The eting continued and You Xi Wang introduced so other plans too. He introduced a rit system. Every employee team or departnt will compete on a monthly basis. The best employees will get bonus credits. The employee dress code was now banished allowing them to wear casual attires but if they are eting a client or it is a formal event they are supposed to attend they will have to wear formals regardless of the designation. The company will also support employees for higher education if soone is interested. The promotions will be given based on the points system and not experience or seniority but if any senior designation staff is addressing a junior who is elder in age, then they must be respectful.
He also introduced the pension system. The company will deduct 1% of their inco and deposit in the bank. They will then invest this amount in bank sches to get interest returns and when so employee thinks they are too old and want to retire they will be given the accumulated fund as a pension every month in parts till the amount is nil. It was not all good though. Anyone who resigned from the company will not be hired back at any cost. They will also have to sign a non-disclosure contract and swear a heaven's oath in front of council officials. If anyone was caught being disloyal and cheating the company, they will be killed with no hesitation.
You Xi Wang's actions were very impactful, but they were all deciding factors for the betternt of the company. The eting concluded and everyone left the conference room with excited and expecting expressions. You Xi Wang had issued a warning that if the contents of this eting leaked out at all. Stag OS was one of the most interactive and easy-to-use OS in the market of tropia when it ca out, but after a few days, Mirai Group launched Future 5 OS making the company go back to zero. The advancent of tropia was so fast that new product ideas were scarce.
You Xi Wang knocked on the door of the R&D departnt. He heard a small blast from inside the room. He entered and couldn't help but shake his head and said, "Auntie Min, Uncle Matt, long ti no see."
