“Master… Enne wants to get stronger with you.”
Suddenly, Enne said this to .
“What’s going on, all of a sudden?” (Yuki)
“I know that Master and Rir have been working together lately to figure out how to fight better. Just like others, Enne would also like to train harder and get stronger to protect Master better. So, why don’t we work together to figure out how to get stronger?” (Enne)
Enne looked into my eyes as she said so.
“Oh, okay. Well, I’ve been thinking about finding so way to fight with Enne a little more. Let’s try to co up with a solution together.” (Yuki)

Then I and Enne started discussing the matter.
“First of all, Enne’s goal… is to be on the level of that spear that Master used. It was strong…” (Enne)
“That spear is indeed strong but I don’t recomnd becoming like it. I, personally, don’t want to ever use that spear again. No, I don’t even want to take it out of the item box as I want to keep it locked away for the rest of my life.” (Yuki)
Enne was talking about the Divine Spear which I got from the Dragon Village.
It was very useful in the battle, and without it, I would have had to run for my life.
However, that power was not sothing which could be used easily.
It was a so-called “Trump Card”.
It was a weapon that should never be used unless there was no option left. I, personally, don’t want to use it. It would be too dangerous…
In the first place, the fact that I possessed it was probably so kind of mistake.

As for the existence of God, to be honest, I was now a bit curious about it.
I no longer cared about why I ca to this world…but I was interested in the existence of God as the master of this labyrinth.

“Hmm… But Enne was thinking about the reason that made that spear so strong.” (Enne)

“Not to ntion the power of annihilation that can cut through anything, it can easily extend its blade and make flying slashes. As a weapon, I have to admit that it is quite superior. The current Enne is no match for it, and I’m sure that there are very few weapons out there which can match that spear.” (Enne)
“No, no, Enne is a strong weapon, but that spear is just special–” (Yuki)
“…Facts are facts, Master, and you have to admit it.” (Enne)
She seed to be thinking really seriously and looked a bit angry.

You were serious, and you were trying to figure out what we could do about it.
If that was the case, it would be rather rude of to say sothing to console Enne here.
“It is true that the spear is a step above Enne. Maybe even a few notches higher. However, I don’t like that spear as I cannot handle it, so my main weapon will mainly be Enne. That will never change for the foreseeable future.” (Yuki)
“…Hmm. I’m happy to hear that but that’s also why Enne wanted to help Master. So, I was thinking about what Enne could do.” (Enne)
“What Enne can do?” (Yuki)
“Enne is a sword with a will. So, unlike ordinary weapons, Enne can manipulate magic and can do the attacks similar to Magic Sword used by Master. I’m learning magic and stuff.” (Enne)
The Magic Sword was a technique which we learned in a match with the previous hero Remilo. It involved wrapping magic power around the blade and then sending it out to deliver a flying slash that could be used for long-range attacks.
The divine spear had its own ability, or sothing similar to the Magic Sword, which could fly by itself when wielded, but this was not sothing which could be normally reproduced by an ordinary weapon.
The user must operate the magic power personally, and because of this, the attack was slower compared to what the divine spear could do.
That was only if the user was as good with the sword as the previous generation of heroes, but for soone like , it was still difficult to replicate.
However… if it was Enne, an intelligent weapon, doing it, she might be capable of releasing a Magic Sword on her own, just like the divine spear.
This was because the weapon itself had a will and could manipulate the magic power that resided in its blade.
This ability to control the magic power in the blade was a great advantage compared to any other weapon.
“…Increased sharpness, extended attacks, and long-range attacks. Achieving all of these together is an eternal challenge for a weapon. This is the goal that we will strive for. As a sentient sword, I have to think about many things.” (Enne)
“…Yes. As a weapon, it is sothing you should continue to pursue throughout your existence.” (Yuki)
“…And then we should also think about a second form.” (Enne)
“Oh, that– Wait, a second form?” (Yuki)
“I think Enne should acquire a second form, like the divine spear. Having a second form is cool. A dream for all.” (Enne)
“Oh, oh…well, yes. It would be cool to have a second form.” (Yuki)
I responded with a slight chuckle to Enne’s blank expression, but with a sparkle in her eyes as she spoke of her wishes.
If she wanted it so much as to make a face like that, I should think of a way to do it, right?
“Enne is not a normal being, so if Enne wants to grow up, Enne thinks that it will be that way I can do it! Although Layla was the ideal adult of the little girl group! No, wait, that is not what I should be talking about. I’m getting off-topic.” (Enne)

I was happy that she was becoming more used to having conversations.
I see, well, if that was the reason, then I should really think about it.
Illuna was a normal humanoid species that would grow normally while Shii was a sli that could freely change her physical form if she wanted to.
For now, Enne, on the other hand, was a weapon and had no ans of physical growth. Her main body was a sword.
I should probably think of so way to make Enne grow up before Illuna starts to grow up.
Also, Layla, who was nearby, looked embarrassed and shy when she heard our conversation. Cute.
