safeguarded her, he exchanged a few blows with them. Every one of them was rendered unconscious by Severus.
Who were they kidding? These ants were no match for Severus. He didn't spend his life living in luxury but grinded himself as hard as he could. "It's over already? Sigh, they all didn't train much or else it wouldn't be so easy for to knock them off." Severus taunted.

Marquis saw how brazen Severus was behaving so he ordered his shadow guards to fight with him, but the results were the sa as previous. All of them were knocked out.
"You...Guards bring those beasts here and toss them here so he can fight for his survival."
As Marquis ordered for the beast, everyone quivered in fear.
"Bring wendigos here guards".
"Sure, your majesty" Guards replied in a shaky voice. In an instant, everyone cleared the way and opted for a safe place.
