“Well, Yuki…” (Lefi)
“Yes, my beautiful wife.” (Yuki)
After putting Riou and Sakuya to bed…
“We are now a married couple with children. From now on, our daily lives will always be accompanied by taking care of our children.” (Lefi)
“Yes, we have been taking care of Illuna and the kids, but now we have these kids to take care of too, so we’ll be busy.” (Yuki)
To be fair, Illuna and the others no longer need us to take care of them, so in terms of busyness, it might not be that different from before.
I have more spare ti now that I am not the emperor.
Well, then again, the girls didn’t need us to take care of everything for them to begin with…
“Yes, but that’s why we are here. We have to cherish our ti together as a couple.” (Lefi)
“Yes, that’s right. You an… you want our usual couple’s talk (spar).” (Yuki)
“You understand well, Husband.” (Lefi)
Lefi was holding a sponge sword that I made.
I could not understand how she thought of using swords made of sponge in a spar.
But never underestimate Lefi, she was still the sa Ancient Dragon, even though her mother side appeared more and more often.
Perhaps she was capable of inflicting a fatal wound on her opponent just by throwing tofu at them. Well, it might not be possible with tofu.
Anyway, even if her weapon was made of sponge, it would still kill her opponent if they were not careful…!
“…It’s our way to talk and get so exercise, I guess.” (Yuki)
I also readied my sponge sword and faced Lefi.
“Yes! Let’s play, uh, I think you called it… kendou!” (Lefi)
“Kendo.” (Yuki)
“Yes, in kendoo!” (Lefi)
“It’s kendo.” (Yuki)
The second ti you mispronounced was deliberately, right?
“Oh, okay, if that’s what my wife wants, then as a husband, I’d like to be your partner…but no, wait a minute. Why Kendo then? Moreover, why do you have get you a sponge shinai?” (Yuki)
“Because I want to smash your head in! That’s why!” (Lefi)
“That was the worst possible reason to do this.” (Yuki)
I should let her know once and for all that her husband was not a sandbag.
“Well, I don’t mind if you want to play sothing else, Yuki.” (Lefi)
“Well, no, I can’t think of anything in particular currently…” (Yuki)
I’ve been playing with her for a long ti, so kendo was probably a new idea for her…
“Then let’s play chanbara! Here, get ready.” (Lefi)
(T/N: Chanbara refers to a martial arts sport similar to fencing.)
Didn’t you say you want to play “Kendo”?
“…It couldn’t be helped, for the sake of my wife, who for so reason is full of motivation for no good reason. Certainly, let teach you the art of kendo! Behold! This is the first kata of my Demon Lord style!” (Yuki)
With those words, I put aside my Shinai and took out a pair of wakizashi-sized swords from my item box in addition to the sword I originally had with and readied my two swords.
This was by no ans Niten Ichiryu, but rather Ichi no Kata of Maou-ryu. The Ni-no-kata did not exist.

“Oh! Double handed huh! Good, that’s a good stance! Then I will use the Ha-Ryu-Ryu…that’s not the right word, Yuki, what do you have for ?” (Lefi)
“Evil Wisdom, Cruelty, Overlord Dragon Style” (Yuki)
“Tenma-Ryu!” (Lefi)
“Gubeha!” (Yuki)
What’s wrong with what I proposed? I think it’s perfect for her… but, I’m afraid of her fearless smile, so I’ll stop this thought right here.
“Well then…let’s be safe and call it the Ha-Ryu-Okugi or the Husband’s Shibaki-Ryu Ha-Ryu no Kata.” (Yuki)
“Oh, good. The latter will be adopted. –Husband Shibaki-ryu Ha-Ryu-no-Kata! Watch and learn!” (Lefi)
Lefi took a cool upper stance in vain.
The next mont, her figure disappeared…
No, to put it correctly, her sword remained on the spot, and only Lefi’s figure, who was supposed to be holding it, vanished from the spot.
Literally, a movent that was beyond recognition.
“What, where are you…?” (Yuki)
“Nuhaha, be on your guard! Just because you have a shinai (a type of sword), don’t think you can use it! Take that, Tickle, Kendo!” (Lefi)
“That’s not kendo… hahaha, hahaha, hahaha!” (Yuki)
I thought she was going to hug from behind and throw , but instead, Lefi started tickling .
Lefi’s little hands crawled on my sides and neck, and then she munched on my ears.
“Kuhi, hahaha, that, noooo, stoop!” (Yuki)
“Oops, not so fast! Your Demon Lord Style is nothing. You can’t catch with that, can you?” (Lefi)
Lefi, who was supposed to be tickling , was already back in front of before I realized it, holding up her sponge sword.
“Well done, that’s so great kendo attack you have used. But Lefi, not only am I a Demon Lord, but I also am a High King! This is the final inner secret of the Demon Lord’s style – Sword of the High King!” (Yuki)
“Nuh…!” (Lefi)
Lefi tried to dodge as I charged at her, but if I concentrated enough, I would be able to see her movent!
I caught sight of Lefi, though only an afterimage of her in the corner of my eye, and while predicting her destination, I took my hands off both of my swords and grabbed her arms.
I’ve got her!
“Payback for earlier! The Sword of the High King – Tail Focused Bombardnt!” (Yuki)
“Unyah!” (Lefi)
I pulled Lefi to at once and restrained her movents by holding her tight, then I focused on her weak spot, her tail.
I stroked, tickled, and squeezed it, causing Lefi to wiggle and squirm conspicuously.
“Shhh, the tail is not fair!” (Lefi)
“Sorry, but there are no such regulations! If there’s a weak spot, you exploit it, that’s the basis of battle!” (Yuki)
“Unyuu, kuhihi – if that’s what you think, oh, well, then I have an idea! If you want a cruel fight, then I will give it to you!” (Lefi)
“Nuh-uh!” (Yuki)
I shook my body and thought I was shaken free, but suddenly, my body stopped moving.
It was like I was in bondage. I was sure it was Lefi’s magic.
“Hey, magic is not fair, no magic!” (Yuki)
“I have not heard of such a rule! Now, fight back! Take that, Special Tickle Kendo 2!” (Lefi)
“You haven’t changed at all since the last ti this happened!” (Yuki)
And so we fought a battle that was not kendo at all, and Layla told to take it outside because it would be dusty and noisy and wake up Riou and Sakuya.
When Riou and Sakuya get older, it would be too embarrassing to show them this kind of play, so we have to do it while we still can.
Or, we could just simply do it even after they grow up.
