Lu Chen sighed with relief, "That's good." Thank goodness she isn't here. He could imagine if she was. Huang Mingyue would definitely block his path again. And he didn't want another football play again.
Seeing Lu Chen's relieved expression, Huang Muyang's expression twitched, "What? Do you not find my granddaughter attractive?!" Lu Chen shook his head,
"When did I say that? Princess Bai is one of the most beautiful girls ever."
"And you're scared of my granddaughter." Huang Muyang retorted. He rembered how Lu Chen tried to push Huang Mingyue off of him.
Lu Chen shrugged, "I'm not scared of Princess Huang. I'm afraid if I et her again, she will call husband."
"Hey." Huang Muyang's expression turned dark.
"Because soone said that I was the son-in-law of the Huang family, I now have a wife."
"..." You're not going to let this go?
Of course not. Lu Chen was not going to let that one go. What he said was too destructive. If he said that anywhere else, the dia would hound them down like no tomorrow.
"But it would have been fun for you to call grandfather." Huang Muyang laughed. But Lu Chen's expression said otherwise. It was stale.

"Is calling grandfather really that bad?!" Huang Muyang questioned.

"Anyways." Lu Chen ignored the look he had as he moved his piece, "Checkmate."
"Tch!" Huang Muyang sucked his teeth as he stared at the board.
"Pay up, Elder Huang." Lu Chen smiled as he raised his hand. Huang Muyang rolled his eyes as he handed the jade over to him. As he reset the board, Huang Muyang asked,
"Also, why are you working with that old coot?" Lu Chen tilted his head,
"I don't know what your talking about, Elder Huang. Who am I working with?"
"Tch! Don't even think about denying it. That old coot is a million years old; he couldn't hide it from my nose. Do you think you could do the sa thing?" Huang Muyang stated with a confident expression. Bai Geming and Huang Muyang had a talk. And he knew there was sothing off about him.
That smug expression said it all.
"I can't hide anything from you, Elder Huang." Lu Chen chuckled. With how long the two knew each other, it was only a matter of ti before Huang Muyang knew about it.
"That's why I'm so pissed off!" Huang Muyang snorted.
"Huh?" Lu Chen made a blank expression.
"Why are you working with that old geezer?!" Huang Muyang slamd his hand onto the table as he stared at Lu Chen. Lu Chen explained,
"That's because the Bai family had sothing I needed." The land was a great investnt to join in.
"What? Do you think the Bai family has everything?! My Huang family is definitely better than him!"
"Your family concentrated in the jewelry business. My family doesn't have anything that focused on it." Lu Chen added. There was no need to ask him for anything because he couldn't help him.
"So what if our business is focused on jewelry?! Do you think we don't have anything else?!"
